Abstract

This study examines how the influence of the use of social media Twitter in promoting small businesses (MSMEs). This research uses a literature study by reviewing previous research. This study uses a qualitative method with data processing using a literature review. The results obtained from this study indicate that the use of social media twitter has a fairly high and positive influence in promoting the MSME business, with the easy twitter feature and tapa budget being the choice of MSME businessme.

Abstract

Poverty is a state of not being able to meet basic needs such as clothing, shelter, food, health and education. The relatively large number of poor people in Indonesia proves that the policies that have been implemented have not been able to eradicate poverty. Poverty alleviation needs to be considered from various aspects, one of which is the micro aspect seen from the individual or family point of view. Households that are closely related to poverty have characteristics including a large number of household members, few hours of work, low education, geographical differences between cities and villages, business fields and employment status, access to clean water, adequate housing, utilization electricity and so on.The objectives of this study are: 1) to analyze the effect of education, number of dependents, and working hours simultaneously on the expenditure of poor households in Denpasar City, and 2) analyze effect of.education, number of dependents, and working hours partially on household expenditure poor households in Denpasar City. This research was conducted in Denpasar City with a total of 333 observations obtained based on the number of households whose expenditures were below the poverty line. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression.This study found the effect of education, number of dependents and working hours that affect simultaneously expenditure of poor households in Denpasar City. Partially, the education, number of dependent and working hour have a significant positive effect on the expenditure of poor households in Denpasar City.

Abstract

Passenger Decision is a process that involves identifying needs, seeking information, evaluating alternatives, making a decision, and evaluating behavior after using a service. The General Ahmad Yani International Airport in Semarang is one of the international airports in Central Java Province. This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Image, Timeliness, Service Quality, and Perceived Price variables on Citilink Passenger Decisions at General Ahmad Yani International Airport. The study used 100 Citilink airline passengers as a sample from the population, employing a non-probability incidental sampling technique. The data obtained from the sample was analyzed using multiple linear regression through SPSS Version 25 software. The regression formulation in this study is asfollows:Y=-2.139 + 0,355X1 + 0,31X2 + 0,225X3 +0,285 + µ. From these equations, it can be seen that the most dominant variable affecting the Passenger's Decision is the Brand Image variable with a regression coefficient of 0.355. The R2 (R Square) test obtained results of 0.620 or 62.0% which means that Passenger Decisions are influenced by Brand Image, Passenger Decisions, Service Quality, and Perceived Price, which are 62.0% and other factors that influence Citilink passenger decisions at Jenderal International Airport Ahmad Yani Semarang by 38%.

Abstract

This study purpose to determine how the effect of experiential marketing and brand image to customer loyalty of coffee shop at Starbucks Coffee Paragon Mall Semarang. The population used in this study were all customers who had purchased coffee products at Starbucks Coffee Paragon Mall Semarang more than once. The samples used was 50 respondents, with the sampling technique used was accidental sampling. The research data source is primary data, with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is linear regression. The results of the research seen from the linear regression equation show that experiential marketing and brand image have a positive effect to customer loyalty. The results coefficient of determination show that experiential marketing and brand image can explain the variation in the customer loyalty 63.3%. The results of hypothesis testing obtained include experiential marketing having a positive and significant effect to customer loyalty, and brand image having a positive and significant effect to customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of lifestyle, location and service quality on the process of making a decision to buy an apartment at Amartha View Semarang. An empirical approach is used in this study, collecting data from customers who live in Amartha View Semarang. The questionnaire serves as a tool that contains structured questions about lifestyle, location, service quality and purchasing decision process. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with a sample size of 90. Decisions show lifestyle, location and quality of service give a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Future studies should be able to add more variables such as price, advertising innovation, demographics, taste and comparison with other household contents and increase the sample size used.

Abstract

The many problems concerning unethical conduct have had an impact, certainly considered one among that's lowering public consider in numerous professions. The studies objectives to decide the impact of love of money, ethical sensitivity, moral reasoning with gender as a moderator on moral conduct. Data became accrued via way of means of dispensing questionnaires to college students of the FEB Unud accounting undergraduate program. Samples had been taken via way of means of simple random sampling technique in order that 156 respondents had been obtained. The evaluation approach makes use of Moderated Regression Analysis. The research results indicate that love of money, ethical sensitivity, moral reasoning have a positive effect on the ethical behavior of accounting students. Furthermore, this research indicates that gender weakens the effect of love of money on students' ethical behavior, which means it can moderate, but not moderate the effect of ethical sensitivity and moral reasoning.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyse the effect of CEO characteristics on accrual earnings management and real earnings management with Good Corporate Governance as a moderating variable. The population of this research is the consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2021. The purposive sampling technique was used for data collection. The research data analysis technique is multiple linear regression test, interaction test and sub-group test. The findings of this research indicate that CEO narcissism, CEO gender and CEO compensation affect accrual earnings management and real earnings management. CEO tenure has no effect on accrual earnings management and real earnings management. CEO power can only affect accrual earnings management. Managerial ownership does not act as a moderator for the relationship between CEO narcissism and accrual earnings management and real earnings management. Managerial ownership is able to moderate the relationship between CEO compensation and CEO power with accrual earnings management and real earnings management. Managerial ownership does not moderate the relationship between CEO gender and CEO tenure with accrual earnings management but is able to moderate the effect of CEO gender and CEO tenure on real earnings management. Audit quality is able to moderate CEO narcissism, CEO gender, CEO compensation, CEO tenure and CEO power on earnings management. Based on the research results, company stakeholders need to be aware of the characteristics of the CEO and need to pay attention to the existence of Good Corporate Governance.

Abstract

  The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Halal Awareness, price, taste, brand image, service quality, Electronic Word of Mouth, and location on consumer purchasing decisions for Gacoan Noodles in Surakarta and Sukoharjo Regions which has six branches, namely in Laweyan, Banjarsari, Solo Baru, Makamhaji, Jebres, Veteran. The number of samples in this study were 171 respondents obtained using purposive sampling. The results showed that Halal Awareness, price, taste, brand image, and service quality had no partial and insignificant effect, while Electronic Word of Mouth, and location had a partial and significant effect on on consumer purchasing decisions for Gacoan Noodles in Surakarta and Sukoharjo Regions. Halal Awareness, price, taste, brand image, service quality, Electronic Word of Mouth, and location have a simultaneous and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions for Gacoan Noodles in the Surakarta and Sukoharjo Regions. the coefficient of determination (R Square) obtained a figure of 0.207. So it can be interpreted that purchasing decisions are 20.7% influenced by Halal Awareness, price, taste, brand image, service quality, Electronic Word of Mouth, and location and 79.3% of purchasing decisions are influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Productivity of loading and unloading is one of the problems that always gets serious attention in every country, especially regarding sea transportation. Sea transportation is a meeting point for areas that are far from the center of activity, especially in supporting economic activities. with the port, economic activities canbecome smoother, most of the export and import goods are sent by sea because the number of goods that can be transported by ships is more than the number of goods that can be transported by other fleets. if the port's performance is less than optimal, it will have a direct impact on revenue so that it will cause new problems,namely a decrease in loading and unloading productivity. This study, Coal Loading and Unloading Productivity is influenced by several factors including loading and unloading equipment, truck waiting time, loading and unloading operator performance, and labor (TKBM) from these four factors which have an important role in increasing loading and unloading productivity. The population in this study were employees/employees and TKBM and service users at PT. Bira Bumi Persada with a research sample of 60 respondents. The data analysis used in this study was descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version.26. The results of the research by partially testing the t-test hypothesis showed that loading and unloading equipment, truck waiting time, loading and unloading operator performance, and labor (TKBM) had a positive and significant effect on coal loading and unloading productivity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the financial performance of tourism villages based on profitability ratios, to analyze the relationship between the company's financial performance and the level of product innovation. The sample in this study is financial statements in a certain period using purpossive sampling techniques. This research approach is quantitative with simple profitability ratio and linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of the study, during 2022-2023 the profitability of the Kedatim Mangrove Tourism Destination has decreased significantly, and the results of a simple linear regression analysis found no significant effect of product innovation on financial performance.
