Abstract

Ethics is a person's behavior on good or bad things through a written or oral. While business is an individual or organizational activity that creates a product or service that intends to make a profit and to meet the needs of society. The author's goal in making this article is to provide information about business ethics at PT. KC Softex Iindonesia engaged in modern and traditional retail. The ethics that must be followed so that the business can be successful and run smoothly as desired, such as building a harmonious relationship between employees, superiors and consumers. Abstract

INDO BANGUN PERKASA MOTOR Surabaya or often referred to as IBPM is a sole owner engaged in the sale of truck spare parts. The purpose of this survey is to collect information about CV sales accounting data system. INDO BANGUN PERKASA MOTOR Surabaya. This is a type of descriptive and qualitative research, in which the writer explains and analyzes the results of field observations and interviews. The authors draw the following conclusions based on their findings: theoretically, the accounting information system for the sale of used spare parts provides fairly reliable information, such as the suitability of the obligations and responsibilities of each part, the optimization of each part. related functions and functions, and the availability of the necessary documentation. the suitability of the accounting records used, and the suitability of the system used to compile them.

Abstract

The goal to be achieved through this research is to find direct and indirect effects between leadership steal and motivation on employee performance both directly and through the interveing ​​variables of employee job satisfaction at PT BPR (Perseroda) Serang district. The research design is structural equation modeling (SEM) which places the variables of leadership style and work motivation as exogenous variables, performance as endogenous variables, and job satisfaction as intervening variables. The research population was 221 people. The sampling technique uses a proportional stratification random sampling technique. The sample size is 200 respondents. Primary data was collected using a questionnaire. Secondary data was collected using the documentation method. Data were analyzed using smart PLS software. The results of the analysis show that there are four significant hypotheses, and one hypothesis that is not significant. Based on the results of the hypothesis testing the majority of the hypotheses were accepted, there was only one hypothesis, namely the third hypothesis which was rejected. Thus the theoretical model is actually proven empirically, although there is one hypothesis that is rejected

Abstract

CV. Makmur Barokah is a family company (Toko Gafar Ahmad), which is engaged in selling clothing products such as: men's sarongs, women's sarongs, koko clothes, batik clothes, batik clothes, prayer equipment, Jln.Samaun Bakrie No.28, Pasar Rau Tanggul area Serang District, Serang City, Banten. The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of the marketing strategy applied by CV. Makmur Barokah. The results of this study show that CV. Makmur Barokah has not implemented a marketing mix marketing strategy (product, price, promotion and place), has not implemented an online marketing strategy by implementing e-commerce information technology, lack of quality human resources, so that it affects sales volume

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence leadership style and motivation have on the performance of warehouse employees at PT. Shin Hwa Bus Serang-Banten. This study uses a quantitative approach using survey methods with a saturated sample where the population is used as a sample, namely 45 respondents. Data collection techniques are primary data. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, t test, f test and coefficient of determination. previously carried out classical assumption tests consisting of normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests. The results of the research on leadership style and motivation variables have a partially significant effect on employee performance. Evidenced by the magnitude of the T-count test of leadership style of 5.764 and work motivation of 2.621 which is greater than the Ttable of 2.016. Simultaneously a significant influence on employee performance, as evidenced by Fcount>Ftable or 24.425>3.219. Partially the comparison of tcount and ttable shows that the leadership style variable is tcount>ttable or 5.764>2.016 and the motivational variable is tcount>ttable or 2.621>2.016

Abstract

This research aims to find out how profitability affects Saihaim's hair with capital structure as an intervening variable and sales growth as an independent variable. The research population includes IDX30 companies that are listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 year. The sample is taken from as many as 12 companies using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used in this research uses jailural analysis, classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing. Data analysis in this research uses SPSS for windows version 26. The results of this research show that the growth of other sales has a positive and significant effect on Profitability of 2.255, Profitability has a positive and significant effect on Saihaim's hair gain of 3.821, Profitability is not as significant as 4 structural Modifiability has a significant positive effect on water , Capital Structure has no positive and significant impact on Hairgai Saihaim by -0.525 and Profitability has another direct effect on Hairgai Saihaim by 0.562 dain Capital Structure is not an intervening variable paid for companies that are listed in IDX30 BEI Year 2017-2021).

Abstract

Food Safety System Certification 22000 (FSSC 22000) is a standard for conducting certification that focuses on food safety. The implementation of FSSC 2200 is one of the steps used to enable companies to compete in the global arena. The implementation of FSSC 22000 cannot be separated from the role of all layers of employees in the company, all employees have a very vital role in the effort to implement FSSC 22000. FSSC 22000 as a company's competitive advantage in business ethics. Abstract

This study aims to find out what steps were taken by one of the fast food giants in Indonesia in maintaining its business during the Covid-19 pandemic and as learning material for readers on how to maintain a business in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. Positive customer satisfaction has a significant impact on customer loyalty. As customer satisfaction increases, customer loyalty to the products offered also increases. Abstract

In the last two decades, the development of Islamic boarding schools has occurred rapidly in Indonesian Territories including Banten Province. The existence of a pesantren in a village area should have a positive impact on the surrounding community in terms of spiritual, social, cultural and economic benefits including village infrastructure. This paper aims to determine the extent to which the presence of pesantren influences the level of village development, such as the level of the village index and the level of geographical difficulty. The initial hypothesis stated that the greater the number of Islamic boarding schools in a village, the more developed and advanced the village would be. The statistic used is the chi square test to see the effect of the number of Islamic boarding schools on the village development index level (IDM) and the geographic difficulty index level (IKG). The population in this study were all villages in the four districts of Banten Province, totaling 1,238 villages. By using the Slovin formula, the sample is 304 villages. The result of the chi square test is that the number of Islamic boarding schools in a village has an effect on the status of the developing village index (IDM). The more the number of Islamic boarding schools, the more a village has a tendency to become a village that is not left behind or becomes a developing, advanced or independent village. The number of Islamic boarding schools does not affect the geographical difficulty index, meaning that the greater the number of Islamic boarding schools, a village has a tendency to become a village with a low level of geographical difficulty. Therefore, pesantren must actively participate in the social, cultural and economic empowerment of village communities so that they can make a village develop more advanced.
