Abstract

The community of postoperative femur fracture patients are often afraid to move because of pain or fear that the bones cannot be properly connected so that they limit activities that result in swelling in the operation area. Postoperative femur plating patients in the room often experience edema because after surgery they just lie down without muscle training therapy and reduce physical comfort in postoperative patients. The purpose of this study is the difference before and after early mobilization. This study used a pre-experimental research design one group pre post test design. The population was femoral pot op plating patients in Bougenvile Hospital. TK.II Dr. Soepraoen Malang with a sample of 30 respondents. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. Collecting data using questionnaires and observations and analyzed using Wilcoxon statistical test. The results showed that most of the respondents before giving the mobilization experienced sufficient discomfort 17 (56.7%), almost all respondents after giving the mobilization experienced moderate discomfort as many as 21 (70%). From the results of the statistical test p value 0,000 means that Ho is rejected, so the conclusion is that there is an effect of mobilization on physical comfort in post op plating femure patients in the Boegenvile Room, RS.TK.II Dr. Soepraoen Malang. Mobilization improves air circulation and improves blood circulation in the post op area thereby increasing comfort

Abstract

Labor pain is a subjective experienced by mothers about physical sensations associated with uterine contractions, dilation and cervical thinning. Music distraction is widely used to reduce pain, but rhythmic respiratory distraction is not commonly used to reduce labor pain. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of music distraction and rhythmic breathing distraction against labor pain in first stage maternity mothers. The study used Quasi Experimental method with Two Group Pre-post Test Design, number of samples was 32 respondents. Based on the Independent Sample T-Test test the p value was 0.040 (p <0.05). The results showed that mean decrease in pain scale in the music distraction group was 0.94, while the mean decrease in pain scale in the rhythmic respiratory distraction group was 1.25. The conclusion of this study is that rhythmic breathing distraction is more effective than music distraction on labor pain in the first stage maternity mother. It is recommended for nurses to apply rhythmic respiratory distraction and musical distraction because these two interventions can reduce labor pain during the first stage.

Abstract

Hypertension is a continuous increase in blood pressure in arterial arteries which shat over 140 MMHG and diastole over 90 MMHG. Hypertension when not treated immediately and left unattended will lead to such things as kidney failure, coronary heart and stroke. Hypertensive medications using pharmacological drugs have many side effects as well as high prices. Dealing with hypertension can be done with changes in healthy living patterns and non - pharmacological therapies, such as back toddlers. Researchers are determined to identify lower blood pressure after rebarometric therapy. The data measured is systole and diastole before and 20 minutes after back tokens therapy with a 30-60 - minute detoxification frequency for 4 weeks. The design of this study USES qualitative descriptive research. Results obtained on subject 1 beginning 184/96 MMHG to 124/84 MMHG and subject 2 early 188/108 MMHG to 130/90 MMHG. Both result is seen a decline in syrophonic and diastole after backbeating therapy in the elderly. It is hoped that researchers, in turn, will be able to develop nonpharmacological cures for hypertension with backen-topical therapies, and other alternatives to work toward compensating for a combination of njarem after a lower back knock
