Abstract

Abstract: Information security related to information assets is a critical aspect that must maintain by PT Angkasa Pura 1 (Persero) Surabaya, which handles the airport business sector includes services such as baggage control, aerodrome, and airport facilities. Information security systems that unwell manage can pose problems related to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.This study aims to improve security information systems thru risk assessment using the OCTAVE method to find the highest impact when the risk occurs and prioritization those risks. The objective and security controls build based on using ISO/IEC 27001:2013.The results of this study are the document of objective and security control, risk management documents, standard operational procedure (SOP) documents. The risk management documents related to information security, including risk assessment, risk identification, risk analysis, and evaluation at PT Angkasa Pura 1 (Persero) Surabaya.  Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) documents include policy documents, work instructions, and work records that align with the selection of objective controls and security controls from risk management. Keywords: ISO27001, OCTAVE, Standard Operational Procedure

Abstract

PT MNC Sekuritas, the name MNC is an abbreviation of the word Media Nusantara Citra. PT MNC Sekuritas itself is a securities company that was founded in 1989 and is under the auspices of PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk and has now developed into a local securities company that is committed to responding to the needs of the Indonesian people. One of the applications used by PT MNC Sekuritas is MNC Trade New , an application that is used to trade stocks and also monitor stock movements that can be used on mobile operating systems such as Android and iOS. There are several problems regarding the appearance of MNC Trade New, namely the design that is less than optimal and seems ordinary, as well as the user's desire to make transactions faster, then there are menu buttons that are too small, and the display of stock charts that are deemed unattractive. The double diamond method is a solution for analyzing and designing the ui/ux display of the MNC Trade New application with usability testing that focuses on 3 measurement aspects, namely learnability, efficient, and satisfaction using success rate, time based efficiency and SUS questionnaire calculations. With 10 samples of customer application users, the results obtained are 100% learnability, efficieny 0.027 goals/sec, and the SUS score obtained an average value of 80.

Abstract

Junior high school 1 Jombang formal educational institutions located on Jl. Taman Siswa village Pojokrejo Kesamben district, Jombang regency. Schools make school rules that contain student behavior assessments to educate student behavior better. So far, the Student section at Junior high school 1 Jombang has given part of its duties to the Counseling Guidance (BK) teacher, namely conducting inspections and recording violations due to internal factors that occur. BK teacher is a teacher who facilitates consultation with problem students. Meanwhile, any student violations either found during inspection, seen by other teachers, or originating from complaints from fellow students, students will be asked to go to the counseling teacher to record the violations committed. Every day violations at Junior high school 1 Jombang can reach approximately 23 violations, 1 student can commit 1 to 3 violations in a day. This incident can lead to miscalculating violations, and the student's points are confused, thus making the results of the evaluation inaccurate. As a result of the invalid data, the school can make inappropriate decisions that can harm students. At the time of evaluating student violations, the student section experienced difficulties including the large number of total violations committed by students in 1 semester.The website-based student violation monitoring application is the answer to the problems that student and Counseling Guidance s have, so that it can help and ease the work of Counseling Guidance and students in recording, monitoring and evaluating the violations of each student.

Abstract

CV Maju Bersama is a company engaged in the sale of gadgets and laptops. CV Maju Bersama sells various types of laptops ranging from those used for offices to laptops used for specifically playing games. Currently CV Maju Bersama has 9 stores and their surroundings spread around Madiun and has a total of 150 employees in all stores. With the current business process, it is found that the problem is that customers often find it difficult to choose the laptop they need due to various offers of laptops from employees, this causes customers to buy laptops that do not suit their needs. This causes impacts such as the purchased laptop cannot be used according to customer needs. On the other hand, based on the results of interviews with five (5) store employees, it was found that so far employees also sometimes have difficulty choosing laptops when there are many visitors. This results in a queue of customers who will buy a laptop. Based on the problems above, we need an application with a web-based Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to help customers choose a laptop to suit their needs. Meanwhile, store employees assist customers in determining laptops to suit customer needs.

Abstract

SMP Negeri 20 Surabaya is one of the State Junior High Schools in Surabaya. This school has several subjects, one of which is Javanese which is a local content subject that must be in school. The school has several problems, namely student learning outcomes are unsatisfactory, many students do not meet the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) during exams, students tend to be passive, not a few students do not pay attention when the teaching and learning process takes place. . The solution applied to overcome this problem is to create an Android-Based Android-Based Java Script Learning Application for Middle School VIII with the Gamification Method used to facilitate student learning. The application has 3 users, namely the admin who can operate all the features, the teacher conducts an assessment, uploads material and creates questions, and students answer questions. Based on the test results using the usability scale system, the Grade Scale "B = Excellent" with a score of 82 can be concluded. It can be concluded that the assessment related to the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) system can be categorized as a User Friendly system.

Abstract

PT Superintending Company of Indonesia (PT Sucofindo) is a  inspection company. In its business, PT Sucofindo does budgeting after receiving a pre-order or work contract by making a Budget Plan (RAB) and proceeding with the execution of the work. Where there is budgeting, there is realization. The recording of budget realization is still using excel with different files and input into the central ERP. Some of the problems that occurred related to RAB realization were: difficult to trace and to know the details of realization costs per project. As a result, there is no cost control so sometimes the realization exceeds the budget (there is a cost overrun). The non-conformance of the target budget plan will have an impact on budgeting the next year's project costs, decision-making errors when evaluating project budget performance, not achieving the annual budget plan, etc. To overcome these problems, a "tracing and monitoring application for the realization of the project's Budget realization" was made which recorded the realization of the budget for each project so that it could assist the company in controlling the cost of project realization in accordance with the RAB made.

Abstract

KUNOKINI Cafe & Resto is a food and beverage business, located at Jalan Raya Prapen No. 69 Surabaya. KUNOKINI Cafe & Resto has been marketing its business using social media. Information available on KUNOKINI Cafe & Resto's social media includes company profile, location, prices, food/beverage menus, delivery orders (delivery), and place reservations (reservations). KUNOKINI Cafe & Resto is still recording customer data that wants to make a reservation in a notebook. Resulting in customers having to wait a long time for the reservation process. Based on this description, a user interface design has been carried out and produced a website prototype using a user centered design (UCD) approach. In the process of testing the prototype using usability testing methods to develop products as a benchmark for users. From the results of testing the prototype, the average value of 79.9% means that the design can be accepted by the user.

Abstract

The existence of a swab-PCR service must also consider various inputs, one of which by looking at the public (community) response the swab-PCR service. Through this explanation, this study uses tweet data containing responses, resulting in classification and predictions that be used a benchmark for evaluating swab-PCR services. With this in mind, study will conduct sentiment analysis by classifying tweet data words into positive and negative words. The approach used is the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm. Going through data mining process with RapidMiner, labeling the mining data, followed by text-preprocessing, then data divided into training data (80%) and testing (20%), tf-idf weighting for each word in the data in the form numeric, classification process with SVM, evaluation with confusion matrix and validation with cross validation, visualization with wordcloud and pie charts. So that confusion matrix generated validation with average score of 66% which is tested with an accuracy of 76%, precision of 75%, and recall of 81%. Then based wordcloud obtained four positive words are gratis, sehat, mandiri, dan positif, and four negative words are kecewa, mahal, tolak, dan antri. The percentage of positive sentiment of 54.4% and the percentage negative sentiment 45.6% are visualized through the pie chart.

Abstract

 SMK Ketintang Surabaya is a private educational institution located on street Ketintang Surabaya. SMK Ketintang Surabaya has an institution called the Special Job Exchange (BKK) whose role is to optimize the distribution of SMK graduates and become a source of information for job seekers, namely students and SMK alumni. Currently the BKK institution is still having problems, namely the alumni data collection process is still manual, the submission of job vacancies information in vocational schools is still applying the conventional method, besides that if there is a demand for labor needed by the company the BKK section still finds difficulties when searching for workers according to the company's needs This is because alumni who apply to companies have inappropriate expertise competencies. Based on these problems, to help solve the problems that occur in BKK, it is necessary to apply a recommendation for the distribution of alumni workforce at SMK Ketintang Surabaya with the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The SAW method is used to provide recommendations to companies for alumni who have expertise competencies in accordance with job vacancies.
