Pandemic COVID-19 has changed the world of education. All schools finally implemented learning from home with the model of students learning from home. As a result, a lot of things have changed, from the mindset to the way of learning. The problem was the background, the KKN team went home to create a reading corner activity. Reading is an important activity in everyday life, because it is not only to obtain information, but can also be a tool to expand one's knowledge and style of language so that with this activity participants are expected to improve their reading literacy skills. The activity was carried out on June 14, 2021 at SDN 3 Tamansuruh, while the methods used were in the form of preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. Activities carried out include making reading corner shelves, collecting books, reading mentoring, and competitions. With this activity, it is hoped that in the future the children will be more happy to visit and be interested in reading books.

To maintain body stamina in the Covid-19 conditions that hit the whole world including Indonesia by consuming traditional drinks, such as ginger. Ginger is one of the abundant natural resources in Probolinggo Regency. With a low price and high antioxidant content, this ginger is often found in traditional markets, and some are deliberately cultivated in the yard of the house. In addition, ginger contains a lot of active compounds that are healthy for the body, in the midst of limited supply of vitamin C production and difficult to reach for the lower middle class. Ginger is very helpful in improving the immune system. For this reason, this community service activity which was carried out in Tanjung Village, Pajarakan District, Probolinggo Regency provided training to PKK mothers. This ginger is processed into a traditional drink, in the form of instant ginger in powder form. In this training, it is hoped that PKK women can make instant ginger and package it. So that PKK women in Tanjung Village, Pajarakan District, Probolinggo Regency have the knowledge, skills in making instant ginger drinks properly and correctly, and can package instant ginger drinks that are suitable for sale. Community service activities have been successfully carried out by PKK women in Tanjung Village, Pajarakan District, Probolinggo Regency. Keywords: PKK women, instant ginger, training

The spread of the Covid-19 virus is increasing faster through droplets of saliva or coming out of the nose when an infected person coughs or sneezes. However, there is still very little understanding and awareness of the public to comply with health protocols when doing activities outside the home. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out efforts to increase understanding of Covid-19 and the importance of increasing compliance with the implementation of health protocols to overcome Covid-19. Based on these problems, the authors carry out community service activities in the form of UPM Thematic Real Work Lecture (KKN) in the Covid-19 Era. Activities carried out by means of countermeasures through programs that we have been prepared in order to prevent the spread of Covid-19 in the Kedopok sub-district, Probolinggo city. In this KKN program, programs such as the distribution of handsanitizers and masks, planting trees and toga, joint exercise and making herbal medicine and education on health protocols in several villages in the Kedopok sub-district, Probolinggo city are carried out. As a result of the implementation of this Community Service Program, 25 masks, 90 bottles of handsanitizer, 2 educational banners, 50 educational stickers and 6 liters of disinfectant liquid have been made and distributed to people in the Kedopok sub-district, Probolinggo. COVID-19 virus has caused the world to experience a pandemic, as a result of which many countries have experienced disruptions in almost all sectors, including the health, economic and education sectors. In Indonesia , the spread of the Covid-19 virus is quite worrying, because every last update in February 2021 the spread of the Covid-19 virus can reach 10,000 cases every day. the spread of the Covid-19 virus, the government urges all people to apply a new lifestyle, namely 3M (Wearing masks, Washing hands, Maintaining distance). To support from the government regarding the prevention of Covid 19, the KKN University of Panca Marga Probolinggo 2021 held a community service work program related to education on the dangers of Covid and its prevention, especially in the Tongas District, Probolinggo Regency. Based on the identification of problems, the service program focuses on: 1) Guidance for students affected by Covid 19, 2) Socialization of the importance of preventing stunting in improving community welfare during the Covid 19 pandemic 3) distributing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), 4) Guiding UMKM in development of new product innovations. This is three methods used, namely the education method, the socialization method, and evaluation program. The data collection method in this program uses interview techniques, documentation and questionnaire. In addition to assisting the government in suppressing the rate of spread COVID-19, the objective of these programs is to increase public awareness in implementing healty lifestyle in the pandemic COVID-19 . ABSTRACT Dragon fruit is a very popular fruit among farmers in the southern Banyuwangi area, especially in Grajagan village, Purwoharjo district. One of the obstacles faced by dragon fruit farmers is that at the time of the dragon fruit harvest, prices tend to drop drastically due to the large supply of dragon fruit being harvested. The objectives of this community service activity are as follows, namely providing alternative dragon fruit processing technology, providing alternative dragon fruit processed products to consumers in the form of dragon fruit syrup and jam and providing an entrepreneurial spirit by providing skills that are in accordance with the potential of existing raw materials, namely dragon fruit. The Employment Skills Education Program (PKK) is a government assistance program that aims to prepare human resources who are skilled, have character, are competitive, and have the ability to innovate. This is an aid to industry-based courses and training and entrepreneurial opportunities. Through the results of initial observations that have been made, graduated students of English Literature Faculty of Letters UNARS do not have special courses on skills as a tour guide. Through the English for Tour Guide Training program those who are interested in following the skills as a tour guide are included as participants in the 2021 PKK program and will be trained to have competence as a tour guide. PKM program participants who gain the skills to become tour guides will be very useful as their provision to find work. In collaboration with the AUSEI course institution as a service partner for PKM activities, it is hoped that later PKK program participants will have a competency certificate to work. This training and mentoring are carried out for approximately three months where students are given English language guidance and training that focuses on the English for Tour Guide material. During the training, students also had the opportunity to discuss and ask questions if they encountered problems during the training to reach the right solution. The expected outcome of this PKM activity is that students have special skills in English about English for Guides as evidenced by a certificate of competence. The COVID-19 pandemic has made many people's economy decline, not a few people have their economy fulfilled. Business owners lost 50% of their customers. This causes the turnover of entrepreneurs to decrease. In order to attract customers, it is necessary to innovate the product. As in SMEs UD. ABC Cookies that use Moringa as the basic ingredient of cendol. This MSME development method is by innovating products from old Moringa leaves into Moringa powder, so that it becomes cendol, changing packaging to be more attractive, sticker and photo design, online marketing, customer service, and financial management. The output of this activity is that the 2021 UPM Thematic KKN students received new information about the benefits of old Moringa leaves which are usually not used by the public but can still be used as powder and become the basic ingredients of food and drinks. By utilizing old Moringa leaves, the surrounding community can contribute to depositing old Moringa leaves to be used as basic ingredients for food and drinks so that they are not wasted. This cooperation is mutually beneficial between the community and MSME owners.

This service is aimed at increasing the number of entrepreneurs and increasing the business competitiveness of Untag Banyuwangi students and alumni during the covid-19 pandemic. The small number of entrepreneurs, and the pandemic still hasn't ended, makes business people inevitably have to change their business strategies. The Untag Banyuwangi Entrepreneurship Development Program is carried out on the basis of cooperation with the Directorate General of Research Strengthening and Development of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education. The implementation of mentoring is carried out by providing lighters related to entrepreneurship and business coaching assistance. The results of the service were obtained by 80 alumni students who started their business, after the selection and mentoring process, 5 students were obtained to then be granted patents for the products produced.
