Abstract

This study purpose to describe the planning, implementation, and result of skills learning of producing anecdote text using caricature media and scientific approach to the students in the first grade of Vocational school I Mempawah Hilir in Accounting program in Akademic year 2016/2017. The data was used in this study was obtained from planning action, implementation, observation, and reflection on writing learning/produce a anecdote text written.. The conclusion of this study based on the result research is caricature media and scientific approach can improve the quality process, especially the attitude and the results of the students writing skills of anecdote text. It can be evidenced by the students attitude on the aspects of honesty, discipline, responsibility, manners, and responsive in I, II, and III cycle. The quality of skills produce student’s written increased, the first cycle of the average value of 62.76 with a 42% level of completeness. The second cycle the average value of 74.11 with a 61% level of completeness. Cycle III the average value of 86.78 with a 89% level of completeness.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to describe the correlation between the teacher's ability to carry out learning, hereinafter referred to as X1 and the ability to use kahoot media, hereinafter referred to as X2, with the results of learning to write scientific texts of students of SMAN 3 Sintang, hereinafter referred to as Y. The research method used is correlative with the form of quantitative research. The population in this study were students of class xi, and the research sample was 30 students. The data collection techniques used were indirect questionnaires and documentation. The data collection tools were questionnaire sheets and documentation. The results showed that there was a correlation between all variables. The significance between the variables X1 and Y is 0.024 which can be concluded that there is a correlation with a correlation coefficient of 0.411 which is at a moderate degree of relationship. The significance between the variables X2 and Y is 0.003, which can be concluded that there is a correlation with a correlation coefficient of 0.522 which is in the degree of moderate relationship. The significance between the variables X1 and X2 to Y is 0.007 which can be concluded that it has a correlation with a correlation coefficient of 0.552 which is at a moderate degree of relationship. Keywords: Teaching Ability, Kahoot Media, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter merupakan sebuah gerakan pemerintah yang dilakukan untuk memperkuat karakter siswa. Dalam dunia pendidikan, saat ini kementerian pendidikan sedang gencar-gencarnya melakukan penguatan pendidikan karakter sebagai respon dari maraknya kasus yang menunjukkan kualitas penurunan moral dan karakter anak bangsa. Penguatan Pendidikan karakter perlu dilakukan, terutama pada mata pelajaran bahasa dan sastra Indonesia. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, belakangan ini juga kementerian pendidikan sedang dihadapi oleh situasi yang disebabkan oleh adanya wabah Coronavirus 2019 yang mengakibatkan pemerintah harus mengeluarkan kebijakan untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran jarak jauh. Adanya permasalahan tersebut membuat gerakan penguatan pendidikan karakter dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia harus diintegrasikan dengan pembelajaran jarak jauh. Pengintegrasian tersebut dilakukan dengan mengabungkan empat keterampilan berbahasa yaitu Keterampilan Menyimak, Keterampilan Berbicara, Keterampilan Membaca dan Keterampilan Menulis dengan lima nilai karakter utama pendidikan karakter yaitu Nilai Religius, Nilai Nasionalis, Nilai Gotong-royong, Nilai Mandiri, dan Nilai Integritas ke dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis media e-learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesalahan penggunaan bahasa Indonesia pada artikel Jurnal Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia Universitas Negeri Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini berupa deskriptif kualitatif dengan data berupa kata-kata dan kalimat yang bersumber dari artikel jurnal JPBSI. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik simak dan catat. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis analisis konten intralingual. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kesalahan-kesalahan penggunaan bahasa Indonesia berdasarkan kategori (1) kesalahaan ejaan, meliputi pemakaian huruf, penulisan kata, pemakaian tanda baca, dan penulisan unsur serapan; (2) kesalahan diksi; (3) struktur kalimat. Kesalahan yang sering terjadi didominasi oleh kesalahan diksi. Kesalahan berbahasa dalam artikel ilmiah ini perlu dihindari untuk meminimalisasi perbedaan penafsiran antara penulis dan pembaca.

Abstract

The background of this research is about the low of study result because students’s learning activity so low and the students’ not familiar with scientific method. The focus of this reasearch is made procedure komplex text with audio-visual media. This media is a way how to increase the students’ ability in producing  complex procedure in a good text. The method used in this research is qualitative-descriptive method. The kind of this research is classroom action research which was conducted in three cycles. The subject of this research is SMA Negeri 4 Pontianak. The object research is the visual-audio media . The research instrument  used is the test of study and also the observation sheet for observation the learning activity of the students and researcher. The results shows the medium of video could improve the writing skill complex procedure text, and the students’ attitude havea good invroved.

Abstract

AbstractThis research was motivated by students who had the difficulties in identifying intrinsic elements of fictional texts especially character, theme, setting, plot, and moral value. Research problem is how to improve the skill to identify the intrinsic elements of fictional text method using SAVI in SD 04 Sepahat. This research used descriptive method of the qualitative form. The procedures in this research was  Classroom Action Research (PTK) and four stages of planning, action, observation, and reflecting. Data source was from students and teachers. The data was obtained from the RPP, the learning process and the test results.The data collection techniques was observation, measurement, and documentary study. The data collection tool used in this research was observation, tests, and documentation. The data analysis technic in this research was descriptive comparative and critical analysis technic. The instruments were the study results and the observation sheet. The results showed the SAVI method can improve the skills of identifying intrinsic elements of fictional text and students’ attitude in learning. The increase can be seen from the result of the action I which was 71.60, the result of the Act II which was 81.60, and result of action III which was 86.80. Keywords: identify, short story, SAVI

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) to improve the quality of student learning in semester 1 of Ambarrukmo Tourism College Yogyakarta through the Project Based Learning method. 2) to improve the writing skills of semester 1 students report at Ambarrukmo Tourism College Yogyakarta through the Project Based Learning method. This research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages: (1) planning, (2) implementation phase, (3) observation phase, and (4) analysis and reflection phase. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, tests, and document analysis. Data were analyzed using comparative and critical descriptive analysis techniques. in the first cycle the number of students who reached 76 was 51% and the average value was 72.3. In the second cycle, after the test writing report the first semester students who passed the study reached 98%. Learning increased by 57%. The average value achieved in the second cycle increased to 83.4. This is an increase of 11.1. The results showed that the application of the Project Based Learning method could improve the quality of learning and report writing skills through the Project Based Learning method in the first semester students of Yogyakarta Ambarrukmo College of Tourism.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang implikasi aspek keterampilan berbahasa buku teks ini betujuan untuk (1) memaparkan identifikasi materi ajar bahasa Indonesia dengan aspek keterampilan berbahasa dalam buku tematik kelas IV SD, (2) memaparkan implikasi materi ajar bahasa Indonesia terhadap linguistik sinkronis pada buku tematik kelas IV SD. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analisis isi (content analysis) atau penelitian dokumen (documentary analysis). Instrumen penting dalam penelitian ini adalah dokumen sebagai sumber analisis data. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen tertentu adapun teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah studi dokumenter (dokumentary study). Data yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini adalah materi ajar dalam buku teks siswa kelas IV SD/MI Kurikulum 2013. Data ini berdasarkan hasil studi dokumenter mengenai empat komponen aspek keterampilan dalam lingkup kebahasaan meliputi; keterampilan menyimak, keterampilan berbicara, keterampilan menulis, dan keterampilan membaca. Analisis ini dilakukan dengan mendeskripsikan materi ajar dan implikasinya terhadap linguistic sinkronis pada buku tematik siswa kelas IV SD/MI kurikulum 2013. implikasi aspek keterampilan berbahasa terhadap linguistic sinkronis ini tidak semua identifikasi aspek keterampilan berbahasa menunjukkan implikasi secara langsung dalam teks yang sesuai dengan keterampilan berbahasa. Ditemukan pula, implikasi secara tidak langsung aspek keterampilan berbahasa terhadap linguistik sinkronis ini. Hal ini terlihat melalui ketidaksinambungan antara deskripsi tugas dan tataran linguistic sinkronis yang dituju.

Abstract

AbstractThe backrond of this research is about the low of study result. The focus of this research is made short story text with mind map model. This model ia a way how to increase the students ability in short story in a good text. The method used in this research is qualitative-descripstive method. The subject of this research is Office Administration in SMK Negeri 3 Pontianak. The object research is the mind map model. The research instrument used is the test of study result in the form of short story text created by students which has been the validaty and reliabelity of test and also the observation sheet for observatioan the learning activity of the students and researcher. This can be seen from the data obtained in the first cycle planning of 91%, II 95% silkus, and the third cycle remains 95%. Implementation in the first cycle of 88%, the second cycle of 94% and the third cycle of 97%. Average learning outcomes also experienced an increase in the first cycle of 80,42, the second cycle of 82,52, and the third cycle of 94,78. Responsive aspects of cycle I to very good 3%, 50% cycle II, cycle III 50%.  Keywords: short story text and mind map model

Abstract

Pada dasarnya pengetahuan, keterampilan dan motivasi para siswa  saat memasuki kelas berbeda – beda dari rumah. Saat guru memberikan suatu materi pelajaran dalam kelas, siswa dalam mencerna pelajaran tersebut ada yang dengan cepat dan ada yang lambat memahami materi tersebut. Untuk mengatasi masalah perbedaan kecepatan siswa dalam menerima materi dapat digunakan model pembelajaran Learning Cycle. Cerita pendek (cerpen) adalah sebuah karya sastra berupa prosa naratif yang bersifat fiktif. Isinya tidak lebih dari 10.000 kata, cerita pendek cenderung padat dan langsung pada tujuannya dibandingkan dengan karya – karya fiksi yang lebih panjang seperti novel. Dikarenakan singkatnya, cerita – cerita pendek yang sukses mengandalkan teknik – teknik sastra seperti tokoh, plot, tema, bahasa dan insight secara lebih luas dibandingkan dengan fiksi yang lebih panjang dan ceritanya bisa dalam berbagai jenis. Cerpen catatan hati seorang pemulung menawarkan sebuah motivasi positif untuk terus berusaha, belajar dan berdoa dan membuktikan bahwa sebuah nasib dapat diubah dengan perjuangan dan pengorbanan. Adapun pemutaran video biografi tokohChairul Tanjung Si Anak Singkong akan memantapkan motivasi siswa setelah menganalisis nilai – nilai moral pada cerpen catatan Hati Seorang Pemulung karya Fidki Sya’ban.
