Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of financial performance on firm value with dividend policy as a moderating variable. The object of this research is automotive and component companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. The type of research used is quantitative research. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling method with a total sample of 11 companies. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics v20 softwer. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of financial performance as a proxy for ROA and ROE on firm value. Dividend policy is not able to strengthen the relationship between financial performance and firm value.

Abstract

This research purpose to discover and determine the conditions in the Indonesian capital market regarding the implementation of the Covid-19 Pandemic Emergency Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) at April 10, 2020. This study uses an event study type of research which aims to examine the information content which is happening to the capital market. The indicators in this study are using Average Abnormal Return (AAR) and Average Trading Volume Activity (ATVA). The observation period in this study was 11 working days on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with 3 types, namely 5 days before the implementation of the Covid-19 Pandemic Emergency PSBB, 1 day on the event date, and 5 days after the Covid-19 Pandemic Emergency PSBB implementation. The character of this research is comparative, namely comparing an indicator from before and after the event took place. This study uses the LQ45 Index population with a sample of 45 stocks in the period August 2021-January 2022. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Covid-19 Pandemic Emergency PSBB, April 10, 2020, has no effect on Average Abnormal Return (AAR) and Average Trading Volume Activities (ATVA).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of advertisement on repatronage intention with brand awareness and brand image as an intervening variable at UD. Pari Kuning Banyuwangi. Data was taken using a google form on a sample of 120 respondents using purposive sampling, from the population in the form of consumers who had seen advertisements and visited Pari Kuning agro-business and bistro. Based on the result of path analysis and hypothesis testing, it showed that advertisement, brand awareness, and brand image had a positive and significant effect on repatronage intention. Advertisements had a positive and significant effect on brand awareness and brand image. Brand awareness and brand image can mediate the effect of advertisement on repatronage intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational justice on turnover intention mediated by organizational commitment in PT Kaltim Post Samarinda. This type of research uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach totaling 54 respondents. The source of data in this study was obtained from the distribution of questionnaires (primary data). The data analysis technique used path analysis. The results show that organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Meanwhile, organizational justice has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on the intention to leave the company and organizational commitment is proven as a variable that mediates the relationship between organizational justice and turnover intention

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of green supply chain management on business performance and competitiveness in the chips SME industry in Malang city. This type of research uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The number of samples used 72 respondents. Respondents in this study are business owners who have operated for more than 2 years. The source of data in this study was obtained from the distribution of questionnaires (primary data). The data analysis technique used Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results show that green supply chain management has a significant positive effect on SME business performance and SME competitiveness. Competitiveness has a significant positive effect on SME business performance, and green supply chain management has a significant positive effect on business performance mediated by the SMEs competitiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of service quality on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. The type of research used is explanatory research. The population used is customers who have visited the Janji Jiwa Malang coffee shop. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling with an accidental sampling technique. The sample used was 100 respondents. The data collection method used a questionnaire, then the data that had been collected were analyzed using path analysis. The results of this study were service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty.  Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction can mediate the effect of quality. service to customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of Islamic leadership on employee performance, to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, and to determine whether job satisfaction plays a role in mediating Islamic leadership on employee performance. This research was conducted on the workforce of the Lumajang Islamic Hospital with a total of 68 respondents. Sampling technique uses a saturated sampling technique and data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis using SEM-PLS. The results of this study indicate that Islamic leadership has an effect on employee performance, Islamic leadership has an effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has no effect on employee performance, and Islamic leadership has a role in mediating job satisfaction on employee performance.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions with the brand image as a mediating variable. The research was conducted in Tunjungan Plaza, Galaxy Mall, and Pakuwon Mall with a total sample of 150 respondents of Zara Women’s consumers. The data collection technique in this study used an online questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study uses partial least squares using Smart PLS software. The results of the partial least squares (PLS) analysis show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a positive and significant effect on brand image, brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to prove empirically the effect of a celebrity endorser, brand image, and product quality on the purchasing decision of Sariayu Martha Tilaar in Malang. The independent variables in this research are celebrity endorsers, brand image, and product quality. The dependent variable is the purchase decision. The sample size was 100 people with non-probability sampling. Data collection technology is this study used by questionnaire. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that the celebrity endorser variable has an effect on purchasing decisions, brand image affects purchasing decisions, and product quality affects purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of job stress and job insecurity on turnover intention, with job satisfaction as a mediation for PT. Kembang Joyo Sriwijaya employees. This type of research uses quantitative, the population is 112 employees. The sample used is a sample of 88 respondents. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique is a range of scales and PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square – Structure Equational Model) software. The results obtained show that job stress has a significant effect on turnover intention, job insecurity has a significant effect on turnover intention, work stress has no significant effect on job satisfaction, job insecurity has no significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has no significant effect on turnover intention, work stress no significant effect on turnover intention with job satisfaction as a mediating variable, job insecurity has no significant effect on turnover intention with job satisfaction as a mediating variable.
