Abstract

This research aims to find out the effect of product quality, price, and promotion on honda PCX purchasing decisions on Gresik Motorcycle MPM Dealers/ in this study using the type of descriptive research and population used by Honda PCX motorcycle users whose samples can be conflated using calculations into 96 rounded into 100 samples. Sampling techniques in this study are purposive sampling which has criteria on the respondents of this study and the analytical tools used are intrusion test, normality test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis test where the results of this study are a cauldron of products, prices, and promotions have a significant and simultaneous positive influence on honda PCX purchase decisions at Gresik Motor MPM Dealers

Abstract

Racket and Sports Equipment Company "Abadi" Malang is engaged in manufacturing. As a result of the covid-19, the company only produces midangan. The purpose of this research is to find out and find the optimal scheduling method so that it can overcome the problem of delays in order completion. The method used is the priority rule consisting of first come first serve (FCFS), shortest processing time (SPT), longest processing time (LPT), and earliest due date (EDD). The results of the study indicate that the SPT method is a method that has the most optimal measure of effectiveness compared to the FCFS, LPT, and EDD methods. The SPT method produces an average value of 21 days of completion, 31.74% utility, an average number of jobs in the system 3.15 jobs, and a delay of 12.5 days.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the response of LQ45 stock market participants to the legislative and presidential elections and the results of the 2019 presidential election. The data used to determine the response of market participants is to use abnormal return data and trading volume activity from 45 companies listed on LQ45. The test is then calculated using the marked adjusted model method and testing the hypothesis using parametric statistics and analyzed using SPSS. Based on the results of research conducted, it can be concluded that for the legislative and presidential election events, in 2019 there were significant abnormal return differences and for trading volume activity there were no significant differences around the day the event occurred. The second political event, namely the results of the presidential election, the calculation of abnormal returns and trading volume activity around the day of the event was found to be a significant difference in which this event there was a response from the stock market players which means that both hypotheses in this study were accepted in this second political event.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of supply chain management (supplier partnership, information sharing, customer relationship) on the operational performance of the furniture industry in Jombang Regency, and to find out the dominant variables that influenced the operational performance. The population and sample in this study were all furniture business owners in Mojowarno Sub-District, Jombang Regency. The total population was 163 and the total sample was 62 respondents. The data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to furniture business owners. In this study, the analytical tools used were scale range, multiple linear regression analysis, and a dominance test that showed that supply chain management with supplier partnership, information sharing, and customer relationship variables significantly influenced the operational performance. The dominant variable influencing operational performance was the customer relationship.

Abstract

This research aims to review the influence of financial attitude, financial knowledge, mission control, and financial self-efficacy in the millennial generations in Mojolangu. Included in this study as many as 100 respondents purposive sampling method. Sampling technical data to the analysis in this study using multiple linear regression. Based on test results obtained, financial knowledge of financial attitude, locus of control, and financial self-efficacy in partially significant and positive behavior on financial management. The Independent variable most dominant in contributing to the behavior of financial management is the attitude of financial variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the role of positive emotion in mediating the effect of store atmosphere on impulse buying at the Guardian Store at Mall Olympic Garden in Malang. The population in this study were the Guardian visitors at Mall Olympic Garden. The sample in this study was 120 respondents using purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is the scale range, path analysis, and single test. The results showed that store atmosphere has a positive and significant influence on impulse buying, store atmosphere has a positive and significant influence on positive emotion, positive emotion has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying and positive emotion can be a mediating variable between the influence of store atmosphere on impulse buying

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze the influence of discipline and motivation on employee performance. This type of research is survey research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees at Perum Perhutani PHW IV Malang, amounting to 33 people. The sample in this study amounted to 33 people selected using total sampling techniques. The data collection technique of this study was using a questionnaire. Technique data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with two predictors, F test, T-test, and coefficient of determination. Based on test and analysis results, this study includes that, discipline has a significant effect on performance, motivation does not significantly influence performance, discipline and motivation have a simultaneous effect on performance, discipline has the more dominant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Bank BTN has always been nominated for a top of top brand awards from 2016 to 2019. This phenomenon shows the brand image of Bank BTN, which has long been known as an icon of the bank with the best homeownership credit products as a positive value that can influence purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the Bank BTN’s Youtube ads were effective. The dimensions of the Bank BTN YouTube ads included empathy, persuasion, impact, and communication on the BTN bank Youtube ads. The variables used in this study include empathy, persuasion, impact, communication, advertising effectiveness, and purchase decisions. This type of research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach with 100 respondents. The analytical tool used in this research is the EPIC Model method with SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that Bank BTN Youtube advertisements are proven to be effective. Furthermore, there is partially a positive and significant influence between empathy, persuasion, impact, and communication on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, simultaneously the influence of empathy, persuasion, impact, and communication affect purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of promotion on social media Instagram towards the selling of Mariposa novels. The sampling technique used in this research was the purposive sampling technique with the criteria: Mariposa novel’s sales report after being published in bookstores in 2019. In order to know the effect of social media on the selling of Mariposa novel, a statistic test namely paired sample t-test was carried out by the researcher. By dividing the sales report into two categories: sales report before the social media promotion treatment (sales report on January to June 2019) and after social media promotion treatment (sales report on July to December 2019). The result showed that the significant value was 0,028 (which is smaller than 0,05). Thus, the promotion on social media Instagram had a significant effect on the selling of Mariposa novel.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction and leadership style on the organizational commitment of employees at Muhammadiyah University Malang hospitals. This type of research is causal research, while data collection techniques are through questionnaires. The sampling technique uses the Probability Sampling technique, with 70 respondents. The analytical tool used is the Scale Range and Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the analysis note that the leadership style in the good category, job satisfaction in the category satisfaction, and organizational commitment in the high category. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Situational leadership style and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, this means that if the situational leadership style is getting better and job satisfaction is more satisfied, the organizational commitment of employees will be high
