Abstract

In this era, urban people are getting busier everyday and have less spare time for themselves; let alone to do household chores. Whereas, there are a lot of household chores that needs to be done everyday, such as washing clothes. Therefore, laundry is one the in demand service. As a washing service provider , the quality of the service is becoming the key excellence that is significant towards the laundry 's success. For that reason, this research is made to measure the factors from service quality theory such as tangibility, assurance, empathy, responsiveness, and reliability; with its relation with customer satisfaction that resulting in repurchase intenifi's. Findings of this research can be used to increase the quality of laundry to meet customer needs and wants accurately. The correlation between service quality (servqual) with customer satisfaction based on the questionnaire data that is analyze with SPSS method. The analysis resulted that the critical satisfaction factors to customer satisfaction are empathy, tangibility, and reliability; also, customer satisfaction will be directly resulted in repurchase intention of customer.

Abstract

Penulisan ini dibuat untuk melihat respon konsumen terhadap ekuitas merek agen perjalanan daring serta pengaruh ekuitas merek secara keseluruhan kepada konsumen melalui media sosial. Kuesioner diberikan kepada setiap pengguna sebagai responden. Dari 340 responden, 329 responden diantaranya menyatakan bahwa pernah melihat agen perjalanan daring di media sosial. Hipotesa yang ada diuji menggunakan analisis regresi. Penulisan menunjukkan bahwa setiap variabel yang ada berpengaruh terhadap ekuitas merek. Dampak positif yang muncul ditunjukkan melalui hasil setiap variabel. Kesadaran merek sebagai variabel yang berpengaruh besar, dapat mendorong ekuitas merek secara komprehensif. Penulisan ini memperlihatkan bahwa ekuitas merek berperan penting. Merek merupakan identitas yang melambangkan sebuah produk. Kemudian, merek juga berfungsi sebagai pengendali pasar.

Abstract

Industri hulu migas merupakan salah satu industri penggerak ekonomi Indonesia dengan tingkat penyerapan tenaga kerja yang cukup besar. Jumlah tenaga kerja di suatu perusahaan hulu migas merepresentasikan kompleksitas aktivitas bisnis perusahaan tersebut. Studi ini menjelaskan suatu model yang dapat digunakan untuk meramalkan tingkat kebutuhan tenaga kerja perusahaan hulu migas di Indonesia. Variabel yang diduga berpengaruh terhadap perubahan jumlah tenaga kerja di perusahaan hulu migas antara lain fluktuasi harga minyak dunia, fluktuasi nilai tukar rupiah terhadap dolar Amerika, serta nilai investasi migas yang ditanamkan oleh investor. Lebih lanjut studi ini menjelaskan variabel yang secara signifikan paling berpengaruh terhadap perubahan jumlah tenaga kerja di perusahaan hulu migas. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa perubahan nilai tukar rupiah terhadap dolar Amerika dan perubahan nilai investasi di perusahaan hulu migas merupakan variabel yang paling berpengaruh, sedangkan perubahan harga minyak dunia tidak secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap perubahan jumlah tenaga kerja di perusahaan hulu migas Indonesia.

Abstract

The research is held to find out the need of villagers toward the ideal transportation in rural area. The data was collected using several methods, including observation, interview, and FGD with the villagers in Desa Pulosari, Sukabumi, Jawa Barat. The collected data was analyzed using Coding Scheme: Customer Needs (Goffin et al., 2012) method. Based on the coding scheme, there are two main needs for villagers toward rural transportation, i.e the need for vehicles to improve villagers’ welfare and economic conditions and the need for suitable and safe vehicles for mobilization in rural areas.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh behavioral factors investor yang terdiri dari sentiment, overconfidence, overreaction and underreaction and herd behavior terhadap pengambilan keputusan investasi di pasar modal di Jakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa behavioral factors investor sentiment, overreaction dan underreaction, dan herd behavior memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan investasi sedangkan behavioral factor overconfidence tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan investasi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa investor di Pasar Modal di Jakarta masih terpengaruh oleh faktor emosional, dan juga informasi dari luar dalam mengambil keputusan investasi, seperti contohnya informasi pergerakan harga saham, pendapat orang yang dianggap lebih ahli, ataupun sumber internet. Oleh karena itu, dari hasil ini diharapkan para pembuat kebijakan atau manajer portfolio untuk dapat semakin memberikan transparansi mengenai informasi dan risiko investasi yang akan diperoleh oleh investor. Selain itu, bagi investor individu diharapkan dapat mencari dan mempelajari data yang lebih baik dalam sebelum mengambil keputusan. Jurnal ini menggunakan referensi dari dua jurnal penelitian yang pernah dilakukan sebelumnya: (Metawa et al. 2018) dan (Mahanthe & Sugathadasa 2019).

Abstract

This research is madetoanalyzedtheeffectofnaturalproductstrendtocustomerpreferenceinbuying skin care product. The increasing air pollution has caused facial skin problems such as dull skinand acne. The changing of lifestyles and easiness of information access about health and education nowadays has made people more aware of labels in skin care products. People nowadays started to pay attention to ingredients in skin care products and prefer to buy one with natural ingredients for their daily use. The usage of these natural skin care products are believed to be effective in solving their facial skin problems. Keywords : skin care, natural, pollution, dull skin, acne.

Abstract

The research purpose is to identify the feasibility of premium arenga sugar originated from Conservative Forest of HalimunSalak. This Business is based on the social issue that occurs in the community due to sales decrease of arenga sugar as the main source of income. This research is also intended as based for strategy related to marketing, operation, human resource, and finance. The research methods are direct observations, expert interviews, taste panels, dan focus group. With the IDR 16 bio, this business resulted in NPV more than 0 (Rp 36.233.793.890), IRR (45%) bigger than WACC (12%), and Payback period 3,5 years. These results exceed the shareholder's expectation so that the business is worth to be realized.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of green brand knowledge, consumer’s attitude towards green product and green brand positioning to the green product purchase intention The Body Shop. Questionnaires with 17 instruments are being distributed to 304 respondent in Jakarta, Depok, Bogor, Bekasi and Tangerang to gain the data. The data then being processed using computer software SPSS. Based on the research, green brand knowledge has the biggest influence on green product purchase intention. Cosmetic companies like The Body Shop may use promotion strategy to improve consumer’s green product knowledge.

Abstract

Keinginan untuk keluar dari pekerjaan bagi operator call-center disebabkan banyak hal. Dengan menggunakan teori Job-Demands Resources model, penelitian ini menguji faktor tuntutan pekerjaan (disonansi emosi), sumber daya pekerjaan (kemandirian pekerjaan dan dukungan supervisor) serta keterlibatan pekerjaan untuk mencari besarnya pengaruh terhadap keinginan untuk keluar. Penelitian ini melibatkan 215 agen call-center di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menyarankan untuk memperbaiki kepuasan pekerjaan sehingga dapat menurunkan keinginan untuk keluar. Disonansi emosi memberikan hubungan negatif dengan kepuasan pekerjaan dan hubungan positif dengan keinginan untuk berhenti kerja. Kemandirian pekerjaan tidak berkorelasi dengan kepuasan pekerjaan dan keinginan berhenti kerja, juga dukungan atasan tidak berhubungan secara langsung dengan keinginan berhenti kerja.

Abstract

Banking is one of the most desirable destinations of job seekers in Jakarta, as well as being listed as the company with the highest employee turnover rate. This is interesting and become the main reason to do research in it. This study tries to explore how motivation can influence employee job satisfaction by determining motivation variables consisting of rewards, leadership style, work environment, and career development in banking industry in Jakarta, Indonesia. This study utilized quantitative survey method with total respondents of 188 people working at banks in Jakarta. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 23.
