Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine whether or not the effect of hybrid learning model lerning on student learning outcomes in class XI MAN Jombang. The research method used is an experimental method with a One-Shot Case Study design. The sample used in theis study were students of class XI MIA 1 Man 9 Jombang, totaling 43 students who were teken using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique learning used is the one sample “t” test with a significance level of 5% (0.05). the results showed that the hybrid llearning model had a significant effect on student learning outcomes in Fiqh subjects, as evidenced by a one-sample t-test analysis with the results of of t-count > t-table (9.168 > 1.684) and sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 or < 0.05.

Abstract

Students’understanding of mathematical concepts is important to be aquired, due to the use of mathematical concepts is variety of context in everyday life. One of the mathematical material that is widely used in real life is concept of Geometry: Quadrilaterals. However, based on the results of several previous studies and facts in the field, it shows that many students experience difficulties in the Quadrilaterals material. Therefore, in this study, teaching materials are developed to support learning. In this study, inquiry-based worksheets are developed on quadrilaterals for class VII students of SMP/MTs. This study is a development research by applying the ADDIE model. Based on the results of expert reviews, namely mathematics education lecturers and mathematics teachers, an average of 94% was obtained and meets the "Valid" criteria. LKPD obtained an assessment result of 88.46% which meets the "Practical" criteria. The results of implementing LKPD in learning obtained an average learning result of 83.5., of which 86.66% of students score above the KKM and only 13.34% of students score below the KKM. This shows that the use of inquiry-based worksheets can help students learn quadrilateral material.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the digital transformation policy applied in Madrasah Aliyah Unggulan KH. Abd Wahab Hasbulloh Bahrul 'Ulum Tambakberas Jombang. This study uses a qualitative approach by conducting a case study of the madrasah. Methods used in this research include participatory observations, interviews with relevant stakeholders, and document analysis related to digital transformation policies. The results of the study showed that Madrasah Aliyah Unggulan KH. Abd Wahab Hasbulloh Bahrul 'Ulum has successfully implemented the digital transformation policy. The Madrasah has made significant changes in the use of information and communication technologies in learning and administrative activities. Some methods used in digital transformation include the implementation of e-learning, the use of school management software, and the utilization of social media for promotion and interaction with stakeholders. The digital transformation in the madrasah has had a positive impact, including improved accessibility of learning for students, administrative efficiency, and improved quality of learning. In addition, this madrasah also managed to leverage digital transformation to improve the image and reputation of the school. Despite its success, this study shows that there are some challenges in the implementation of digital transformation policies in Madrasah Aliyah Unggulan KH. Abd Wahab Hasbulloh Bahrul ‘Ulum. These challenges include the lack of adequate technological infrastructure, the limitations of digital knowledge and skills for some staff and teachers, and changes in organizational mindset and culture. This research provides insight into the experience of digital transformation in Madrasah Aliyah Unggulan KH. Abd Wahab Hasbulloh Bahrul 'Ulum Tambakberas Jombang. The results of this research can be a benchmark for other madrasahs in implementing successful digital transformation policies, as well as providing an understanding of the challenges that may be faced in the process.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand the development of the curriculum in Indonesia from year to year (2004 Curriculum - Merdeka Curriculum), then to know the advantages of the curriculum in Indonesia from year to year (2004 Curriculum - Merdeka Curriculum) and to know the shortcomings of the curriculum in Indonesia from year to year (2004 Curriculum - Merdeka Curriculum). The type of research used in this research is library research which is based on literature review/content analysis and refers to documents or records as its data source with a qualitative descriptive design. The results of this study can be seen in the fact that curriculum changes are a form of influence from changes in the law on the national education system. The curriculum as a set of educational plans needs to be developed dynamically in accordance with the demands and changes that occur in society. The entire national curriculum is designed based on the same foundation, namely Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution, the difference is in the main emphasis of educational goals and approaches in realising them. In the history of curriculum development in Indonesia in the 20s, four times were recorded, namely since 2004, the national curriculum changed from 2004, 2006, 2013 and the independent curriculum as the current policy. Each curriculum has advantages and disadvantages. And this curriculum can change at any time according to the needs of Indonesian education.

Abstract

In this modern era, education is very important for human development and progress. Education cannot be separated from the so-called learning process. One of the achievements of educational goals can be seen from the learning outcomes of a student after going through the learning process he does. Hybrid learning is a combination of the learning process in the classroom with online learning or outside the classroom, to take advantage of existing technological tools in the current era. During the COVID-19 pandemic emergency that occurred throughout the world in 2019-2021, problems occurred, especially in education and finally learning activities were transferred online. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the hybrid learning model on the learning outcomes of class XI students in fiqh subjects at MA Mambaul Ulum Megaluh Jombang. Data collection techniques using tests in the from of multiple choice questions pre-test and post-test, validation sheets. Researchers used the Pre-Experimental Desain and Paired Sample Test menthods to determine the effect on student learning outcomes. The results of the research that have been carried out state that the average of all aspects is 88.796%, which means it is very feasible to use research at MA Mambaul Ulum Megaluh Jombang. Student learning outcomes using the pre-test and post-test, the students’ average score was 52.8% for the pre-test score and for the post-test score the students’ average score was 69.5%. The significant value is <0.05 in the Pairet Sample Test table. This means that there is a significant effect on student learning outcomes in fiqh class XI subjects at MA Mambaul Ulum Megaluh Jombang, on the treatment given during the pre-test and post-test. Abstract

Success in the learning process will be achieved when the teachersuccessfully transfers knowledgeto students. Therefore, the right learning strategies and models are needed, one of which is theblanded learning model. The blanded learning model can also be used as a solution to the problemof low student learning motivation. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementationof the blanded learning model in increasing the learning motivation of CLASS VII students in fiqhsubjects at MTs Darun Najah, Ngijo-Karangploso. This research uses qualitative methods, with aqualitative descriptive approach. The data sources in the study are primary and secondary data.Primary data were taken from interviews, interviews conducted with the head of the Madrasah, andteachers of class VII fiqh subjects at MTs Darun Najah. Secondary data is taken from field recordsof observations, and documentation in the form of photos and audio. The resultsof this study provethat blanded learning-based learning is able to increase the learning motivation of class VIIstudents in MTs Darun Najah, especially in the subject of fiqh learning. However, in itsimplementation there are several obstacles, including that there are still some teachers who do notfully understand the concept of blanded learning at MTs Darun Najah, and the internet networkwhich is still often problematic, so that it can trigger the inefficiency of learning using the blandedlearning learning model at MTs Darun Najah.

Abstract

Learning strategies are one of the efforts that can be made to improve the quality of education. During the Covid19 pandemic, learning activities were carried out online. After the Covid19 pandemic, teaching and learning activities were carried out face to face. But it is necessary to develop learning strategies for each subject. The focus of the research here is on the Aqidah Akhlak subject, because it is a very important moral lesson for students, especially in madrasa-based schools. So the researchers conducted research at MA Bahrul Ulum Perak Jombang to find out the learning strategies of Aqidah Akhlak and the supporting and inhibiting factors of learning activities in class.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors that influence the decision to purchase HP accessories on Shopee using a case study of Unwaha Jombang students. This study uses five independent variables, namely motivation, perception, knowledge, culture, and satisfaction. Data were collected from 100 respondents through an online questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that culture and satisfaction have a significant positive effect on the decision to purchase HP accessories on Shopee. However, motivation, perception, and knowledge do not have a significant effect on the decision to purchase HP accessories on Shopee. These findings can help HP accessory sellers on Shopee understand the factors that can influence customer purchasing decisions, especially among Unwaha Jombang students

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image and brand trust on customer loyalty at the Jombang branch of the Indonesian Sharia Bank. The influence of brand image and brand trust on customer loyalty is an important topic in the Islamic banking industry, especially to understand the factors that can influence customers in choosing and remaining loyal to use certain bank services. The research method used was a survey with questionnaires distributed to 100 customer respondents of the Jombang branch of Bank Syariah Indonesia. The data obtained were analyzed using regression analysis to examine the relationship between brand image, brand trust, and customer loyalty variables. The results of the study show that brand image has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty at the Jombang branch of the Indonesian Sharia Bank. In other words, the customer's positive perception of the bank's brand image can influence the customer's tendency to continue using the bank's services. In addition, brand trustalso has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Customer trust in this bank in terms of reliability, sharia compliance and security can strengthen customer loyalty. This research makes an important contribution to the Jombang branch of Bank Syariah Indonesia in understanding the factors that can influence customer loyalty. In developing marketing and brand management strategies, banks need to pay attention to the importance of building a positive brand image and increasing customer trust through consistent reliability, sharia compliance and security. By strengthening brand image and brand trust, banks can increase customer loyalty levels and maintain a strong market share.
