Abstract

Penggunaan media pembelajaran secara optimal menjadi bagian strategis dari penerapan kurikulum 2013. Namun, pada kenyataannya belum optimalnya penggunaan media pembelajaran di dalam kelas, oleh karena itu dibutuhkan suatu media berupa ensiklopedia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran ensiklopedia Fisika berbasis scientific inquiry learning dengan nilai karakter islami pada tema Cahaya dan mengetahui tingkat kelayakan media pembelajaran tersebut. Desain penelitian menggunakan model 4D oleh Thiagarajan, Semmel, & Semmel yang disederhanakan. Prosedur penelitiannya yaitu: (1) define (pendefinisian), (2) design (perancangan), (3) development (pengembangan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ensiklopedia Fisika berbasis scientific inquiry learning dengan nilai karakter islami pada tema Cahaya memperoleh nilai rata-rata 3,61 yang berarti layak dari tim validator. Sedangkan dari pembaca diperoleh nilai rata-rata 3,72 yang berarti ensiklopedia Fisika yang disusun telah layak untuk diimplementasikan. Dengan adanya penelitian ini, diharapkan di masa mendatang media ini bisa disebarluaskan dan ada penelitian lanjutan mengenai ensiklopedia Fsika dengan tema yang berbeda.

Abstract

Technology has grown rapidly in education sector, it creates new opportunities for improving learning experience of students at any levels of education. One of them is education in Junior high school. Teaching them will be interested and completely different, because beginners are unique and are able to think abstractly and logically. Therefore, the researcher aimed to design English learning media for beginner students as a media that were appropriate for their learning needs. There were two research objectives; these are desingning King Al PoST and knowing the feasibility of the English learning media. the researcher uses Research and Development method adapted from Borg and Gall’s development. This English learning media were validated by material expert and media expert before trying to the students. While, the instrument of this research are questionnaires and interviews to material expert, media expert, and students. The result of this research showed that 1) the result of material expert is 85 score; 2) the result of media expert is 85,00 score; 3) the result of preliminary field testing is 88,67 score; 4) the result of operational field testing is 90,25. Based on the result above, the researcher conclude that King Al PoST is feasible to use in English learning. From the result there were two suggestions: 1) to the English teacher it can be used to be alternative teaching media to teach English; 2) to the other researcher it can be used to do the research at different level of the students.

Abstract

In this increasingly advanced age, globalization has influenced most of the community to behavior that is not commendable. For that spiritual intelligence must be considered because of the highest human intelligence that can guide humans in finding the true meaning of life. One way (approach) to change society is by strengthening spiritual intelligence. This study uses a qualitative approach which is how to get the data by doing research directly with the descriptive analysis method. Data analysis is done so that the collected data can be analyzed by analyzing all data generated from observations, interviews and documentation that have been carried out. The results showed that (1) The development of spiritual intelligence through Islamic Religious Education at SDN Gajah 1 Ngoro Jombang was carried out through the cultivation of Islamic values to students, including the values of love, value of tawadhu ', sincere values, and courageous values. The implementation of Islamic activities in schools includes daily activities, weekly activities, monthly activities and annual activities. (2) supporting factors and inhibitors of spiritual i students of SDN Gajah 1 Ngoro Jombang namely the existence of collaboration between the principal and the teacher, the existence of adequate facilities, the existence of Islamic symbols in the school, the hard work of the teacher in motivating students to be of good character, exemplary from the teacher, as well as regulations that apply at school. While the inhibiting factors are the absence of teachers of local religious content and the absence of a mosque building. Based on the analysis of research results, it is recommended to; (1) Principals, to improve the quality of teacher performance in motivating and exemplary to students and are advised to strive to improve facilities and infrastructure related to learning Islamic Education in schools. (2) Teachers, to improve the existing model of spiritual intelligence development by increasing their role as motivators by motivating and giving examples to students so that they are always noble.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah merupakan salah satu faktor penentu yang dapat menggerakkan semua sumber daya sekolah untuk dapat mewujudkan visi, misi, tujuan, dan sasaran sekolah melalui program-program yang dilaksanakan secara terencana dan bertahap. Salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi tingkat kedisiplinan adalah teladan pemimpin, teladan pemimpin sangat berperan dalam menentukan kedisiplinan seseorang karena pimpinan dijadikan teladan dan panutan oleh para bawahannya. Kepala Madrasah MTsN 16 Jombang adalah pemimpin sekolah yang menerapkan kedisiplinan dan menjadi teladan bagi guru disekolah. Untuk itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana gaya yang kepala madrasah gunakan agar dapat meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sedangkan pengambilan datanya menggunakan wawancara dan observasi serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah MTsN 16 Jombang adalah gaya demokratis dengan upaya yang dilakukan kepala madarasah yaitu menjadi teladan yang baik bagi guru maka tingkat kedisiplinan guru di MTsN 16 Jombang termasuk guru yang cukup disiplin walaupun banyak kendala dalam proses peningkatannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan suatu kesimpulan bahwa kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan juga mempunyai peran yang sangat penting untuk membentuk guru menjadi pribadi yang lebih disiplin dalam segala hal

Abstract

Peran keluarga terutama kedua orang tua sangat penting dalam pertumbuhan dan perkembangan jiwa anak terutama dalam aktivitas sosial keagamaan remaja. Karena pendidikan, bimbingan serta keteladanan anak yang paling utama terdapat didalam keluarga terutama kedua orang tuannya, agar anak-anak memiliki kepribadian yang baik dalam bertingkah laku maupun bertutur kata agar terhindar dari pelanggaran moral ketika sudah mencapai usia remaja dan memasuki area organisasi. Orang tua perlu memberikan pengarahan terhadap anak bahwa kita hidup sebagai makhluk sosial maka kita harus hidup bersosial dengan masyarakat salah satunya engan mengikuti aktivitas social keagamaan di lingkungan desa. Aktivitas social keagamaan remaja merupakan lembaga non ormal yang dihimpun oleh organisasi REMAS DARUL MUTTAQIN (Remaja Masjid) yang membawa dampak positif bagi kalangan remaja dengan dukungan dari kedua orang tuanya, keluarganya maupun masyarakat disekitarnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran keluarga dalam aktivitas social keagamaan REMAS DARUL MUTTAQIN di Dsn Plososantren dan mendeskripsikan faktor penunjang dan penghambat akivitas sosial keagamaan di Dusun Plososantren, penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif yag sifatnya deskriptif analisis dengan wawancara, obsevasi dan dokumentasi sebagai metode pengumpulan data, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data deskriptif kualitatif

Abstract

This research is a kind of survey and aims to find out and analyze empirically the effects of linguistic inteligenceand sentence structue towards student’s writing skill in recount. The observed population of this research is students of private junior high schools in Depok West Java. The sample was gained through simple random sampling, which means that the researcher mixed the subjects in the population so that they will be considerably the same. This research has 3 variables which are divided into 2 independent variables (linguistic inteligence and sentence structure) and 1 dependent variable (writing skill in recount). The collection of the data is done by questionnaire and written tests for both independent and dependent variables. The gained data was then analyzed by using correlation technique and multiple regressions. Previously, the prerequisite tests before examining the regression test must be accomplished, such as normality test and linearity test. The result of this research is: 1) There are any significant effects of linguistic inteligence and sentence structue altogether towards student’s reading comprehension and it is proved by Fo = 13,014 and Sig.=0.001< 0.05) There is a significant effect of linguistic inteligence towards student’s writing skill in recount and it is proved by to = 3,378 and Sig.=0.000 < 0.05) There , , is a significant effect of sentence structure towards student’s writing skill in recount and it is proved by to = 2,577 and Sig.=0.012< 0.05. It means that the student’s writing skill in recount is strongly influenced by linguistic inteligence and sentence structureof his/her own.

Abstract

Educational system in Indonesia also consist of two types; they are formal and informal education. Formal education is based on the classroom, also using syllaby, and structured. While informal education is based on a learning community, like a course. Informal education do not need formal curriculum or syllaby, they usually make the curriculum by them selves. The example of informal education are TPQ, The researcher investigate students’ speaking ability by using Dubbing Time, to know students ability in speaking ability. In this research, researcher make a fun method learning to improve the students’ ability in speaking skill by using this media. Researcher designed a media by named Dubbing Time. Dubbing Time is one of some media to make a fun learning. Dubbing Time is a media to improve speaking skill for students. In this media, students explain a picture on the screen. This media can use be used in some text such as narrative, descriptive or procedure, but in this case the researcher use narrative text to this research.. The result of media validation is 68 score in good category. The result of material validation is 65 in a good category The result of user validation in get 90,25 score in field study.

Abstract

Pendidikan Akhlak merupakan pendidikan fundamental, pendidikan yang mempunyai peranan yang sangat signifikan dalam dunia pendidikan,pendidikan yang menyasar dimensi moralitas dalam diri manusia, namun sayang sudah mulai di lupakan oleh para pendidik serta pemangku kebijakan di negeri ini. Konsep pendidikan Akhlak meliputi hakikat, tujuan, dan materi pendidikan akhlak. Pemikiran Al – Attas tentang pendidikan akhlak menyasar betapa pentingnya penanaman adab sebagai pendidikan Islam yang disebut ta’dib. Al – Attas menekankan pentingnya pengajaran ilmu fardlu ain, yaitu ilmu pengetahuan yang menekankan dimensi keTuhanan, intensifikasi hubungan manusia – Tuhan dan manusia-manusia, dan nilai – nilai moralitas lainnya yang membentuk cara pandang murid terhadap kehidupan dan alam semesta.

Abstract

Language learners frequently showing anxiety, feeling guilty and nervousness when learning a brand new language. Language anxiety can raise from learners’ inner feeling, their self-related cognitions, language learning barriers, variety target in learners’ and language cultures, differences in social status of the speakers and from the fear of losing self-identity. Language anxiety may also be resulted as a cause of improper command of the target language (Sparks and Ganschow; cited in Horwitz, 2001: 118). It may be eencountered due to linguistic difficulties L2/FL learners met in learning the target language. This study tried to investigate the factors behind language anxiety among the Indonesian language learners. The research findings suggested that language anxiety can appear from learners’ own sense, language learning difficulties, differences in learners and target language cultures, differences in social status of the speakers and interlocutors, and from the fear of losing self-identity. Furthermore, considering the crucial role of teachers in second or foreign language pedagogy, a need was felt to investigate the beliefs and perceptions of language teachers about learning and teaching a second or a foreign language.

Abstract

Guru merupakan faktor terpenting dalam proses peningkatan kualitas pendidikan. Namun, guru sebagai makhluk sosial dan individual dalam kehidupannya sering mengalami hambatan dalam peningkatan kualitas tersebut. Permasalahannya adalah bagaimana profesionalitas guru dalam pembelajaran bahasa arab, kendala yang dihadapi dalam peningkatan profesionalitas guru dalam pembelajaran bahasa arab, dan upaya apa saja yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan profesionalitas guru dalam pembelajaran tersebut. Dari permasalahan tersebut, maka tujuan dari pembahasan ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana peningkatan keprofesionalan guru dalam pembelajaran bahasa arab. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan dalam peneliti ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriftif, analisis. Hasil penelitian diperoleh yaitu, kemampuan guru dalam pembelajaran bahasa arab sudah cukup professional, terbukti semua guru memiliki ijazah keguruan, memiliki pengalaman mengajar lebih dari lima tahun, selalu membuat rencana pembelajaran, metode yang digunakan bervariasi, melakukan situasi interaksi yang baik dengan siswa, dan mengadakan evaluasi. Adapun yang menjadi kendala dalam peningkatan profesionalitas guru dalam pembelajaran bahasa arab adalah padatnya jam mengajar dan tidak adanya minat untuk melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi serta kesejahteraan guru kurang memadai. Sedangkan upaya yang dilakukan dalam peningkatan profesionalitas guru dalam pembelajaran bahasa arab adalah guru selalu menguasai kompetensi, penyediaan sarana dan prasarana, kedisiplinan dan pengawasan, rapat dan seminar.
