Abstract

The rapid development of technology today is very possible for the occurrence of various forgeries and frauds that are carried out to take profits unilaterally. One of them is the falsification of a certificate of appreciation that canbe easily carried out by irresponsible parties. An award certificate is an important file that proves theachievements of a person in a particular activity or competition. This is what gives rise to a lot of people who tryto forge certificates of appreciation for their personal interests, both work and education. Therefore, a system isneeded to test the authenticity of the award charter. With a series of testing steps carried out, it can be concludedwhether the award certificate is authentic or not. To avoid falsification of document files, it is necessary to applya digital signature with a cryptographic method. Digital signatures or better known as digital signatures can helptest the authentication of a document, especially a certificate of appreciation. When the digital signature has beenapplied to the award certificate, the award recipient can check whether the file is authentic or has been modified.The application of digital signatures goes through 2 stages, namely the signing and verification process. Signingis the stage of forming a digital signature by combining the SHA-3 and ElGamal algorithms. The authenticity ofthe file can be seen by carrying out the verification process, which is the process of comparing the hash value ofthe received file with the actual file hash value. This research produces an analyzation about process ofauthentication using digital signature.

Abstract

Tempe as a national food and local wisdom is expected to become more popular in the world. To realize this, more vigorous promotion is needed. Tempe is one of the functional foods that has antioxidant, antimicrobial, anticancer, antihypertensive, antithrombotic and hypocholesterolemic properties. The most effective and subtle way of popularizing something to the global market is through socio-economic diplomacy. One of them, is through culinary diplomacy. In addition, a synergy between local wisdom and information technology is needed that is beneficial for the progress of the nation. So, it is necessary to make an application in English to introduce tempeh food for international information. The outputs of this application are: 1) History of Tempe; 2) Video of the tempe industry in Indonesia; 3) How to make processed tempeh (contains text and video); 4) Video recipes for various types of tempeh; 5) Video sharing of processed tempeh recipes from application members; 6) Visitors can buy tempeh from Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs); and 7) Links to Websites of Indonesian Embassies (KBRI) around the world. The curious effect that this application wants to build is to make visitorscome to Indonesia so as to increase the world of tourism by making tempeh as culinary diplomacy such as: 1) more foreign investment goes to Indonesia; 2) a larger market abroad is open for Indonesian commodity products; and 3) more foreign tourists come to Indonesia.

Abstract

This research is a research on the development of learning media based on macromedia flash 8 in English quiz lessons for elementary students. This study aims to foster the interest of grade 2 elementary school students to usecomputers as learning media, create an interactive English quiz program to help increase the motivation andunderstanding of grade 2 elementary school students in learning English and improve intelligence IQ (IntelligenceQoutient), EQ ( Emotional Qoutient) and SQ (Spiritual Qoutient) in children. The benefits of this research canadd insight or knowledge of children in terms of answering the questions given as learning, can train thedevelopment of elementary level children to better understand quizzes, can be used as learning media that attractschildren's talents, can increase children's intelligence about technology, and motivate children to learn English.The method used is Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). The results of this study indicate that a computer-basedEnglish quiz interactive learning application has been designed using macromedia flash 8 software, the design ofan English quiz interactive learning application consists of a display design for quiz questions and answers,English language material designed in the form of animated images, animated text, and an explanation of thematerial by including voices to make elementary school students enthusiastic about taking lessons, macromediaflash 8 as a means to present computer-based English learning, a learning application made to attract users'interest in receiving lessons and make it easier with interesting applications in the learning process teach.

Abstract

Information technology plays an important role in improving the quality of institutions/companies. The development of information technology today is not only used in large organizations, but is also used by all sectors of society to support business or manage business. The increase in market business, especially car rental, is due to the high mobility of people in traveling by car. Rama Rent Car is a service that provides car rental/rental. At this time, business processes, transactions and storage still use conventional/manual systems, where the recording of all data processing processes is still using books. The purpose of this research is to create an android-based car rental/rental application that can help simplify all data processing processes contained in Rama Rent Car with a digital platform. This research uses MDLC method which starts from concept, design, collecting material, assembly, testing, to distribution. This android-based car rental application consists of several menus/features, namely, login menu, list menu, menu list,menu history transaction, and car menu. Tenants can borrow cars in the car menu, and can make transactions in themenu history transaction. Testing this car rental application usertesting blackbox to test whether this application is in accordance with what the user expects or not.. So, this android-based car rental application is suitable to be used to help the car loan process at Rama RentCar

Abstract

The bell is a device that can make a sound and has a function as a code, a reminder and a communication tool.In general, in most schools, the operation of the school bell is done manually, i.e. there is a picket teacher orschool officer who must always be ready to ring the school bell according to predetermined hours and inteaching and learning activities at school the school guard / picket teacher is busy with the activity of ringing thebell at school during school hours, changing lessons, taking breaks and going home from school which may bemore than five times a day. But officers often forget to ring the school bell at the right time. This negligencecauses the time taken for lessons which causes the effectiveness of teaching and learning activities to be reduced.So it is still less effective in ringing the school bell according to the hours that have been determined manually.This research builds an automatic bell device that can solve these problems which was built using Arduino Nanoand several other devices with the aim of producing an automatic bell device with bluetooth facilities connectedto a smartphone and applying a bluetooth module to the school bell in managing subject schedules, hours, dates,brightness on the P10 running text module, and turn on the speaker automatically

Abstract

Fuel Oil (BBM) is a commodity that plays a very important role in all economic activities, especially as a motorvehicle fuel. Along with technological developments in the automotive world, there is an increase in the numberof motorized vehicles every year. Indirectly there is an increase in the consumption of fuel oil. And from thisphenomenon there is an idea to educate the public about the regulations for refueling at gas stations using 3Danimation, to convey interesting information in such a way that the public and children can more easily understandthe regulations for refueling at gas stations. Starting from the ban on smoking or lighting a fire, using asmartphone, taking pictures in the filling dispenser area, the prohibition on starting the engine while still refueling,and compliance in the queue. In order to make gas stations more effective in conveying and implementingregulations for refueling at gas stations. The approach used is by making direct observations of the manual systemand recording carefully and systematically to collect data, in order to obtain the required information. As well asanalyzing the data and summarizing it so that it can draw conclusions that are used as benchmarks for making thesystem. And in making this 3D animation, several applications are used such as Blender, Hitfilm and Voicesove

Abstract

An agency or company can develop well of course determined by the quality and competence of its employees In a government agency there are several types of employees, namely ASN / Non PNS and PNS (Civil Servants). ASN or Non PNS employees are Honorary Employees, employees recruited by government agencies. Acceptance of ASN / Non PNS candidates who have met the general requirements in admission (Recruitment) where criteria and weighting as a benchmark for a government agency in choosing the parameters of a determination pass. After fulfilling the requirements of the layman in determining prospective employees, it has the next stage, namely the administrative selection stage, written examination selection (CBT), Wawacara selection. But the number of submissions of prospective employee files that have met the requirements makes the selection process more difficult and takes a long time. Therefore, a decision support system is needed to be the solution of the feud so that the selection process is more effective with objective results in terms of determining non-civil servants in the medan city land office for the eligibility of new ASN or Non-CIVIL SERVANT employees. In this case the MOOSRA Method It is appropriate to use with the formulation of the usual decision matrix: alternatives, criteria, or attributes, individual weights or coefficient p of each criterion and measure performance in relation using criteria. From the test results, the best alternative that is considered worthy of being a not-civil servant government employee at the medan city land office is alternative A8 on behalf of yudha with the best prevention value of 0.445 as the first rank.

Abstract

Humans as living beings cannot be separated from the need for food. One of the activities in making food iscooking. People in general view food recipes in books or magazines where this method is considered inconvenientfor some people. This research was conducted to design an android-based recipe application, which will providesolutions to the community to make it easier to get food recipe information. This application provides food recipesfrom several well-known chefs in Indonesia such as Renatta Moeloek, Junior John Rorimpandey, ArnoldPoernomo and Farah Fauzan Quinn. This application is designed using the Flutter Framework and the Dartprogramming language through the Visual Studio Code editor. Previous research was carried out by HandikaJuliansyah, 2020 in creating an android-based Al-Qur'an application that aims to implement the FlutterFramework as a tool to build an Android-based Al-Qur'an application. Flutter itself is an SDK made by Googlewhich is intended for high-performance mobile apps development. Mobile apps developed with Flutter can bepublished to both Android and iOS platforms from a single codebase. Based on the test results, this Android-basedrecipe application successfully runs on the Android operating system version 7.0 (Nougat).

Abstract

The Medan City Land Office was established by the Medan City Government which has the main task of carrying out community affairs, so Non Civil Servants (Honorer) are directly handled by government agencies in the Medan City area, so they work with companies which are at the Medan City Land Office which is to help the community.Meanwhile, for temporary employees, the handling starts from recruitment, payment of honorary salaries, with their dismissal being the authority and responsibility of the government (central and regional) where they work. national, regional and sectoral.decision support system (DSS) to overcome these problems, the most appropriate is using the MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization on The Basis of Ratio Analysis) method used to determine the quality of the honorary employee by looking at the elements that affect a problem with good quality.The results in this study are a decision support system for the assessment of non-civil servants using the MOORA method at the Medan city land office which can take into account all the criteria, there is a result that the best value that has the highest alternative is considered the best, namely Rina Erviana so that the largest optimization value is -206.25

Abstract

Games are widely used as a learning medium for children so that they are not boring and can create an effectiveand interesting atmosphere. In the field of education, games are used as a forum for games to hone thinking andmemory in the learning process. The use of games in the learning process involving computers can increaseachievement and learning motivation. One of them is games with educational genres that can have a pleasantimpact on learning and games are useful because they have good visualizations and are not boring. This researchutilizes Japanese language education games to be a solution to the problem of difficulty in learning Japanese bythe Indonesian people due to differences in accent and cultural diversity. This educational game is built usingunity 3D software, where this research will aim to produce an android-based Japanese language education gameand implement a random suffle algorithm on the question feature. where the game will display random questionsto hone memory in the game.
