Abstract

Islamic banks still have obstacles, one of which is the low level of public awareness, especially traders regarding Islamic banks, with the proven traders who still conduct transactions through conventional banks and even individuals (daily banks). Therefore, this study was conducted to determine whether or not there is a relationship between knowledge, religiosity, and social environment on the interest to save using Islamic banks. The method of this research is quantitative with an associative approach. The number of sample as 70 respondents with data collection methods using questionnaires and interview. Purposive sampling is a technique for sampling. The data analysis uses multiple correlation test, T test, F test, and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this research are that there is a positive and significant relationship between variables of knowledge and social environment on saving money interest using Islamic banks with tcount  values of 2.014 and 2.913. While the religiosity variable does not have a significant relationship to the interest in saving money using an Islamic bank with a tcount of 0.655. The coefficient of determination test (R2) gets a result of 23%, it means that the variables of knowledge, religiosity, and social environment only have a role of 23% of interest in saving using Islamic banks and the rest is controlled by other variables that is not tested in this study.

Abstract

The study inteds to measure and recognize the influence of Human Relation, the physical condition of the work environment, job training, employee development on work ethic at  the bank Syariah Bukopin branch office in Surabaya. The population and sample all employee totaling 50 people. The results of the analysis showed that Human Relation had no influence on work ethic in Bukopin Syariah Bank branch office Surabaya, while physical condition of the work environment, on the job training, employee development has a positive influence on employee the work ethic in Bukopin Syariah Bank branch office Surabaya. While the results of R2 of 67.4% means the variable has a big contribute to work ethic.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how big the influence of motivation (X1) and satisfaction employee (X2) on the performance of employee (Y) is based on the gaps that occur in the field  BAZNAS the Province of east Java . In this study, the method used is quantitative by using the explanotary reseach approaches. Respondents who used amounted to 32 people. For data collection using online questionnaire or google form with the size of the likert scale t to employees BAZNAS the Province of East Java and the test conducted using test instruments that test the validity and reliability. Analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test. The results of data processing of this research is motivation significant effect on employee performance with a value of 1% < 5% and tcount (2.760) > ttable (2,160) and satisfaction employee significantly effect the performance of employees with a value of 0% < 5% and tcount (4.856) > ttable ( 2,160) as well as the results of R2 is 53.2% of the remaining 46,8% influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Abstract :This research is focused on discussing the application of Islamic business ethics used by restaurant restaurants in Sidoarjo namely Lazizaa Chicken & Pizza Kedungturi Sidoarjo. In Islam, an economic activity carried out by a Muslim must have mutual benefit elements or values. The application that is carried out is also applied in every aspect of the economy consisting of the organization of production, consumption and distribution. Researchers use the basic values of Islamic business ethics as a reference to measure the application of Islamic business ethics including Unity, Balance, Free Will, Responsibility, and Truth: Virtue and Honesty. Through a qualitative approach, there are two issues that must be answered namely how the application of Islamic business ethics in Lazizaa Chicken & Pizza Kedungturi Sidoarjo is carried out and how Islamic business ethics principles are carried out in their success in doing business. Like praying 5 times, Lazizaa Chicken & Pizza is still running buying and selling activities and serving buyers. So that researchers can collect three components, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of the study indicate that Lazizaa Chicken & Pizza Kedungturi Sidoarjo applies Islamic business ethics in doing business but on the principle of unity Lazizaa Chicken & Pizza, has not been fully expected. For example, when the Adhan reverberated employees and employees were still making buying and selling transactions and serving consumers. The principles of Islamic business ethics used include the principle of balance, the principle of free will, the principle of responsibility and the principle of truth: virtue and honesty.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research aims to determine whether the shariah compliance (X1) and good corporate governance (X2) affect the loyalty of customers of (Y) bank BRI Syariah Kantor Cabang Sidoarjo. The sample used in this research were 80 respondent from the customers of bank BRI Syariah Kantor Cabang Sidoarjo. The data collection method used in this study was by distributing questionnaires or numbers via online Google Form to the customers of bank BRI Syariah Kantor Cabang Sidoarjo who has any product at there. This research used  the Instrumen Test, Multiple Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Test. The results of this study indicate that shariah compliance has a positive effect on loyalty of the customers. In addition, good corporate governance also influences positively and significantly on the loyalty of the customers. Shariah Compliance and Good Corporate Governance also influence 0,356 or 35,6% to loyality of the customers Bank BRI Syariah KC Sidoarjo and also 64,4% were influenced by another factor.

Abstract

In increasing the assets of Islamic banks, they certainly need funding. Return on Assets (ROA) is a ratio that has the function of increasing banking assets. This study aims to determine the effect of murabaha, mudaraba and musharaka financing on profitability projected on ROA using objects, namely 9 Islamic banks in Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) which have reached the research criteria. Data from this study are in the form of financial statements from the bank's website for the 2014-2018 period. The partial results of the study are murabahah, mudharabah, and musyarakah financing have no influence on ROA, while simultaneous murabahah, mudharabah and musyarakah financing do not have an influence on ROA.

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted in the Kapasan market in Surabaya, where there are many sellers who sell the same products among other sellers. Attract competition among buyers competing in price and quality of service to attract customers. This study aims to study how the relationship between price and service quality on customer loyalty in the Kapasan Surabaya market. This type of research is quantitative research using data collection through a questionnaire with incidental sampling method. Data analysis used multiple correlation test, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (f test), and coefficient of determination test (R2 test). The results of this study indicate that the price variable has a significant effect on customer loyalty and the service quality variable has a significant effect on customer loyalty. With the test results the coefficient of determination (R2) is at 34.4% meaning that the price and service quality variables play a role of 34.4% on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Optimizing the performance of a company is inseparable from the work achievement of the employees in carrying out all their duties. Religious factors become one of the factors driving the optimization of performance achievement wich must be maximized. This study aims to determine how the influencer of religiosity on the performance of muslim employees in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Pamekasan. This research is quantitative study with a population of 48 employees in the Pamekasan Regency PDAM office, all of wich were used as reseach samples. Questionnaire is used as a data collection method using a likert scale as a measurement tool. Data analysis using simple linear regression analysis, partial test (T) and the coefficient of determination (R²) test using SPSS version 23. The result of simple linear regression analysis showed the regression coefficient was a 1 then employee performance has increased by 0,028. T test results are at a significance value of 0,828 > 0,05, wich means that the variable of religiosity does not affect employee performance. While the R² test result are at the value of 0,001, wich means that there are ither variables outside the study that affect the performance of PDAM Pamekasan employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the effectiviveness of the waqf information system as a strategy to reduce disputes and accelerate the certification of waqf land in Surabaya. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach by understanding the subject phenomenon. The data collection rechniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research can be concluded that the waqf information system (SIWAK) has been effective and can reduce waqf land disputes in Surabaya. But only on waqf land that already has waqf pledge deed (AIW). With SIWAK, the ministry of religion (KEMENAG) can also facilitate the certification of waqf land in Surabaya. With the assistance of coun selors from the religious affairs office (KUA) to follow up all available waqf land. If a waqf land is found that has pledged but not entered into the waqf information system (SIWAK) the data input will be entered into the system. Honever, if a pledge is not yet made, the ministry of religion (KEMENAG) will come and then be directed to immediately pledge.

Abstract

Poverty illustrates a multidimensional problem on economic factors, the emergence of programs implemented by the government to reduce the number of poor people such as distributing cash donations. Therefore the plan to make it happen Gresik Regency Baznas prepares a work program that is "Micro Finance Program" which is a program of assistance for small businesses with the aim of developing their businesses so they can develop and be able to return them to the mustahik in need. This research is a qualitative research that intends to look at the management model of zakat, infaq, and alms in developing micro businesses. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the management model of zakat, infaq, alms in the development of micro businesses in Baznas Gresik Regency is a Gresik empowered program where productive economies are held in microbusiness groups. Overall the achievement of the ZIS management program at the Gresik Regency Baznas has been optimal.
