Abstract

Collaboration skills is one of the competencies in 21st century skills that are very important in life, especially for the younger generation to develop themselves in learning as well as prepare their competencies to become a competitive workforce in the global era. This study aims to determine the relationship between body image, self-adjustment, and collaboration ability. This study uses a quantitative approach with ex post facto methods and correlational design. The results showed (1) There was no relationship between body image and the collaboration ability of SMA Karangturi Semarang students (p>0.01, =0.055) (2) There was a positive and significant relationship between self-adjustment and collaboration skills of SMA Karangturi Semarang students ( p<0.01, =0.646 (3) There is a positive relationship between body image and self-adjustment with the collaboration ability of SMA Karangturi Semarang students with (p>0.01, R=0.658; F=0.433). So it can be concluded that body image has no effect on collaboration ability. Then the higher the student's self-adjustment ability, the higher the collaboration ability. In addition, simultaneously the body image and self-adjustment variables have a positive influence on students' collaboration abilities, so the higher the student's body image and self-adjustment, the higher their collaboration abilities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the career interests of students in Class XI MAN throughout Pandeglang Regency for the 2020/2021 academic year. This study uses a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach, the object of research is 268 students of class XI. Aspects of career interest consist of six personality types, namely realistic, investigative, artistic, social, enterprising and conventional. The data collection technique is a questionnaire in the form of a questionnaire. Based on the results of the instrument validity test that has been carried out, it produces as many as 60 valid items. As for the results of the reliability test, the number is 0.818 with a very strong/high classification. The results showed that the career interests of class XI MAN students throughout Pandeglang Regency were in the medium category with a percentage of 55% as many as 148 students, in the low category with a percentage of 23% as many as 62 students and in the high category with a percentage of 22% with a percentage of 58 students.

Abstract

Being famous and existing is a significant problem for teenagers in search of self-identity. Teenagers often do not want to be competitive and want to show their best in front of their peers. Teenagers have an excellent opportunity to become social climber to survive in a group. A social climber is described as the behaviour of someone who wants to get a higher social status around him. The development of technology, especially social media, is one of the media used by teenagers to become social climbers. The article will discuss the social climber phenomenon in adolescents. The method used in this study is a systematic literature review. Data were obtained from various research or non-research scientific articles and books relevant to the research title. The study results stated that the social climber phenomenon in adolescents is influenced by the rapid development of technology and social media. It can be seen from the habits of teenagers to compete to have the latest gadgets, wear branded goods, hang out culture, and display their best photos on social media.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effectiveness of group guidance with mind mapping techniques to increase students' understanding of further studies. This type of research is experimental research. The research was conducted at SMP N 18 Purworejo class IX G Academic Year 2020/2021. The data collection tool used was the scale of further study understanding. The data analysis technique used percentage descriptive analysis and Wilcoxon test. The descriptive results of the percentage showed that the understanding of further studies of students had increased by an average of 26,37%. Wilcoxon test analysis shows that tcount> ttable. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the understanding of further studies has increased after being given group guidance with mind mapping techniques

Abstract

This study aims to answer whether the application of group games can improve children's social emotional development. This study uses pre-experimental research techniques with one group pre-test post-test design. The method of data collection in the study used an observation instrument. The research subjects consisted of 8 students who had not optimal social-emotional development. The results showed that the socio-emotional development of children in TKQ MALNU increased after being given treatment with group games. Based on the results of the average pre-test and post-test, there is an average difference of 0.74 which defines that group games are effective for improving the social emotional development of children in TKQ MALNU.

Abstract

Academic integrity is the most important thing in realizing educational goals Every student, educator, and school staff are required to uphold the values of academic integrity. Academic integrity is a commitment to academic values that are manifested in behaviors, namely honesty, trust, justice, respect, and responsibility in carrying out academic demands. Academic integrity is an academic culture that needs to be maintained. Low academic integrity leads to various academic violations such as plagiarism, data falsification, dishonesty and cheating during exams or tests. Each educational institution certainly has its own code of honor in solving problems of academic violations and maintaining the honor of their educational institution. The research method used is a literature study research method. This article aims to obtain an overview of the definition of academic integrity, characteristics of academic integrity, and the factors that affect academic integrity.
