Abstract

This research was conducted on micro, small and medium enterprises in the Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra, the purpose of the research was to find out the promotion strategy of micro, small and medium enterprises in the Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra. The research carried out is a descriptive qualitative approach with explanations and information that will be associated with theories that will be discussed in qualitative research and provide conclusions from this research. The subjects of this study were UMKM actors around the Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra campus. The data collection techniques used are literature study, observation, interviews and documentation, the data sources used are primary and secondary data, and data analysis consists of inductive techniques, deductive techniques and drawing conclusions. The results obtained regarding the promotion strategy of micro, small and medium enterprises in the Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra using the concept of a promotional mix including the application of personal selling strategies (Personal Selling), advertising promotions (Advertising), using promotional media and sales promotions (Sales Promotion) with the application of strategies They are able to increase their income during the COVID-19 pandemic.Keywords: Promotion Strategy, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine whether product quality and price had a major influence on purchasing decisions in the village of Bumi Harjo, sub-district of Buay Buhaga. The method used in this research is the method of collecting questionnaire data and data analysis. Abstract

Corruption has evolved into a difficult-to-control problem, particularly in Indonesia, where the problem is growing in both quantity and quality. As the number of corruption cases grows, so will the amount of money lost by the government. Indeed, both at the national and provincial levels, this criminality has been rampant. Local government personnel have more opportunity to conduct illegal acts of corruption as a result of the government's decentralization scheme. This problem necessitates an assessment in order to identify guidelines that may be used to avoid corruption, therefore this study focuses on the supervision of public policy in the fight against corruption through community participation. The major issue addressed in this study is how effective public policy oversight is in combating corruption through public participation. This study employs a descriptive analysis research method to address this issue, allowing it to be concluded that the public plays a role in monitoring public policies regarding corruption prevention through efforts to prevent and eradicate corruption crimes, based on the information presented in the discussion. This oversight is carried out to ensure that public policy is carried out in conformity with its stated goal, namely the prevention of criminal corruption. Individuals, non-governmental groups, and other types of community organizations can all play a role in achieving community engagement.

Abstract

Production from an Islamic perspective is an activity carried out to add value to an item or create new uses and even new goods so that it is more useful in meeting needs by prioritizing the benefit side of something produced. The main purpose of production itself is to maximize all the resources that Allah has given to humans to be used to worship Allah and get the pleasure of Allah. In doing production according to the Islamic perspective, the most important thing is to be guided in accordance with the rules and teachings contained in the Qur'an. Production has three basic principles, namely trust, work, and professionalism. Islamic values in production are prioritizing the values of benefit. In Islamic economics, Production actors are strictly prohibited from producing goods or services that cause damage and loss to humans. In fact, not only for the benefit of humans but for the universe with all its contents. The word production may be difficult to find in the Qur'an, however, there are many verses that explain how to do production implicitly. As for the verses in the Qur'an that describe production, including Surah Al-Hadid verse 25, Surah An-Nabiya verse 80, Surah An Nahl verse 80-81, Surah Hud verse 37, Surah Hud verse 61, Surah Al-Qasas verse 73.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether product quality and price have a significant impact on purchasing decisions for cosmetic products. This research was conducted by observing and surveying consumers of cosmetic products in the Natar District. The population and samples were taken from cosmetic product consumers in the Natar District. Instrument of data collection using a questionnaire with a sampling technique is purposive sampling. The analysis technique, namely path analysis using SMART PLS, is carried out to show whether product quality and price have an impact on purchasing decisions for cosmetic products. The results showed that product quality had a significant impact on purchasing decisions for cosmetic products. Keywords: Quality, Price, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

This research is a literature study that discusses how entrepreneurs start a business strategy. The first focal point in an entrepreneur starting a business is whether he sees a business opportunity around him or not. Entrepreneurship is an important part of the economy of a nation, especially a developing nation. This research is a literature study in qualitative research on how entrepreneurs start a business. There are several ways to start a business, for example in the case of property, namely: looking for land, making drawings and RAB, looking for contractors, and sharing profits with land owners. Some suggestions for those of you who are dedicated and fully committed to starting a new business, namely: find a co-founder who can keep you balanced, schedule a fixed time and day for startup, and choose a business idea that has a longer vision.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of brand image, promotion, and brand trust on purchasing decisions on Scarlett Whitening products. This study used 50 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with a significant level (α) of 0.05. The results of this study indicate that product brand image has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions, with a positive value of 0.228 and a significant value of 0.030 less than 0.05. Promotion variable has a negative and insignificant effect on consumer purchasing decisions, with a negative value of -0.148 and an insignificant 0.276 more than 0.05. And the variable brand trust has a positive effect of 0.797 and a significant 0.000 affects purchasing decisions.Keywords : Brand Image, Promotin, Brand Trust, Purchasing Decision

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh dan nilai hubungan kualitas pelayanan, cita rasa dan varian menu terhadap minat beli konsumen. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, penelitian menggunakan 50 responden yang merupakan pelanggan Ayam geprek Abu Ahda. Data yang diperoleh diolah menggunakan metode Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayananan,cita rasa dan varian menu ketiganya berpangaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan kepuasan pelanngan sendiri berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap minat beli ulang. Dalam penelitian ini berpengaruh tidak langsung yang terbentuk bersipat memperlemah.teknik pengambilan data yaitu data primer atau data yang diambil langsung dari responden melalui kuesioner, dalam penelitian ini memperoleh hasil bahwa kualitas pelayanan,cita rasa dan varian menu perpengaruh positif dan signifian terhadap minat beli konsumen.Kata Kunci : Kualitas pelayanan, cita rasa, varian menu, minat beli konsumen

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Negative Word of Mouth on the brand image of meatball products at Bakso Dono Restaurant. The research uses quantitative data. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. Tests in this study were carried out by using convergent validity, reliability testing, and hypothesis testing using the Smart PLS 3 software. The data were obtained from distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The population is Bakso Dono restaurant consumers who are Muslim (Islam). With a sample of 50 respondents. The result is that negative word mouth has a positive and significant effect with the value of tstatistic > ttable, which is 6.472 > 0.273.Keywords: Negative Word of Mouth, Brand Image, Islamic economic
