Abstract

Educational intolerance in Indonesia according to Islamic perspective. Indonesia is a country that rich in culture, ethnic, linguistic and religious diversity. Recently, there was a case of religious intolerance in educational institutions. There have been frequent cases of interfaith intolerance in educational institutions. In fact, the intolerance rooted in local regulations. As muslim majority country, the case have strong relationship with Islam. The paper aims to analyse the educational intolerance in Indonesia based on Islamic perspective. By using hadith and Quran as the Islamic guidelines, the writer try to analyse the case. This qualitative research found that all the intolerance acts are prohibited in Islam. There is a hadith that strengthens it and stated that Allah SWT loves a good and tolerant religion.

Abstract

Tesis ini membahas tentang Strategi Pembinaan Keagamaan Bagi Narapidana Muslim Di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas II B Sanana Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula Provinsi Maluku Utara dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pembinaan keagamaan bagi narapidana muslim di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan dan untuk menganalisa efektifitas pembinaan keagamaan bagi narapidana muslim di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan. Sehingga Memberikan konstribusi pemikiran mengenai pembinaan keagamaan bagi narapidana muslim dan peningkatan kesadaran keagamaan narapidana dan petugas pembinaaan di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas II B Sanana. Penelitian dalam penulisan tesis ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan rancangan deskriptif dengan jumlah subjek penelitian sebanyak 9 (Sembilan) orang yang terdiri dari petugas pembinaan keagamaan, Petugas Lembaga Pemasyarakatan, dan Narapidana, Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. H Religious life is a fundamental right of every human being . The State also guarantees freedom of religion to all citizens . Whoever he is, whatever his status , required to practice their religion , including the inmate who is serving a sentence in prison . It is necessary to understand how religious building strategies for Muslim inmates in prison and how the effectiveness of religious construction of Muslim prisoners at the penitentiary . This study aims to determine the strategy for the construction of religious Muslim inmates in prison and to analyze the effectiveness of a religious building for Muslim inmates in prison . Up to Provide contribution to religious thought about the construction of Muslim prisoners and religious prisoners and awareness-raising officer in prison construction nationwide Class II B Sanana .The research in this thesis is a field research using qualitative approach with descriptive design with a number of research subjects as much as 9 ( nine ) members consisting of officers fostering religious , Prison officials and inmates , Data collection techniques used are observation , interview , and documentation .Results of this study concluded that the development strategy conducted in prisons Class II B Sanana need for additional personnel to conduct training because between inmates and officers less balanced development . While the effectiveness of religious guidance for Muslims prisoners in Penitentiary class II B Sanana although in practice there are still many shortcomings , but has led to a better direction . So that raises awareness in the hearts of inmates and can return to live peacefully in the midst of society . This was evidenced by the lack of recidivism figures in the Penitentiary Class II B Sanana

Abstract

Pendidikan berkualitas adalah hasil sebuah proses sadar yang dilakukan secara terencana, berkelanjutan, menggunakan pakem ilmu dan tentu saja fasilitas yang memadai.SMK Negeri 5 Kota Tangerang Selatan yang sementara ini berdiri pada areal tanah seluas 6.225 m2 di Kelurahan Pondok Benda Pamulang mempunyai visi dan misi untuk mencetak generasi yang unggul dalam IPTEKS, serta berorientasi pada Entrepreneurship. Namun visi dan misi tersebut tidak serta merta bisa dicapai tanpa dukungan dari masyarakat dan pemerintah baik pusat maupun daerah, yang sangat mendesak untuk ditangani adalah peningkatan mutu kelembagaan dan SDM. Untuk menciptakan sekolah sesuai dengan tuntutan masyarakat maupun dunia kerja. SMK Negeri 5 Kota Tangerang Selatan guna mengembangkan lembaga pendidikannya sesuai dengan RENSTRA tahun 2021 menjadi sekolah unggul yang dibanggakan oleh masyarakat Kota Tangerang Selatan dan Banten dan menjadi sekolah standar Nasional dengan fasilitas sarana dan prasarana memadai didukung oleh program serta kegiatan secara kolaboratif dengan DUDIKA dengan penelitian mengembangkan sekolah vokasi berbasis ENTREPRENEUR.sekolah semoga seluruh stake holders pendidikan vokasi bisa mengambil peran secara kolaboratif mewujudkan keinginan yang sangat besar ini, sehingga SMK yang unggul, mandiri, sebagai pusat ilmu dan teknologi pencetak tenaga terampil sesuai standar DUDIKA bisa terwujud.

Abstract

Constitution 1945 clearly stated that each nation has right for education access and quality of education, as will result to the quality of human resources. Good quality of education will be produced by good quality teacher or professional teacher in their job. The result of teacher competent test 2015 shows the average number of teachers still under the standard of government. However, the province of Maluku Utara on the position of 33 per 34 in professionality and teaching technique. It is important to do the teaching competency improvement. Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Ternate has been done various professional teaching competency improvement. The study aims to examine the effectiveness of professional teaching competency improvement at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Ternate. In answering the research question, descriptive qualitative technique was used with the support of primary and secondary data. Data collection was carried out at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Ternate by means of observation, interviews, and surveys (questionnaires) of 36 teachers. The results show professional teaching competency improvement program have been carried out by the school and the local government, but the internal factors of teachers become obstacles so that competency development is still less effective.

Abstract

This journal aims to find out how the Bandung Tourism College in the implementation of the curriculum management system and assessment has been running according to procedures and even supervised directly from the Central Ministry of Tourism, this makes STP Bandung a Tourism College which has a big name in the field of tourism in Indonesia. In particular, this study aims to obtain information and empirical analysis of: 1) learning management at STP Bandung. 2) curriculum at STP Bandung 3) assessment of learning at STPB Bandung.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi implementasi supervisi manajerial di MAS Alkhairaat Ternate dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja guru serta prestasi madrasah. Melalui pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini mencakup tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi supervisi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam praktek pengajaran, manajemen madrasah, dan interaksi guru-siswa. Visi supervisi yang menekankan keunggulan, profesionalisme, konsistensi, dan komitmen berbasis iman, ilmu, dan amal menjadi landasan kuat dalam proses perbaikan. Rekomendasi melibatkan penguatan pelatihan guru, peningkatan kolaborasi pemangku kepentingan, dan evaluasi sistematis untuk menjaga kesinambungan perbaikan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang efektivitas supervisi manajerial sebagai instrumen peningkatan mutu pendidikan di MAS Alkhairaat Ternate
