Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the pattern of education. Especially with the Independent Learning Program, teachers are required to be creative and innovative, teachers must create a happy atmosphere in learning. One way is to develop learning media that makes students enthusiastic in learning online. Learning videos are audio-visual media as a teacher's tool in delivering material to make it easy for students to understand and the Canva application that can support learning materials to be more interesting. The purpose of this service is to improve the quality of teachers by developing learning media according to the independent learning program. This service is carried out offline at SD N 1 and 3 Waimital. The result of this training is that teachers are able to develop video-based learning media because it really helps clarify subject matter so that teachers can implement the Independent Learning Program

Abstract

The community service carried out at SMAN 1 Seram Barat has the aim of preparing teachers to face teacher professional education (PPG) by providing complete information about PPG in the form of lectures and training in portfolio preparation. This activity is to meet the needs of teachers based on the results of interviews, admitting that they lack knowledge about teacher professional education and have difficulty making portfolios. The number of teachers who participated in this activity was 23 people. Based on the results of the questionnaire, it was found that the level of satisfaction in participating in the activities reached 87.83% while the percentage of the level of ease of understanding the material of the activity was 86.52% and the level of usefulness of the material was 89.13%

Abstract

Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melatih guru-guru SD di Kecamatan Kairatu untuk Menyusun soal High Ordered Thinking Skils (HOTS) dan menganalisis butir tes bentuk objektif secara manual maupun dengan menggunakan Anates. Dengan adanya pelatihan yang dilakukan ini, hampir semua peserta pelatihan sudah mampu mengidentifikasikan dan menyusun soal HOTS dibandingkan dengan sebelum pelatihan. Hal yang sama juga terjadi untuk analisis butir tes. Peserta yang semula tidak menganalisis butir tes karena tidak mengerti caranya, sudah bisa menganalisis secara manual maupun dengan menggunakan Anates

Abstract

The current problem is that teachers are not capable to adapt to the development of education based of tecnology. Teachers are not entirely literate in information and communication technology. The purpose of this program is to train teachers in utilizing information and communication technology as a medium of learning. This program was implemented at SMA Negeri 22 Seram Barat, Hatusua Village, Kairatu District, West Seram Regency as partners and the target audience were high school teachers throughout Kairatu District. This program is carried out in several stages, namely planning, implementation, evaluation and reflection. At the planning stage, coordination is carried out with partners, then the date of the activity is set. The implementation phase consists of training, demonstration and practice. The evaluation stage is carried out directly by the implementer, namely filling out questionnaires by participants. The results of the questionnaire show that this training activity is considered very good with an average value of 4.85 and there are suggestions that such activities should be sustainable and present more interesting material. While the reflection stage is carried out jointly between the implementer and the participants (partner teachers). This program is expected to increase the mastery of partner teachers on information and communication technology as a learning medium and will continue and develop not only in Kairatu District, but also for teachers throughout West Seram Regency

Abstract

This community service activity aims to (1) improve the understanding of teachers of SD Negeri 1 and SD Negeri 3 Waimital about learning models Blended Learning, (2) produce lesson plans by using the learning model Blended Learning. The achievement of these goals is carried out through the provision of materials and training with lecture methods, questions and answers, demonstrations, and exercises (tutorials), when the activity takes place, monitoring is carried out by resource persons to see and assist teachers in making based lesson plans Blended Learning. The results show that the service program is going well and smoothly. This program is able to improve the understanding ability of teachers about models and teachers are able to make lesson plans based Blended Learning. The target of this activity is elementary school teachers in Waimital Village

Abstract

Community service activities are carried out with the goal of: 1) Increasing the fulfillment of the standard of living for the welfare of coastal communities related to the existence of fish catches that are expected to be able to support the lives of group members. 2) Improve the ability of women fishermen groups to work together by incorporating them to organize their members to cooperate in accordance with mutual agreements and provisions in order to develop an independent entrepreneurial program from coastal women, and there is also a clear division of tasks in groups that is regulated and agreed upon through joint provisions, 3) Provide a coordinating production marketing platform incorporating groups of fisherwomen, as well as an inventory of the types of supporting facilities and infrastructure that would be required in fish marketing, in order to birth a pioneering joint group enterprise; and 4) Marketing can be classified into two sorts, namely catch raw materials and culinary preparations, in order to increase the objective of marketing program targets. A mentoring model and the entire process of science and technology transfer have been carried out using a pattern of training and mentoring for fisherwomen in order to achieve the program's objectives

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas guru tentang penyusunan butir tes membaca yang meliput; (a) mengurai kompetensi dasar menjadi indicator target (Hauptkompetenzen) dan indicator pencapaian kompetensi (IPK), (b) mengembangkan butir soal pemahaman teks yang berbasis HOTS. Metode penyampaian materi ini adalah presentasi yang dikuti dengan tanya jawab, kemudian dilakukan latihan analisis, dan latihan merumuskan soal. Pada akhir kegiatan peserta diminta untuk mengisi angket tentang materi yang disajikan, manfaat materi tersebut dalam pembelajaran. Hasil analisis menunjukan; (a) Kemampuan peserta dalam menguraikan kompetensi dasar menjadi indicator target bahkan IPK secara baik, (b) soal yang dikembangkan peserta belum menggambarkan HOTS, karena masih berada pada level remember, karena keterbatasan kompetensi bahasa. Temuan tersebut menunjukan bahwa para guru bahasa Jerman Maluku Tengah masih perlu pendampingan lebih lanjut

Abstract

Disaster mitigation is an effort that can be done to prevent casualties and minimize losses, this is in line with the condition of Maluku which is prone to earthquakes. This PKM aims to provide knowledge and understanding of earthquake disaster mitigation. The service method is presented in the form of providing material, discussion and evaluation. It is hoped that the targeted catechism students (partners) can become “agents of change” in sharing information and knowledge with the general public about the importance of disaster emergency preparedness

Abstract

Application of science-technology-society (STS) in the village of Ambon City Music Attraction through empowerment of Gandaria (Bouea macrophylla) Maluku Endemic Plants. Community service is participatory in nature, namely the method of strengthening community capacity is not in the form of training but increases knowledge and skills that are normative. The service is carried out in Amahusu village as a tourist attraction village in Ambon city. The subjects in this service activity consisted of Mrs. PKK, and teenagers in Mahahusu village. The products produced include 6 snacks and beverages, namely: Yogurth, Nata, Wine, Dodol, Boble Tea, and Jelly drinks. Organoleptic test on color, aroma, texture, taste, and acceptability. This service program has changed the culture of the community into producing products. In addition to the ability of the program, it is hoped that the community will be more independent and just

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan, bertujuan untuk; 1) guru PJOK mampu menyusun butir soal tes pengetahuan, sikap dan ketrampilan; 2) guru PJOK mampu menganalisis butir soal secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif; dan 3) guru PJOK mampu mengembangkan instrumen tes. Yang menjadi target dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu guru penjasorkes atau di singkat PJOK di tingkat sekolah dasar (SD) dan sekolah menengah pertama (SMP) se-Kecamatan Leihitu Maluku Tengah yang berjumlah 15 orang yang terdiri dari 11 orang guru SD dan 4 orang guru SMP. Tahapan pelaksanaan terdiri dari: (1) Identifikasi masalah; (2) pendekatan social; (3) pelaksanaan dan pembekalan, dan (4) evaluasi. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan, mencakup: 1) Penyusunan instrumen; 2) Analisis butir kualitatif; 3) analisis butir kuantitatif; 4) pengembangan instrumen. Berdasarkan kerja kelompok dari ketentuan penyusunan 10 butir soal tes maka dilakukan uji syarat butir soal. Dari hasil analisis ternyata hanya 4 soal tes yang memenuhi syarat tetapi kategori sedang. Artinya soal tes buatan guru tersebut masih dianggap mampu dijawab oleh siswa. Sedangkan secara individu, latihan menyusunan butir soal juga terdiri dari 10 butir soal yang berbeda dengan dikerjakan kelompok. Hasilnya; 1) guru PJOK se-Kecamatan Leihitu sudah mengetahui dan memahami cara penyusunan instrumen tes pengetahuan, sikap dan ketrampilan. 2) 73,33% guru PJOK sudah menguasai cara menganalisis butir soal kualitatif dan kuantitatif. 4) Guru PJOK sudah menguasai cara menganalisis tingkat kesukaran butir soal, daya pembeda, uji validitas dan reliabilitas butir soal secara manual sebesar 60% ada 9 guru, dan secara komputasi excel hanya 13,33% yaitu 2 guru saja. Sedangkan 4 guru lainnya belum mampu menganalisis baik secara manual maupun melalui komputasi program excel. 5) 73,33% guru PJOK sudah mampu mengembangkan butir soal
