The Industrial Revolution is to become a vision in life, especially focusing on improving the economy, education is designed how to print human resources that can be competitive in the industrial sector. The problem is that the development orientation is more focused in dealing with industrial developments causing the goal in the formation of the nation's personality to be reduced. This was followed by a weakening of the nation's character.Development will not be great if it is not based on the values embodied in the nation's morals, so a development reorientation is needed that refers to the Pancasila State philosophy, because basically Pancasila is a paradigm in development. Abstract

This paper is to formulate a conceptual perspective on the reconstruction of the paradigm of the development of the rule of law in Indonesia. Article 1 paragraph (3) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia states that "the Indonesian state is a state of law", but in reality it is a sector that is worse off than other sectors. This downturn can be interpreted as the absence of a clear paradigmatic foundation on how state law is to be built and developed. The reconstruction of the paradigm of the development of the Indonesian legal state starts from the existence of Pancasila as the philosophy of the Indonesian nation.

Abstract

Abstract - Basically, the MGDs and SDGs have in common and have the same goals, namely, the SDGs continue the MDGs' ideals which want to concentrate on tackling hunger and poverty in the world. However, the document agreed upon by world leaders in 2000 expired in 2005, world leaders feel that the Millennium Development Goals agenda needs to be continued, so that it is superior to a proposed document for the Sustainable Development Goals. Different from the previous Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), the SDGs are designed to involve the entire development sector, be it the Government, Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), the private sector, academia, and so on. Approximately 8.5 million citizens' voices around the world also contribute to the SDGs Goals and Targets. The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are global action plans agreed by world leaders, including Indonesia. To eliminate poverty, reduce inequality and protect the environment. For Indonesia, the goal of sustainable development is to make Indonesia a developed country, able to develop in all aspects, and to be able to properly and comprehensively apply and implement the concept of a sustainable economy, so that Indonesia can become a fully developed country. The goals of the SDGs are global values and are basically the roots of the values of Pancasila. Adherence to the principles of the sustainable development goals of the Pancasila economic system illustrates this. The Pancasila economic system or people's economy is guided by the values of Pancasila. This is in accordance with the 1945 Constitution and Pancasila. In order for the plan for the Sustainable Development Goals to be successful, the role of the government must prioritize current policies and improve social justice and human rights, of course, must be guided by the values of Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution to realize the Indonesian nation. Abstract

This paper aims to examine the urgency of Pancasila in the development of National Law. Therefore, why Pancasila should be a guide in every law formation in Indonesia. How the philosophical basis of Pancasila is used as a guide in the development of national law and what is the juridical basis. Pancasila is the ideology of the Indonesian nation, the crystallization of the noble values of the Indonesian nation originating from religious values and customary values which are believed to be true and become the basis and guidelines for the behavior of the Indonesian people in the life of the nation and state. Based on this, Pancasila becomes the philosophical basis for the development of national law because the law can be enforced and effective if the law is based on religious values, customary values , and state law. In addition, the basis of the Pancasila state is the source of all sources of law in Indonesia so it becomes a necessity for Pancasila as a philosophical foundation in the development of law in Indonesia. The legal basis for the use of Pancasila as a basic guideline in the development of national law is included in Law Number 10 of 2004 concerning the formation of laws and regulations which was later refined by Law Number 12 of 2011 concerning the formation of laws and regulations. Article 2 of Law Number 12 of 2011 explicitly states that Pancasila is the source of all legal sources. The contents of article 2 contain the understanding that the formation of law must not conflict with the values contained in the precepts of Pancasila.

Abstract

Abstract - This article was written to explain the relationship between religion and modern culture from an Islamic perspective and to explain the attitudes of religious people in responding to modern culture. Modern culture poses a big challenge for Muslims in the world, especially in Indonesia. This certainly affects the existence of religions in the world, especially Islam. Modern culture is suspected of making significant changes and threatening the existence of religion within religious communities. The religious needs of mankind are shrinking as the modern culture develops, even religion in modern culture may no longer be needed because all the needs of mankind can be met with advances in science and technology. On the other hand, the religion which is used as a guide in dealing with various situations seems less responsive to the progress of the times. For this reason, the relationship between religion and modern culture needs to be formatted, this article explains that the relationship between the two begins with vertical and horizontal relations, which are then translated into relations in the form of indigenization, negotiation, and conflict. From this relationship, the attitudes of religious people arise, namely refusing, fully accepting, and analyzing first before deciding.
