Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to create a young generation, especially students who have good morals, as their role as a 'moral force' in social life. The method of delivering material in this activity is a zoom meeting through lectures and discussions. The definition of a learning contract in this case is an agreement between lecturers and students about various things in lecture activities that will be carried out in one semester. This learning contract includes outward rules, rules of conduct, and rules of order that contain obligations, prohibitions, and sanctions for violations committed by students. Through the implementation of learning contracts in this lecture, students can also increase the moral foundation in their role as a 'moral force' in social life. Where the purpose of these activities is that students must provide the best moral example according to their intellectual level so that the people who follow are also able to become moral people.

Abstract

Abstract

The development of science and technology encourages the development of robots. Robots are widely used in various fields of human life to facilitate human life. Robot making has developed both in terms of methods and algorithms used in robots. The use of the montecarlo method and the random walks algorithm are widely implemented in robot designs at present. The basic concept of the Montecarlo method in solving differential equations is the probability of a random walk. Based on the approach in the random step process, the Montecarlo method is known for two types of approach that are quite popular, namely the fixed random walk type and the floating random walk type. For this research, the researcher intends to apply the monte carlo method to control the motion of a randon walk based robot. In this research method, the research stages will be described including needs analysis, application of the monte carlo method, making applications to control robots using Arduino. The results of this research, testing using the Montecarlo method, show that the response of the robot is not too slow, the new robot reacts not too far beyond the existing speed change limit. From the above tests, it can be analyzed that the application of the Montecarlo method is more effective and efficient in measuring motion in the robot.

Abstract

Quality oriented management change and innovation is the main strategy for the company. The implementation of quality improvement and innovation has an organizational and managerial role significant technical, and may also involve significant delays before both are realized. In this literature study, we used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Our study highlights the short-term and long-term beneficial effects of QIM (Quality improvement management) adoption on product innovation performance. In addition, we found evidence of complementarity and learning effects using QIM adoption. Results show that maximizing innovation returns and improving quality requires consideration of Soft and Hard properties Individual QIM and the timing and sequence of their application. In addition, we find evidence of complementarity and learning effects using QIM adoption. Our results suggest that maximizing innovation returns and improving quality requires the severity of individual QIM and the timing and sequence of their implementation .

Abstract

For customers, Price is an essential attribute and can be more important in decision making. Because when the customer is considering buying this product, Price may be a key element in the decision process. price can be an informational cue that increases customer sensitivity to private brands or brand loyalty. Likewise, consumer product involvement can increase brand loyalty. A company's success can be measured depending on its capability to attract customers to its brand. But, the manager of Asia Baru Shop – Medan, a grocery store for baby milk products, especially for Morinaga infant milk, found that today customers are hard to be loyal to a brand or specific brand because customers are sensitive to the price change, which has made the switch to other brands. This study aims to know the effect of Price on brand loyaltyand contribute to the literature on brand loyalty by demonstrating how product involvement influences brand loyaltyy. The sample of this research is 100 respondents who were distributed among Medan customers; the sampling technique uses simple random sampling. The authors used structural equation modeling to test the hypothesized model. This research is descriptive quantitative research. The result found that there is an effect of Price on brand loyalty and product involvement affects brand loyalty

Abstract

Implementation of Integrated Quality Management needs to be done in educational institutions as a form of efforts to improve the quality of education. This study discusses the implementation of Integrated Quality Management in educational institutions and the problems and solutions that occur in its implementation in educational institutions. the. In carrying out the educational process, it will not be separated from improvements in accordance with the problems faced every year or in accordance with the implementation of TQM in schools which has the main goal of providing satisfaction for internal and external education customers, services with quality product results. Implementation of Integrated Quality Management in Indonesia requires at least three stages of implementation, namely: preparation, planning, and implementation. Barriers to the implementation of Total Quality Management in Indonesia include resistance to change, lack of commitment to quality, and lack of readiness, willingness and human competence. Alternative solutions are necessary informed about the importance of change in achieving quality, maintaining and developing it, so that a shared commitment to quality grows.

Abstract

The development of science and technology that continues to grow and progress, makes all activities in human life faster and is required to be more efficient in utilizing information technology as a data processing base, in order to be able to follow the flow of information development in the globalization era. Computer technology can be used to support the development of information systems in utilizing information technology in this era of globalization. Likewise, companies that want to develop the quality and performance of each employee by using a data processing support tool, namely a computer. With the computer as a data processing tool, the information needed from various fields within a company can be computerized. Speaking of data processing tools, currently the LP3I Jakarta Polytechnic, Depok Campus, which is engaged in education, still has several shortcomings, especially in terms of services to employees that are data processing, namely filing for employee leave. Due to the operational standards that have been set so far in the HRD section for every employee who will apply for leave still using the manual method first, namely by how each employee who will apply must fill out the form manually first and of course this method is less effective and efficient for every employee who will apply for leave. From the results of the study, it was concluded that the Application for Employee Leave at the LP3I Polytechnic Jakarta, Depok Campus still uses the manual method. The author suggests that institutions can implement a more computerized system in their manual system, in order to make it easier to carry out data processing such as recording leave reports as well as effectiveness and efficiency in the process of applying for leave systematically, so that it can produce useful and useful information
