Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and assess the impact of Good Corporate Governance (Institutional Ownership, Board of Directors, Independent Board of Commissioners), Company Size, BOPO, and Leverage on the financial performance of chemical companies listed on the IDX (2017 – 2021). Secondary data are used in this investigation. All 20 chemical manufacturing enterprises on the IDX make up the study's population. Purposive sampling is the sample methodology employed. Ten businesses can be used as research samples since they match the requirements. Multiple linear regression analysis employing panel data and the Eviews 12.0 analysis tool is the analytic technique employed. According to the study's findings, institutional ownership has no discernible impact on financial performance, neither does the board of directors, the independent board of commissioners, company size, BOPO, or leverage.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and find out how the effect of Profitability (ROE) and Company Growth (TAG) on Firm Value (PBV) at PT H.M Sampoerna which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is an associative research and the type of data used is quantitative data. The first data analysis technique is descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, then hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS 25 application. The results of this study indicate that partially profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value and firm growth has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Simultaneously it was found that profitability and company growth had a positive and significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Social Media Marketing and Brand Awareness on the intention to buy MS Glow skincare products in the millennial generation in Lubuk Pakam, a case study of the Israhayu beauty shop in Lubuk Pakam. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire with a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis, then hypothesis testing using SPSS 25. The results showed that partially Social Media Marketing had a significant positive effect on buying interest, and Brand Awareness had a positive and significant effect on Purchase Interest.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze The Effect Of The Attractiveness Of Advertising And Online Customer Review On Buying Interest In The Society User The Shopee Application In Percut Sei Tuan District. The research model used is associative research, where the variables are measured using a likert scale. The data collection method is carried out using a questionnare with a list of questions or questionnaires that have been prepared in advance and given to respondents. The population in this study is The Society User The Shopee Application In Percut Sei Tuan District, Tembung, Deli Serdang that totaling 402.468 respondents. Because of large population, the authors took 1 urban village namely Tembung Urban Village, which amoundted to 56.104 respondents. The sampling method using the slovin method in this study, the sample obtained was 100 respondents. Data processing using SPSS Version 22 software, with descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis and multiple reggression analysis hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that (1) Partially The Attractiveness Of Advertising affects Buying Interest (2) Partially Online Customer Review affects Buying Interest (3) Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between The Attractiveness Of Advertising And Online Customer Review On Buying Interest In The Society User The Shopee Application In Percut Sei Tuan District.

Abstract

Marketing management is the science of selecting target markets and achieving and retaining them by creating and delivering superior consumer value, thus creating purchasing decisions for consumers. This study aims to find out how the influence of Brand Trust, Brand Awareness, and Brand Positioning on the Purchase Decisions of Honda Brand Motorcycles in Muhammadiyah University Ponorogo Students partially or simultaneously. The sample is a consumer of a Honda brand motorbike at Muhammadiyah University Ponorogo students who make purchases; sampling uses an accidental sampling technique and a sample of 96 respondents. The testing stages used in this study were instrument testing, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis testing. This research produces a partial test (t) which is as follows Brand Trust (X1) = 0.004, Brand Awareness (X2) = 0.001, and Brand Positioning (X3) = 0.000, while the test results (F) show a significant level of 0.000. Brand Trust, Brand Awareness, and Brand Positioning partially or simultaneously positively and significantly influence the Purchase Decision of Honda Brand Motorcycles at Muhammadiyah University Ponorogo Students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work facilities and incentives on the independence of culinary entrepreneurs in the Deli Tua Market. The research method used is exploratory research, where the variables are measured using a Likert scale. Methods of data collection is done by interview (interview), with a list of questions (questionnaire) and study documentation. The population in this study were all members of the Culinary Entrepreneurs at Deli Tua Market, totaling 39 people. Sampling with the saturated sampling method or better known as the census. In this study, the population was relatively small, as many as 39 people. Data processing using SPSS version 23 software, with descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that:(1) partially the entrepreneurial spirit variable affects the business independence of members in Culinary Entrepreneurs at Deli Tua Market. ; (2) partially the entrepreneurship value variable affects the business independence of members in Culinary Entrepreneurs at Deli Tua Market;(3) Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between the entrepreneurial spirit variable and the entrepreneurial value of the member's business independence in Culinary Entrepreneurs at Deli Tua Market

Abstract

This study uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study were consumers of the Tri Collection Clothing Store in 2021 as many as 1244. The sampling technique in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 93 respondents. This study uses 2 independent variables, namely shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement and 1 dependent variable, namely Impulse buying. The tool used to test this research is SPSS 22. The results show that the shopping lifestyle variable has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying, as the result of the t test is 2.120 which means t_count t_(table) is 1.661 and the significant value is 1.661. the resulting 0.037 is smaller than 0.05. The fashion involvement variable has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying, as the results of the t-test are 3.211, which means t_count t_(table) is 1.661 and the resulting significance value is 0.002 less than 0.05. Together, shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement have an effect on impulse buying, as the result of f_count f_(table ) which is 7.313 3.10 with a significance value of 0.001 which is smaller than the level of significance of 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the financial performance of companies in the health sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses financial ratios, namely ROA, ROE, NPM and DER with a research period from 2019 to 2021. The research method used is descriptive quantitative by taking a sample of 17 companies engaged in the health sector both in selling medicines and providing health services. From the results of the study, it was found that PT. Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk. has good financial performance when compared to other companies. On the contrary, PT Sarana Meditama Metropolitan Tbk has a less good financial performance when viewed from the profitability ratio conducted in this study. In its financial statements, the company has not been able to record profits and is still experiencing losses from 2019 to 2021. In addition, there is also PT Indofarma Tbk. which has not been able to record profits in 2021 with the lowest profitability value of other companies.

This purpose of study was to determine and analyze the effect of customer bonding and customer experience on customer loyalty of Shampoo NR at districts of medan sunggal (student case study of PT.Ikapharmindo Putramas Medan)’’. The research method used was exploratory research, where the variables were measured using a Likert scale. Methods of data collection is done by interview (interview), with a list of questions (questionair). population in this study were all NR Shampoo customers. totaling 57 people. Sampling with the saturated sampling method or better known as the census. In this study, the population was relatively small, as many as 57 people. Data processing using SPSS version 23 software, with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing with multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) partially customer bonding variables affect customer loyalty NR Shampoo at PT.Ikapharmindo Putramas Medan sunggal ; (2) partially customer experience variables affect customer loyalty NR Shampoo at PT.Ikapharmindo Putramas Medan sunggal; (3) At the same time, there is a significant positive impact between customer retention and customer experience. Abstract

Changes in consumption behavior in the world are currently experiencing a shift. There have been changes in the economy, consumer lifestyles, attitudes and shopping patterns of consumers have changed from traditional to modern. The retail business is one of the end-level goods and services distribution businesses, which will be directly enjoyed by consumers. Minimarket is the most dominating retail business in Indonesia. Understanding consumer behavior is a strategy to survive and face the intense competition in the business world, one of which is impulse buying or unplanned purchases.. This study aims to determine the effect of Sales Promotion, Store Atmosphere, and Service Quality on Impulse Buying. The population in this study are Alfamart retail consumers in Magelang City. The sample in this study was 100 respondents using purposive sampling method. This research uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The software tool used in the research is SPSS. The results of this study prove that there is a significant influence between Sales Promotion and Service Quality variables on Impulse Buying. Meanwhile, the Store Atmosphere variable has no significant effect on Impulse Buying. While simultaneously the variables Sales Promotion, Store Atmosphere, and Service Quality have a significant effect on Impulse Buying.
