Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of perceived benefits and perceived convenience on interest in using the Gopay e-wallet in the DKI Jakarta area. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed that the influence of perceived benefits on interest in using the Gopay e-wallet was 71,1%, and the effect of perceived convenience on interest in using the GoPay e- wallet was 61,1%. This means that perceived benefits and perceived convenience have a significant effect on the interest in using the GoPay e- wallet in the DKI Jakarta area.

Abstract

Aligning the Goals of the Government and Employees with career development, of course, the Employees will also get better in terms of skills and knowledge that are increasing and have a very clear impact on the Employees which will also impact the development of the government. Civil Servants / Civil Servants will also be able to get a higher position and the government will also get a better image. The people / society will see if the government is growing with the existence of civil servants / civil servants who are experts and experienced. For this reason, it is very important for both parties to improve themselves where the government will provide facilities and Civil Servants can increase their productivity. in this way, To be able to carry out public service tasks, government duties and development tasks, the government continues to make improvements to the management of civil servants which includes the preparation and determination of needs, procurement, ranks and positions, career development, career patterns, promotions , transfers, performance appraisals, salaries and allowances, rewards, discipline, dismissal, pension and old-age benefits, and protection (Law. No. 43 of 1999 in conjunction with Law. No. 5 of 2014). Therefore PP.99 of 2000 clearly regulates the provisions regarding the system, period, type, and terms of promotion, with the intention that in considering and determining the promotion of civil servants based on the same norms, standards and procedures in every agency. According to the latest data, there are about 5,373 Civil Servants/PNS in Bangka Belitung Province. The sample according to Arikunto (2006) is the totality or part or representative of the population to be studied. Furthermore, Arikunto (2006) added that if the population has more than 100 members, then it can be used as a sample using a simple random sample / probability random sampling, which is the research sample, so that it becomes a population study, and if the population is more than 100, then it can be taken between 10-15% or 2-2.5% and so on. Given that the population is more than 100, this study takes a simple random sample and not all members of the population are included in the sample, so this research is referred to as a Propability Random Sampling study of a population with a sample size of 107 employees in the Province Island Bangka Belitung.

Abstract

            This study was made based on observations for three months at Angkringan Bojan, the purpose of the observation was to find out the marketing strategies carried out by Angkringan Bojan to achieve its sales targets.            From the observations, Angkringan Bojan has never reached the target set. This is because in the implementation of the Angkringan Bojan strategy, the SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) analysis has not been carried out by comparing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats with existing theories.            Angkringan Bojan needs to find a more strategic sales location than the previous location which is close to the market waste disposal. In its development, the author also recommends Angkringan Bojan to improve the quality, design, promotion and bonus of culinary products available on the menu, strengthen the security system with complex passwords and back up data to minimize the possibility of hackers.Key words: Marketing Strategy, Sales Target, SWOT Analysis, Culinary Products.

Abstract

Media digitization occurs in various aspects of life, including the MSME business sector. The economic and business sectors of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have felt the impact since the enactment of Large-Scale Social Restrictions since March 15, 2021 until now the Imposition of Restrictions on Community Activities is in effect in Indonesia.The purpose of this study was to determine the Digital Communication Management Planning, Activities and Evaluation of the Indonesian Content Creator Association in Improving MSME Business. The object of this research is the Chairman of the Indonesian Content Creators Association Mr. Aditya Ramadhan, S.Ds. Research Methods Using Phenomenological Research Methods Edmund Husserl. With the concept of intentionality, Husserl confirmed phenomenology as a scientific method that does not begin with doubt, but is directed at what is actually the truth of experience. Meanwhile, for data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation.Based on the Data Findings, Data Results and Discussions that the researchers have conveyed, it can be concluded that the Indonesian Content Creator Association has implemented Digital Communication Management both from Planning, Activities and Evaluation in helping to increase MSME Business Turnover. From Planning, you have done Market Research first and then carry out content creation activities with keyword analysis, content planning and content creation. Then, promotion was carried out through organic media such as the concept of email blast, IG Story, FB Story and Facebook page.Digitalisasi media terjadi di berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk sektor bisnis UMKM. Sektor Ekonomi dan Bisnis Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) begitu terasa dampaknya sejak diberlakukannya Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar sejak 15 Maret 2021 sampai saat ini diberlakukan Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat berlaku di Indonesia.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Manajemen Komunikasi Digital Perencanaan, Aktivitas dan Evaluasi Asosiasi Konten Kreator Indonesia dalam Meningkatkan Bisnis UMKM. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Ketua Asosiasi Konten Kreator Indonesia Bapak Aditya Ramadhan, S.Ds. Metode Penelitian Menggunakan Metode Penelitian Fenomenologi Edmund Husserl. Dengan konsep mengenai intensionalitas, Husserl mengukuhkan fenomenologi sebagai metode ilmu pengetahuan yang tidak dimulai dengan keraguan, tetapi keterarahan pada apa yang sesungguhnya menjadi kebenaran pengalaman. Sementara untuk teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi.Berdasarkan Temuan Data, Hasil Data dan Pembahasan yang sudah peneliti sampaikan, Maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa Asosiasi Konten Kreator Indonesia telah menjalankan Manajemen Komunikasi Digital Baik dari Perencanaan, Aktivitas dan Evaluasi dalam membantu meningkatkan Omset Bisnis UMKM. Dari Perencanaan sudah melakukan Riset Pasar terlebih dahulu kemudian melakukan aktivitas pembuatan konten dengan analisis kata kunci, perencanaan konten dan kreasi konten. Kemudian dilakukan promosi melalui media organik seperti konsep email blast, IG Story, FB Story dan Halaman Facebook.

Abstract

Pada dasarnya, pelanggan ingin mendapatkan material yang telah dipesan kepada produsen sesuai dengan pesanan yang telah disepakati, baik secara kualitas maupun kuantitas, kedua karakteristik ini tidak dapat dipisahkan pada saat pendistribusian material.  Berdasarkan hal itu, maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui besarnya pengaruh defect dan lead time terhadap distribusi material yang telah dipesan oleh customer ke supplier.Penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif ini, mengambil populasi pelanggan yang sudah memiliki loyalitas terhadap PT. Lasindo Jaya Bersama selama 10 tahun lamanya, yakni 50 pelanggan.  Dengan teknik pengambilan sampel Saturation Sampling, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data regresi linier berganda.

Abstract

This research is related to the development of MSMEs in Indonesia. The dependent variable used in this study is the development of MSMEs during the Covid 19 pandemic, while the independent variables are collaborative governance and the Omnibus  Law. The power of sharing in collaborative use of social media is the key to the success of MSME marketing during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Omnibus Law encourages the strengthening of the MSME ecosystem through various facilities, including ease of licensing, certification, financing, market access, training, digital infrastructure, implementation of electronic systems and transactions, as well as the business climate in the MSME sector. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of collaborative governance and the Omnibus Law on the development of MSMEs during the Covid 19 Pandemic. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative by taking a sample of 30 MSME actors in Jakarta. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant influence between collaborative governance and the Omnibu Law on the development of MSMEs during the Covid-19 Pandemic

Abstract

The objective of this research is to improve the learning motivation of students from Kartu Jakarta Pintar (KJP) admission channel by group counseling service on SMPN 204 Jakarta VII-E class students in Academic year 2019/2020 for 10 students. The methods of data collection in this research are learning motivation questionnaire, structured observation, structured interviews, and assessment. The reliability coefficient of the study motivation questionnaire was analyzed using the Product Moment correlation technique, the results were 0.732 which categorized as high.The results showed that the junior high school students from KJP admission channel experienced an improvement as shown by the increase in the average score in each cycle. The average score for pre-action was 106.5, increasing to 148.9 in cycle III. The level of learning motivation in the first cycle is 122.8, the second cycle is 134.0, and the third cycle is 148.9. In addition, the results of interviews, observations and assessments also show improvement in each cycle.

Abstract

Onrust Island, which is located in the Thousand Islands, is one of the islands that has a high historical value and is declared a protected historic site. Besides museums, on this island there are ruins of a fort, a windmill, cannon, some hajj quarantine building, and graves of VOC legacy. Even though the government has now opened this island as a historical tourist destination, to date, not many people are interested in visiting the island. This research is aimed at answering the questions of what causes Onrust Island to be less recommended by tourists to visit and what solutions must be taken so that Onrust Island can become a recommended tourist destination based on tourist emotional experience. This is a qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection used semi-structured interviews with 5 domestic travelers and 5 foreign travelers. The aim is to see if there are differences of opinions between domestic travelers and foreign travelers about Onrust Island. The results of this study indicate that the dimensions of tourism product quality consisting of attractions of objects, information, public facilities, human resources, services, cleanliness and accessibility greatly determine the satisfaction or dissatisfaction of tourists. This study also proves that tourists who visit Onrust Island still found a negative emotional experience that is related to dissatisfaction which will result in unwillingness to make recommendations to visit the island.

Abstract

This study aims to determine what factors influence the decision to purchase tickets online at Traveloka. The public's need for transportation is so high, especially in the era of the covid 19 pandemic. The limited space for people to carry out activities requires people to carry out activities online. In marketing activities, brand image and price become a reference for people to make purchases. For this reason, the company is expected to be able to improve public services and convenience in transacting through brand image and pricing. This study uses quantitative methods with a population of 78 consumers. The distribution of questionnaires is done by using google forms to make it easier to get consumer data. The results of the F test are known that the calculated F value is 191.704 > F table 3.15, which means that there is a significant influence between brand image and price on purchasing decisions. Multiple linear regression value obtained Y = 3.440 + 0.171 X1 + 1.442 X2 where the most influential variable on purchasing decisions is the price variable.
