Abstract

This study analyzes the competencies of vocational college graduates with entrepreneurial-minded resources. The problems examined in this study is about the discussion in realizing the competence of vocational college graduates in the strategy of realizing entrepreneurial-minded resources. This research is an empirical study of student graduates in vocational colleges. The selected population of the vocational college graduates are using 20 indicators out of 135 respondents from some of the high vocational college graduates in Bekasi that most of them are from Politeknik LP3I that is spreaded out in different campuses. The data collection will use questionnaires while the analysis tool was used for Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of data analysis shows that this research model is acceptable with goodness of fit. The public synopsis from the test results model that was applied to the competence of high vocational college graduates shows that strategy implementation can manifest the entreprenuer-minded resources. This study also has some limits on the research agenda for the next study.

Abstract

This writing aims to know how to procedures of production control on PT Astra Honda Motor (PT AHM) on Jakarta. This writing is executed on PT AHM, with the methods of literature writing, observation, and interviews. The results of this writing is represent that, procedures of production control is still not suitable because it is still in development stage, so less than the maximum in the application of production planning, production control, and production actual. The procedures of production control on PT AHM Jakarta of production planning, production control, and production actual. The constraints faced is the procedures of production control on PT AHM Jakarta is difficult to implement prosedures for changing the order of planning on the day running, SFG lacks parts, there are parties who disagree about the minus burden. The solutions in facing is the procedures of production control on PT AHM Jakarta is in the case of production planning, in case of force, a change in order is permitted provided all parts are available, in the case of control production , in case of important.  In the case control production, SFG is allowed as long as it can be completed that day.  In the case actual production, disputing parties are accommodated, meetings with related parties.

Abstract

This final report discusses the procedure of service to customer satisfaction at Indomaret Tugu Cimanggis, by doing observation and interview to Indomaret employee and compare it with theory that discuss about service procedure to customer satisfaction. Based on the observations that the author has done this aims to improve service to customer satisfaction Indomaret Tugu Cimanggis. Although there are still many problems encountered, but the problems faced are not too significant so only need a little evaluation to further improve the service to customer satisfaction. The data used are primary data collected and interview to Indomaret Tugu Cimanngis.

Abstract

The final report written based on observation in PT Sharia Bank Mandiri Rawamangun branch. Observation methods conducted with observations and interview related to convenant on gold bars. The purpose of this reservation is to know the filing procedures of convenant on gold bars in PT Sharia Bank Mandiri. To apply for gold pawn financing in PT Sharia Bank Mandiri Rawamangun branch, customer comes to the branch office to fill out the application form and attach some requirements like identity card, NPWP card if the financing is above 50 million, have a saving account and warranty of gold bars. In this case, so gold pawn financing can familiar in public especially the middle to lower society then need to socialization and promotion like opening outlets on campus, central business and shopping center.

Abstract

This research discusses about the implementation of the cost efficiency strategy at PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. As for the phenomenon of the problem that the authors observe on the financial ratios report of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk., especially in the BOPO ratio (Operating Costs to Operating Income), it ranks fourth highest out of a total of 13 Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. Based on the authors’ observation, it has implemented the cost efficiency strategy that is also carried out by banks in general. However, there are some obstacles that result in inefficient bank performance, so the BOPO ratio is still high. Abstract

Pariwisata memiliki peranan yang penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Masyarakat di daerah wisata dapat menciptakan lebih banyak sektor ekonomi lokal seperti penginapan berupa homestay, kuliner, transportasi, hiburan dan ritel, sehingga penyediaan layanan tersebut dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat lokal dan juga menurunkan tingkat pengangguran. Wilayah pesisir Indonesia menyediakan semua sumber daya alam yang memiliki potensi besar untuk berbagai pilihan pengembangan pariwisata. Salah satunya adalah Kepulauan Seribu. Sumber daya potensial wisata bahari Kepulauan Seribu memberikan peluang bagi industri pariwisata yang harus dikelola secara profesional, dan dimanfaatkan serta tujuan wisata kelas dunia. Kementerian Pariwisata Republik Indonesia meyakini bahwa Kepulauan Seribu memiliki potensi untuk pengembangan sektor pariwisata Indonesia dan menetapkannya sebagai salah satu dari 10 destinasi wisata teratas di Indonesia. Namun, masih ada beberapa masalah yang harus diperbaiki oleh pemerintah daerah untuk mendorong peningkatan pariwisata di Kepulauan Seribu. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui masalah dan tantangan terkait dengan strategi pengembangan pariwisata, dan untuk mengamati dampak signifikannya terhadap masyarakat lokal. Untuk mendapatkan sudut pandang yang jelas dari para peserta, penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara mendalam dan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pemerintah daerah Kepulauan Seribu telah menerapkan tujuh strategi dalam mengembangkan industri pariwisata.

Abstract

Belanja melalui online (online shop) merupakan cara lain belanja yang ditawarkan oleh teknologi komunikasi yaitu internet dengan berbagai kemudahan yang diberikan, seperti kemudahan waktu dalam melakukan pekerjaan tanpa harus bertatap muka terlebih dahulu. Para konsumen belanja melalui online dapat dengan mudah mengakses online shop yang diinginkan, melihat pilihan barang, harga yang akan dibelinya, mengetahui kualitas barang melalui komen pembelinya dan cara pembayarannya. Kemudahan dan keunggulan belanja melalui online yaitu prosesnya, konsumen hanya membuka web online shop memalui internet bisa langsung melakukan transaksi online. Shoppe adalah salah satu situs belanja online pendatang baru, jika dibandingkan dengan situs belanja online lainnya. Strategi komunikasi bisnis Shoppe melalui marketplace. Dengan memudahkan para penjual serta pembeli dalam berinteraksi melalui fitur live chatnya, Shoppe juga menyediakan banyak produk mulai dari gadget, fashion, kosmetik, elektronik, otomotif dan lain sebagainya .

Abstract

This research aims to create the eradication of the poverty model by using smart village product industrial activity that will be implemented in orange farmers in Poncokusumo. This research has done in the planned method include 1) planning, 2) action, 3) evaluation and reflection. Based on data analysis that got by seminar and socialization in Poncokusumo show there are huge potentials in orange products. These products can be used as a competitive product that can be branding for Poncokusumo. This product branding called Poncosweet as a representative of the candy product. By developing this potential product can make smart village product industrial activity toward sustainable development’s society in Poncokusumo. The suggestion of this research are all stakeholder should be involved in the developing of the smart village in Poncokusumo.

Abstract

Abstract

The development of the economy at this time will cause very tight competition in the business field. The company will continue to develop its products by creating unique products that are different from competitors that produce similar products. At this time consumers are fanatic in choosing a product, besides they want a quality product they will also choose a product that has a brand image that is quite good in the community. Deenay veil products are currently a product that is favored by every society. At Gea Fashion Banjar deenay brand hood sales are higher each month compared to other brand hoods. Based on that, the writer is interested in researching the Effect of Brand Image on the Decision to Purchase Deenay Veil in Banjar Gea Fashion. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of Brand Image on the Purchase Decision Deenay Veil on Banjar Gea Fashion? The research method used is quantitative descriptive research method, with a sample of 50 people. The results showed that brand image had a significant influence on the decision making for purchasing veil deenay. This significance value was obtained from Fcount 29,689 with a significance of 0,000 with F table (4.04) at the significance level of 0.05 and the coefficient of determination (r²) or R square obtained by 0.328, so that the magnitude of influence was 38.2%, whereas the remaining 61.8% is influenced by other factors not included in this research variable. In conclusion, consumers make purchasing decisions due to the influence of brand image and social, cultural, personal and psychological factors.
