Abstract

The existence of PT POS Indonesia is currently experiencing a lot of decline, this fact is a response to technological sophistication. In the past, PT POS Indonesia was one of the institutions in charge of correspondence and sending letters between regions. Until now, this phenomenon has been replaced by technology such as the emergence of mail to short messages in several smartphone applications. Therefore, Indonesian POS service providers must have an innovation strategy in order to attract the hearts of their customers. This innovation is one of the challenges that must be lived and sought by PT POS Indonesia. One of the branches of PT POS Indonesia Persero is in Pematang Siantar. The purpose of this study is to find out some of the innovations implemented by PT POS Indonesia (Persero) in Pematang Siantar to maintain its existence amidst the dynamics of technological sophistication. The research method used in this study is a qualitative type with a descriptive approach. The results showed that PT POS Indonesia (Persero) Pematang Siantar made changes to the management and leadership system in the internal area to reach a wider market while in its service to the community PT POS Indonesia had facilitated with a pick-up service to the house so that mobility carried out by the community was easier. Abstract

This research was conducted aiming to improve the quality of public services in the field of delivery services at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Pematangsiantar City. Of course, customer satisfaction reflects their assessment of a company. Companies are challenged to build an image and can provide quality and satisfying services. Every company should know what they need to improve. This study aims to determine to what extent the quality of public services in freight forwarding services. Qualitative descriptive method was used to conduct this research. The method of collecting data is by making direct observations at the PT. Pos Indonesia Office in Pematangsiantar City. The results of this study indicate that service delivery and service quality are very influential on customer satisfaction. Abstract

Value for Money is a performance indicator in a public sector that provides information on whether the budget (funds) provided provides a certain value for the community. The indicators referred to in this case are economic, efficient, and effective. Measuring athlete satisfaction with the services provided by KONI Asahan was carried out on 25 athletes in the Muaythai sport. This study aims to analyze Valur for Money in improving public services at the Asahan Indonesian National Sports Committee (KONI) in the design of athlete development with Valur for Money analysis. The measurement of athlete satisfaction with the services provided by the Indonesian National Sports Committee (KONI) Asahan is carried out by means of the IKM (Community Satisfaction Index). The results of the study show that all budget funds financed by the government have been used properly through the allocation of funds for coaching athletes and coaches. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the diversification, mergers and acquisitions of manufacturing companies in Indonesia. The research method used is descriptive qualitative analysis with a literature study approach. The results show that the diversification analysis was developed with various objectives including increasing growth when the existing market/product has reached a maturity stage, maintaining stability by spreading the risk of profit fluctuations, increasing credibility in the capital market, to avoid dependence on a single item or product in circulation. in the market, fulfill the wishes of unsatisfied consumers, increase the attractiveness or interest of consumers, increase sales turnover, increase profits by using the same ingredients, and prevent consumer boredom. Abstract

Analysis of profitability developments is one of the indicators carried out by banks to see or detect the magnitude of changes in the results of transactions carried out. Among them, measuring the level of profitability by measuring return on assets (ROA). The reason for using Return on Assets (ROA) to measure bank profitability is because Bank Indonesia, as a banking supervisor, prioritizes the profitability of a bank as measured by assets. Most of its funds come from public deposits. The higher the bank's profit, the better the bank's position on the use of assets. Abstract

Financial management in Islamic insurance companies uses a split fund system. It is also supported by PMK Number 18/PMK.010/2020, which emphasizes that operators or sharia insurance companies must separate wealth by tabarru' fund obligations from the obligations and assets of company funds. The separation of funds has been carried out since participants pay contributions (premiums) at the beginning of the transaction. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the proportion of tabarru' funds in Sharia Life Insurance companies. This research is a quantitative research, and the source of the data obtained is secondary data. The population is 21 Sharia Life Insurance companies registered with OJK. The sample of this study uses a purposive sampling technique by producing 16 sharia life insurance companies registered with the OJK, using annual financial statements according to the variables used during the period (2017-2019). Data analysis uses panel data regression analysis with fixed effects model which is processed using eviews 9. The findings from this research show that claims, sharia reinsurance, and operating expenses have a significant effect, while the growth of tabarru' funds and investment returns of tabarru' funds have no significant effect. With the coefficient of determination (R square) 0.775396 which means claims, sharia reinsurance, operating expenses, growth of tabarru' funds and investment returns of tabarru' funds can explain 77% of the proportion of tabarru' funds and the rest is influenced by other variables outside the study.. Abstract

Abstract

his examination was expected to research the impact of the utilization of virtual entertainment, imagination, and business capital on the supportability of the Millennial Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) business in Kota Medan. All SMEs in Kota Medan were picked as the populace and 73 respondents were utilized in this examination. Information was tried through a few cycles, for example, legitimacy test, dependability tests, the exemplary supposition test as the ordinariness test, heteroscedasticity test and multicollinearity test. For testing the speculation, numerous straight relapse examination with the assistance of SPSS Statistics 20 For Windows programming. The consequences of this study show that, (1) the utilization of web-based entertainment meaningfully affects Millennial SMEs business supportability, (2) innovativeness has a positive and massive impact towards Millennial SMEs business manageability, and (3) business capital has a positive and tremendous impact towards Millennial SMEs business maintainability. Abstract

Personal accident insurance is protection against all risks of a person resulting in death and accidents to a person. This study aims to determine what factors affect the satisfaction of high school students whose one school is located in North Sumatra towards the use of personal accident insurance products at PT. Takaful Keluarga Medan. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population of this study was conducted on students in one of the senior high schools in North Sumatra with a sample finding of 71 students. Using primary data by distributing questionnaires and multiple regression analysis methods using hypothesis testing. The results of this study simultaneously from the variables of product quality, price, and service quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction (high shcool stidents). Then partially the product quality variable also has an effect on customer satisfaction and the price variable itself has a significant effect on customer satisfaction and the quality variable has no significant positive effect on customer satisfaction (high school students). Abstract

Insurance is a way or method to maintain humans in avoiding risks, various dangers that will occur in their lives, in the course of their life activities or in their economic activities. Sharia insurance is a business that protects and helps each other between several parties through investments in the form of assets or tabarru' which provides a pattern of returns used to deal with certain risks through contracts in accordance with sharia principles. This study aims to determine the relationship between perceptions and preferences of the profit sharing of mudharabah financing on the interest in becoming participants in sharia insurance for high school teachers of the Smart Pure Islamic Education Foundation, either partially or simultaneously. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population of this study was conducted on teachers in one high school in Medan, North Sumatra with a sample of 65 teachers. Using primary data and distributing questionnaires and multiple regression analysis methods using hypothesis testing. The results of this study simultaneously from the variables of perception and preference for mudharahmusytarakah financing have a significant effect on interest. then partially perception and preference variables affect the interest in becoming a participant of sharia insurance.
