Padma Sari: Jurnal Ilmu Pendidikan adalah jurnal ilmiah berkala yang diterbitkan oleh Institut Agama Hindu Negeri Gde Pudja Mataram. Jurnal ini memfokuskan kajian pada bidang Ilmu Pendidikan, termasuk Pendidikan Agama dan Pendidikan Seni. Jurnal ini mengundang para ilmuwan, cendekiawan, profesional, dan peneliti dalam disiplin Ilmu Pendidikan untuk berkontribusi mengirimkan artikel yang akan diterbitkan dan disebarluaskan melalui: mekanisme pemilihan artikel, dikritik oleh reviewer, dan proses penyuntingan. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untu mengkaji pengaruh teman sebaya terhadap motivasi belajar seseorang khususnya dalam mata pelajaran Agama Hindu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan analisis data secara teoretis mengacu pada Teori Belajar Sosial. Data-data yang tersaji dalam tulisan ini merupakan hasil studi pustaka baik dari media cetak maupun media elektronik mengenai teori belajar sosial, serta hasil pengamatan langsung peneliti. Berdasarkan hasil kajian ditemukan bahwa kelompok teman sebaya dapat menjadi sebuah role model bagi personal kelompok yang kemudian terimbas atas pengaruh dominan yang diakui dalam kelompok. Dalam konteks belajar, keberadaan kelompok teman sebaya ini secara positif dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, termasuk motivasi belajar Agama Hindu. Hal ini dikaitkan dengan proses pembelajaran yang dilalui pada pembelajaran sosial Bandura, yaitu fase perhatian (attentional phase), fase retensi (retentional phase), fase produksi (production phase), dan fase motivasi (motivational phase). Pada fase perhatian, personal kelompok akan melakukan pengamatan (observasi) serta penilaian atas personal yang lain, kemudian pada fase retensi personal akan mengingat kembali bagaimana pola perilaku dominan dalam kelompok teman sebaya. Selanjutnya akan muncul fase produksi sebagai bentuk perilaku yang muncul atas interaksi yang telah dilakukan, hingga muncul fase terakhir, yaitu fase motivasi. Pada fase terakhir inilah menjadi titik tolak dari sebuah interaksi, yang mana masing-masing personal saling memotivasi satu sama lain. Melalui hasil penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai ide atau pandangan baru dalam menyikapi masalah motivasi belajar Agama Hindu dengan memperhatikan lingkungan pertemanannya.

Abstract

Teachers as a facilitator is who facilitates students' needs to reflect on learning based on Biblical truth. The fact that happened in one of the Christian schools in Tangerang, there are a problem while teacher facilitating students in online learning. Therefore, teachers need to implement appropriate solutions to improve them. This paper aims to examine whether teacher personal reflection can assist teachers in carrying out their role as facilitators, which aims to find out the importance of personal reflection to help teachers as facilitators carry out their role in online learning. The method of writing uses descriptive qualitative. Personal reflection is a response to our salvation which is part of progressive sanctification to become more like Christ. Biblical truth is the basis for teachers' belief in reflection. As a result, through the implementation of personal reflection, teachers can find out problems then find solutions to correct mistakes when facilitating students in online learning. The conclusion is that the application of teacher personal reflection helps teachers to carry out their role as facilitators in online learning. The next writer is advised to use feedback from students to be the source of reflection

Abstract

The world of education in the 21st century must produce a generation that is skilled in the application of technology and capable of critical thinking. Electronic Student Worksheets with indicators of critical thinking skills are present and have become an innovation of learning tools that were previously in print form to digital form. The goal of this research is to describe the practicality and effectiveness of the electronic LKPD expectations on the concept of Ecology. The Tessmer design is used in the research method, which includes: 1) expert review; 2) one-on-one evaluation; and 3) small group evaluation. The validation subjects were three experts; the individual test subjects were three class X high school students; and the small group test subjects were four class X high school students. The information gathered came from research instruments in the form of an assessment sheet for the practicality and effectiveness of expectations. Based on student responses, this research shows that the practical results of the electronic LKPD expectations are in a very good category, and the results of the effectiveness of expectations are in a very good category (covering interpretation, analysis, evaluation, inference, explanation, and self-regulation skills) based on the critical thinking skills assessment of students working on electronic LKPD.

Abstract

Learning is a very important instrument in the intellectual life of the nation. In order to develop the cognitive, psychomotor, and affective potential of students. To develop potentials which of course are supported by a comfortable learning atmosphere and full of maximum guidance as well. This research method uses an approach approach with data sourced from observation, interviews and documentation, while the analytical method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The results of this study indicate that the learning process has changed, indirectly indicating the dynamics of education in Indonesia is disrupted. Such as the learning process is transferred at their respective homes (online), Second; transformation of learning media based on Digital Media, namely: WhatsApp groups, Google class, Googleomes', Office 365, Third; systems, methods, learning evaluation adapted and, Fourth; It is the cooperation of teachers and parents that determines the success of today's education. If the collaboration between teachers and parents is carried out well, the success of their learning will be achieved. Because in terms of influence they are learning quite a lot at this time, so their level of focus is according to them. For this reason, there is a need for more roles from parents while studying from home. At least this needs to be considered by all educational institutions to create the intelligence of the nation's life in any situation.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to describe preparing learning design in local language courses. One of the success factors of learning, both face-to-face and online, is seen from the final results, both assessment and measurement of learners' learning outcomes, and dependent on how an educator can design a series of teaching and learning activities. So that the planning, implementation and evaluation of the learning process is a complete unity process. Likewise, in Local Language courses, it is necessary to design a series of learning activities that support the online learning process so that learning achievements a expected to be mastered by learners. This qualitative research is carried out with participant observation models during the design process and implementation of learning design until the end of learning, literature studies related to similar studies and online interviews with learners. Based on the research results obtained, to determine the learning design model to be implemented, it is necessary to understand the characteristics of local language courses based on curriculum demands. There are common obstacles encountered in designing and implementing learning in the disruption of internet access and student ability related to the lack of quotas. The evaluation results show that the designed learning design needs to be refined and reviewed on the strategies and online learning media used related to the obstacles faced by learners. It has hoped that through the development of this learning design, it can become a reference library and valuable for educators in designing a learning process, especially in online learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemic

Abstract

This article is the result of research that aims to conduct a study of the implementation of the magedong-gedongan ceremony in Hindu communities living in urban outskirts areas focused in Batubulan Village as a form of implementation of prenatal education. The design of this research is descriptive interpretive to interpret the implementation of the magedong-gedongan ceremony associated with the concept of prenatal education. Most of the data taken in this study were in the field, which were then analyzed using interpretive descriptive analysis techniques. This study found that the implementation of the magedong-gedongan ceremony is an obligation that must be carried out as an effort to purify babies who are still in the womb. Although it is an obligation, not all Hindus do it for certain reasons. The implementation of the magedong-gedongan ceremony of the purification process is also a process of prenatal education given to babies who are still in the womb with the hope that after birth they can grow and develop into children who are physically and mentally healthy. Aspects of prenatal education given to the baby who is still in the womb in the form of positive values ​​emitted by the implementation of the magedong-gedongan ceremony which is believed to be accepted by the baby in the womb in forming multiple intelligences.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the quality of informal education in the Hindu family environment of early marriage perpetrators in the city of Mataram. Departing from the phenomenon that many early marriages take place due to matchmaking factors, promiscuity, or blind love which often causes problems for the perpetrators in living household life. The problem is not only felt by the husband/wife, but the children born in the family also feel the impact through parenting that is accepted as a form of informal education. This study uses qualitative methods with data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The research focuses on six sub-districts, Ampenan, Sekarbela, Mataram, Selaparang, Cakranegara and Sandubaya, all locations are located in Mataram City. From the results of the study, it was found that the people of Mataram had a less favorable perception of the practice of early marriage. This is inseparable from the fact that many families who do early marriage experience problems financially, emotionally and in readiness. Then related to the psychological impact, the psychological impact is more likely to be felt by the wife (woman) and children. For the wife, the psychological impact felt in the form of anxiety, stress, emotions became unstable and made marriage a burden. Meanwhile, for children, the psychological impact felt in the form of not being able to control themselves, being introverted, not daring to innovate and not daring to make decisions. While related to the quality of informal education in Hindu families who do early marriage, it is illustrated that the informal education process is less than optimal, the cultivation of religious values, character, ethics, morals, manners and social skills is lacking as a result of permissive parenting.
