Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, personal selling, product quality, and worth of mouth on purchasing decisions at PT Yamaha Putera Langkapura motorcycle dealership. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique. The research subjects used were consumers who bought products at the PT Yamaha Putera Langkapura dealer in 2019 divided by the number of quarters totaling 89 respondents. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression. To get the test results in this study, a classic assumption test was carried out, namely the normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and multicorrelation test. Then the hypothesis testing is carried out. In this study the results of the Determination (R2) test showed that the purchase decision could be explained by price, personal selling, product quality and word of mouth by 58.5%. While the remaining 41.5% is influenced by other factors not included in this study. Simultaneously, the variable price (X1), personal selling (X2), product quality (X3) and word of mouth (X4) have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions at Dealer Yamaha Putera Langkapura.

Abstract

The success of a country is a society that is willing to participate in paying land and building taxes and that is one of the supporting factors, the awareness and sense of participation that must be present in every community to support all development activities both at the regional and central level. if the community does not pay taxes then they will not be good Indonesian citizens. Therefore, the need for public participation. The formulation of the problem in this study is to find out how the action of community participation in the payment of Land and Building Tax (PBB) in Pungguk Pedaro Village, Bingin Kuning District, Lebong Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the level of community participation in land and building tax payers in Pungguk Pedaro Village, Bingin Kuning District, Lebong Regency. Abstract

The root of the research problem is that students' perceptions of mathematics tend to be negative, students' interest in learning is less because they can make money, teachers lack knowledge about learning models, so that the learning process tends to be monotonous, and student learning outcomes in mathematics are low. The type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR), carried out in Class V UPT SPF SDN 105336 Rantau Panjang. Student learning outcomes before using the Think-Talk-Write (TTW) learning model: there were 21 students who scored in the incomplete category with an average value of 20.95. Furthermore, after using the Think-Talk-Write (TTW) learning model in the first cycle, the average student learning outcomes increased by 3 students (14.28%) in the complete category and 18 students (85.71%) in the incomplete category. In the first cycle it is considered not optimal because there are still many students who have not achieved the complete score and students look less active in learning. After making improvements, in the second cycle, student learning outcomes have increased. In the second cycle test results obtained an average of 80.95 with as many as 19 students (90.48%) in the complete category and 2 students (9.52%) in the incomplete category. The results of the observation are that the percentage of the success rate of teacher performance is 95.8%, the criteria are very good and student learning activities reach 75.9%, the criteria are sufficient. This shows that there is an increase in students' mathematics learning outcomes with the application of the Think-Talk-Write (TTW) learning model.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh zakat, indeks pembangunan manusia (IPM), dan pajak dengan tenaga kerja sebagai variabel moderasi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di indonesia periode 2012 – 2019. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Regresi Linear Berganda dan Moderat Regression Analysis (MRA) sebagai analisis data dan menggunakan data sekunder berbentuk time series. Data yang telah diperoleh kemudian diolah menggunakan alat bantu aplikasi E-views 9. Berdasar hasil penelitin ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Indek Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, sedangkan zakat dan pajak tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Dan tenaga kerja tidak dapat memoderasi pengaruh zakat, IPM, dan pajak terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi.

Abstract

This paper aims to explain the effect of counseling patterns, incentives and leadership styles on the performance of the brown sugar micro-small industry Clushter in Blitar Regency. The results of the preliminary research show that the problems at this Clushter are the low performance of employees, the pattern of counseling given by the technical coach tends to be generalized, and the provision of incentives is less transparent. There has been no integration between leadership styles and individual abilities of employees which include talents, interests, and personality, skills of employees so that they have not been able to improve employee performance. The research model with hypothesis development was derived based on the literature. To provide empirical evidence, this study conducted a survey, primary data was collected using a list of questionnaires, and saturated sampling of 33 employees. The results showed that the pattern of counseling, incentives and leadership styles had a direct positive and significant effect on employee performance. The implication of the research is to examine the perceptions of 33 employees at the Clushter for Micro Small Brown Sugar Industry in Blitar Regency. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression. This paper contributes to the theory of organizational behavior by explaining the effect of counseling patterns, incentives and leadership styles on employee performance.

Abstract

Mendengar nama Nasr Hamd berkaitan dengan tafsir al-Qur’an maka terasa belum lengkap jika tidak membincarakan wilayah tafsir sastra karena memang inilah yang ditawarkan Nasr Hamd dalam menghadapi banyaknya tafsir, yang beredar sebelumnya, yang sarat dengan ideology, sehingga terjadi “perang” pemikiran yang ideologis didalamya. Dengan kata lain teks al-Qur’an dijadikan sebagai “ladang” pertempuran ideology. Hal ini tentu sangat mengerikan karena perang ideology sangat rentan konflik daripada perang pemikiran. Dengan latar belakang tersebut Nasr Hamd mempelopori tafsir sastra sebagai metode untuk mengurangi tarikan ideology seperti yang sudah terjadi.
