Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of village government communication with the community in providing social assistance during the COVID 19 pandemic in Raharja Village, Wonosari District.Method in this research is a type of descriptive qualitative research. Qualitative approach is a research method that is directed at understanding social phenomena from the participant's perspective, by interviews, observation and documentation steps.Result showed that the village government communication with the community wasquite effective, but it still needs to be improved so that the community felt satisfied with the way of communication carried out by the village government in providing social assistance where the COVID-19 pandemic was in Raharja village, Wonosari district. The factors that hinder the effectiveness of village government communication with the community in providing social assistance in Raharja Village were the village government's ability to communicate, the language style used by the village government in conveying information to the community was still unclear, and different messages.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to identify a strategy for boosting microenterprise access to financing in Tutulo Village, Botumoito District, Boalemo Regency. The study employs descriptive qualitative approaches, including observation, indepth interviews, documentation, and SWOT analysis. The findings indicate that Micro Enterprises' strategies to increase access to business capital after assessing their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats are as follows: measuring consumer satisfaction with products and services, expanding business networks, and increasing pricing potential. Inexpensive, consumer-facing skill development. Promoting business products to individuals from beyond the region and increasing innovation by exploring micro-enterprises potential, maximizing promotional efforts, attracting personnel who understand how to use EMKM principles, and providing human resource management training. Consumer interest in business products is increasing. Business product innovation, volume discounts for bulk purchases, and regular checks on business items. Increased product innovation for local product variants, expansion of business items to meet consumer needs, and intensified promotional activity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of teacher competence on the quality of learning in SMP Negeri 5 Gorontalo. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data with data sourced from observations, questionnaires and documentation. The population in this study amounted to 30 teachers. The results of this study were hypothesis testing in order to be able to test the influence of teacher competence on the quality of learning to have a positive and significant effect on the quality of learning at SMP Negeri 5 Gorontalo. This is shown from the analysis of hypothesis testing data, resulting in a positive regression coefficient of 0.459 and a significant level of 0.459 > 0.05 so that it can be concluded that teacher competence has a positive effect on the quality of learning in SMP Negeri 5 Gorontalo.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to find out the competence of the work of the apparatus in Tri Rukun Village, Wonosari district of Boalemo regency. This research method uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used in this study were through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of the apparatus in the village government of Tri Rukun village. The results of this study show that the work competence possessed by the apparatus in the village of Tri Rukun has not been optimal. This can be seen from the aspect of knowledge that every apparatus has not been good, including the education and understanding of village officials related to their jobs, further training, and education needs to be done to increase the knowledge of the apparatus. Related to the aspect of the average skill of the village apparatus still has low skills, both in technical skills, skills in community service, and conceptual skills, so it is necessary to hold village apparatus training and placement of officers according to their divisions. In terms of attitude is still not good, it is caused by the lack of sympathy of the apparatus to the orders of the village head, the discipline of the work of the apparatus has not been maximal, the existence of some less social officers, and awareness in the implementation of jobs has not been full. For this reason, the village government needs to be more firm against the regulations that have been set and conduct regular work evaluations.

Abstract

This study aims to discover how the employee of Paguyaman Pantai sub-district office manages the cooperation in providing services. This study employed a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data analysis technique utilizes the Miles and Huberman model to process the data. The findings indicated that 1) Employees' competency in implementing services exhibits unique features. There are still some employees that violate time discipline regulations and even disregard their assigned jobs and responsibilities. 2) It is assumed that the employees' synergy in delivering services has been established well and smoothly and that any issues would be resolved by mutual discourse. 3) Relationships with employees involved in service delivery are positive and smooth, as they consistently develop communication and coordination regarding performance as sub-district employees. 4) Employee productivity in implementing services has been extremely high, as evidenced by the excellent cooperation built as quickly as feasible. 5) Employees' sense of belonging is still a barrier to service delivery at the Paguyaman Pantai Sub-District Office due to a lack of trust between employees and individual attitudes.

Abstract

The research goals are as follows: 1) To ascertain the physical strain associated with completing work in the Mekar Jaya Village Government, Wonosari District, Boalemo Regency, prior to and following the pandemic period. 2) To ascertain the psychological stress associated with completing tasks prior to and following the pandemic in the Mekar Jaya Village Government, Wonosari District, Boalemo Regency. 3) To ascertain the time commitment required to complete activities before and after the pandemic in the Mekar Jaya Village Government, Wonosari District, Boalemo Regency.This is a descriptive study with a qualitative methodology. The researcher employs the descriptive technique because, according to the researcher's character and purpose, he seeks not to test hypotheses but to gain an accurate picture.The findings indicated that 1) the physical burden imposed on the Mekar Jaya village apparatus in completing the work prior to the pandemic had no effect on both the physiological and biomechanical burdens, and 2) following the pandemic, the physiological, physical burden and biomechanical burden imposed on the Mekar Jaya village government remained unchanged. 2) The mental strain placed on the Mekar Jaya village apparatus by finishing work ahead of schedule does not impair focus; in fact, it fosters a sense of bewilderment, vigilance, and correctness in the Mekar Jaya Village Government. Following the epidemic, it was discovered that attention is impaired, even confusing when completing duties, a lack of alertness at work and services that take a long time is not accurate. 3) The mental strain on the Mekar Jaya village apparatus in performing work prior to the pandemic, the pace with which work is completed, and the ability to perform two or more occupations concurrently are all still intact. Meanwhile, following the epidemic, work was frequently completed late, and the Mekar Jaya village machinery could not complete two or more jobs concurrently. Particularly with the 1-day, 1-month aim in mind.

Abstract

This research aims 1) to find out the empirical model of human resource development of BUMDes Management in Tenilo Village. and 2) to find out the obstacles in the development of BUMDes Management HUMAN RESOURCES in Tenilo Village at this time.The method in this research is to use a qualitative approach by investigating cases and phenomena from informant sources that explain why and how the problems that occur in BUMDesKarya Bersama. Using data analysis consisting of 3, namely data collection, data reduction, presentation of data, and withdrawal of conclusions or verification. The results showed that 1) The application of empirical model benchmarking in BUMDes human resources joint work in Tenilo Village in developing BUMDes was considered not to be effective. It is indicated that so far, the manager or HR owned does not have mature abilities, often the change or even the implementation of BUMDes development training for HR is only limited to 1-day training even most material provision, where the rest is only done in the form of business development assistance. 2) The biggest obstacles experienced in the development of BUMDesKarya Bersama human resources in Tenilo Village are why there are BUMDes institutions that are limited in funds and constrained by existing policy regulations, the willingness of HUMAN RESOURCES to survive in managing BUMDes, and due to the ability of HUMAN RESOURCES that are only widely equipped with material provision.

Abstract

The purpose of the research included finding out the model of decision-making in the provision of social assistance during the Covid-19 pandemic in Buti Village, Mananggu District, Boalemo Regency. This research is a type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach The reason or using a descriptive type of research and qualitative approach is because this research is generated from descriptive data obtained from several writings, words, and documents derived from sources and information that are researched and trusted. The results of the study concluded that the decision-making model of social aid recipients affected by covid 19 through 3 stages, namely 1). The data collection process is carried out the formation of a verifier team to collect candidates who deserve assistance in the field (hamlets), then the verifier team consisting of Dasawisma and the head of the hamlet descends to the hamlets by name by address, as well as reporting the results of the collection of prospective recipients of assistance to the village head as preliminary data. 2). Consolidation and verification of the second stage in the decision-making process of beneficiaries for communities affected by covid 19 is the process of consolidation and verification, in this stage, the village head will sit together with the entire verifier team, BPD, and village companion to discuss thoroughly the results of the initial data collection that has been collected. All the data will be verified until you get the real amount who is most entitled to be recommended to receive assistance, the verification results will be taken to the final validation stage. 3). Validation and Determination of the final stage results in the decision-making process of beneficiaries for communities affected by covid 19 validation and determination of results, in this stage the village head will sit together with the entire verifier team, BPD, and village companions to thoroughly discuss the results of the initial data collection that has been collected. All the data will be validated until the real amount of who is most entitled to be recommended to receive assistance, the validation results will be taken to the stage of determining the results.

Abstract

The study aimed to develop a strategy for increasing regional original income during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Boalemo Regency's Office of Cooperatives, Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, Industry, and Trade (Diskumperindag). The descriptive research method is combined with a qualitative approach in this study. The sample size for this study was 43 individuals. The study's findings indicated that; (1) The Office of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Industry and Trade of Boalemo Regency possesses several strengths, including the potential for significant regional retributions in the form of Regional Original Income, regional retribution rates that support Regional Original Income (PAD), local government and community support for Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Industry and Trade, and the existence of a regional regulation that promotes regional original income. 2) Weaknesses that must be addressed include the absence of regional taxes, ineffective market management, and failure to attain the regional original income target. (3) Possibilities These include growing economic activity, government commitment and support, and the involvement and cooperation of multiple agencies in collecting Regional Original Revenue. 4) The threats include the following: Regional Original Income during the Covid-19 Pandemic, the installation of Large-Scale Social Restrictions during the Pandemic era I community awareness and support services, and community knowledge.
