Abstract

This research‟s purposes are to describe the implementation of Contextual learning in heat conduction concept. Based on class teacher, several student still confuse to describe the heat conduction procces if the learning heat conduction just given to the student, not given the real world phenomen ini the class. Ini research, the implementation of lesson study following steps, plan, doo and see. Teacher‟s and college discus to prepare the all matter for implementation of lesson study : contextual learning. The results of this study show that: a) the level of implementation of lesson study steps in The Teaching Practise in SDPN Setiabudi is very suitable to the monitoring stan-dard, level Plan, Do, and Se; b) The lesson study implementation can improve the activities of student in learning, so the student can improve the konowlegde and skill Keyword: Lesson Study, kontextual Learning, heat conduction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of science process skills and conceptual understandings students through problem based learning (PBL) with real-virtual laboratory, PBL with virtual laboratory, and PBL with real laboratory. This study uses a quasi-experimental and research design with pretest-posttest control group. The study population was a class X SMAN 1 Lumajang the number of 8th grade. The samples were 6 groups of randomly selected class sampling. The first group is the experimental class 1 in 2 class which comprises treatment of PBL with real-virtual laboratory, the second group is experimental class 2 in 2 class which treated PBL with virtual laboratory, and the third group was the control class consisting of 2 classes with PBL treatment real laboratory. Data retrieval science process skills and conceptual understandings of the learning process is done through observation and multiple-choice tests that have expert validation and testing instruments. Virtual laboratory using the PhET‟s software. Analysis of the data using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) with one lane further Kruskal-Wallis test. The results showed that : (1) Students use PBL with the real-virtual laboratory has the effect of science process skills better. (2) Students use PBL with the real-virtual laboratory give results better conceptual understandings. Abstract

This research is the development of diagnostic tests to map the student‟s X grade models mental of SMA/MAN material temperature and heat. This research method Borg and Gall, namely (1) a preliminary study consisting of literature, field surveys, and development plans, (2) development of a draft product consisting of a draft product, due diligence, revised draft product, and product development results. Feasibility was measured by using due diligence by matter experts (lecturer of Physics and Teacher of Physics) and the audience (students). The results of the study in the form of quantitative and qualitative data. The data analysis technique used is the technique of analysis the average score. The results of the analysis of the average matter expert evaluators gained an average total of 3.55 which is in the category viable. Based on the analysis of data from the expert material, there are several items that need to be revised diagnostic tests. Based on the acquisition due diligence can be concluded that the diagnostic tests to map the student‟s X grade models mental of SMA/MAN material temperature and heat fit for use as a student assessment instruments. Abstract

Berdasarkan PERMENDIKBUD No.81A tentang Impementasi Kurikulum 2013, proses pembelajaran langsung mewadahi siswa untuk mengembangkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Dalam pelaksanaannya kegiatan belajar yang dilakukan siswa adalah mengamati menanya mengumpulkan informasi, mengasosiasi, dan mengkomunikasikan . Pada penelitian ini kegiatan tersebut dinamakan „OSEAN‟. Hasil studi pendahuluan menunjukkan, dengan metode ceramah kegiatan OSEAN siswa berturut-turut adalah 76%, 17%, 29%, 26%, 30% dari jumlah siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran, selain itu hanya 11% siswa yang mencapai KKM. Telah dilakukan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kegiatan „OSEAN‟ dan pemahaman konsep siswa melalui optimalisasi perangkat pembelajaran menggunakan model Level Of Inquiry. Untuk melihat kegiatan „OSEAN‟ digunakan lembar observasi dan open guided inquiry worksheet, sedangkan pemahaman konsep dilihat dari hasil tes pemahaman konsep setiap pertemuan. Indikator keberhasilan PTK adalah (1)untuk kegiatan OSEAN siswa berturut-turut 85%,50%,50%,50%,50% dan siswa tuntas dalam menyelesaikan masalah (2)untuk pemahaman konsep 87% siswa mencapai KKM. Setelah melakukan refleksi dan evaluasi pada siklus I dan II, pada siklus III, peneliti menekankan pada pendekatan ilmiah dan memberi penguatan konsep yang lebih mendalam pada akhir pembelajaran. Hasil yang diperoleh 100% siswa mencapai nilai di atas KKM, 100% siswa melakukan kegiatan „OSEAN‟ dan tuntas menyelesaikan masalah menggunakan pendekatan ilmiah. Abstract

Design of Digital Dictionary of Physics Applications using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft Access 2003. This Aplication has Aims to generate Physics Simple Dictionary Application using software VB ( Visual Basic ) 6.0 and Database Access 2003 , as well as to determine the feasibility as a source of learning physics . This research is applied research with methods SDLC ( System Development Life Cycle ). Stages of the study includes Planning System , Analysis System , Design System, Implemantasi and Testing System . System testing is done using the application made to the process of learning physics. After that the students who have been administered questionnaire was provided to determine the feasibility of the system 's Dictionary of Digital Physics. Based on the test results of the digital dictionary application feasibility of Physics, found that the percentage of total recapitulation student responses to the feasibility of a digital dictionary of physics is at 95.11 % which is the criteria very well . The total percentage of results indicates that the application 's digital dictionary worthy physics learning tool and as a source of learning physics physics students. Abstract

Hasil studi pendahuluan menemukan proses pembelajaran fisika pada populasi penelitian didominasi dengan metode ceramah. Dalam metode ini pembelajaran berlangsung satu arah dan lebih menekankan penyampaian materi pembelajaran, akibatnya kompetensi yang dimiliki siswa kurang terlatih, salah satunya kompotensi berpikir rasional. Model pembelajaran discovery-inquiry yang lebih menekankan pencarian pengetahuan secara aktif dapat dijadikan salah satu alternatif untuk melatihkan dan meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir rasional (KBR) siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan efektifitas model pembelajaran discovery-inquiry terhadap keterampilan berpikir rasional siswa serta tanggapan siswa terhadap proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah one group time series design dengan sampel penelitian satu kelas siswa-siswi di salah satu SMA Negeri kota Bandung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan model pembelajaran discovery-inquiry cukup efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir rasional siswa dengan rata-rata nilai gain normal (N-gain) 0,57, dan analisis angket menunjukkan 97% siswa menyenangi pembelajaran discovery-inquiry. Siswa termotivasi untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Kata kunci : pembelajaran discovery-inquiry, keterampilan berpikir rasional.

Abstract

Permendikbud No. 65 dan No. 81A Th. 2013 tentang implementasi kurikulum 2013 menyatakan adanya pembelajaran proses sebagai penguatan penggunaan pendekatan ilmiah dan dalam implementasinya ada lima pengalaman belajar pokok dalam proses belajar, yaitu mengamati (Observing), menanya (queStioning), mengumpulkan informasi (collEcting information), mengasosiasi (Associating), dan mengkomunikasi (commuNicating). Lima Pengalaman belajar pokok ini selanjutnya dalam penelitian ini dinyatakan dengan istilah kegiatan OSEAN. Tujuan utama dari implementasi kurikulum 2013 adalah meningkatkan tiga kompetensi siswa yaitu kompetensi pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan didapatkan kompetensi siswa dan lima pengalaman belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran masih rendah. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut maka telah dilakukan penelitian quasi experiment penerapan model inquiry lab untuk melihat peningkatan kompetensi dan kegiatan OSEAN siswa dengan desain one group pret-test post-test design. Sampel penelitian 30 siswa kelas VII. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui tes berupa soal pilihan ganda, open guided inquiry worksheet, penilaian teman sejawat, dan lembar observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pengetahuan siswa meningkat dengan nilai gain yang dinormalisasi 0,56 dalam kategori sedang. Pada kompetensi sikap dan keterampilan mengalami kenaikan. Ditemukan peningkatan jumlah siswa yang melakukan kegiatan OSEAN yang terobservasi saat pembelajaran. Sedangkan kegiatan OSEAN dilihat dari prosentase jumlah siswa dalam menyelesaikan masalah benar dan tuntas dalam worksheet selama tiga pertemuan berturut-turut adalah 67%, 100%, dan 100%. Abstract

Formative assessment is very important for student‟s learning. Formative assessment is used to help students learning. Student can know student‟s abilities and weaknesses. The formative assessment combined with isomorphic problems can know more how far student‟s mastery concept. In the real, giving information to student by teacher tends to take a long time, non-optimal, and unintensive because of large number of students. Formative assessment model needs to be improved with computerized program, in order to be efective and efficient assessment for student and teacher. Research uses procedure which is adapted by Borg & Gall procedure. Subjects of research are 40 the-8th-grade-students at SMPK Kolese Santo Yusup 2 Malang. Data of research consists of quantitative data (comparation of pretest score and postest score) and be analized with t-test. Assessment of product is done by 5 validators, such as 1 expert of assessment, 1 expert of physics, 1 expert of information technology and 2 physics of teachers. Advisability assessment data is quantitative data with Likert scale and qualitative data is validator‟s advises. Product application which is used to test effectivity of product shows effective result for students and not yet effective result for teacher. Non-efective for teacher is teacher cannot know whether the results is reliable because teacher cannot supervise the students using the product from start until finish. Abstract

Learning physics requires the media to make physics more interesting to be studied, for it made research that aims to produce an instructional media stories of electromagnetic waves through the mobile learning with the android operating system as supporting media in learning physics. The method used is research and development. This application is validated by using questionnaires filled out by the subject matter experts and media experts. It was also tested empirically by the teacher, then tested to students. The average value of the test results of the questionnaire matter experts about this media of 87.5%, the average percentage of test media expert at 79.39%, 77.39% of the teacher, and the percentage of student responses to the application amounted to 79.79% are interpreted very well. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the media stories electromagnetic waves with the android operating system can be used as a medium of learning support physics. Abstract

This research is to develop physics workbook with Android OS as mobile learning, an alternative learning for students. In addition to increase student interest, application development is also built to make students understand concepts through a workbook. Learning materials are limited to the theory of special relativity for third grade in Senior High School. In this research, the used method is research and development. The validation results show that the material of workbook is valid at 87.50%, while the media is valid at 84.25%, the empirical test of physics teacher result is valid at 78.49%, and students test result is valid at 79.23%. Thus it can be concluded that the physics workbook has already qualified as instructional media support mobile learning for Senior High School students.
