Abstract

ABSTRACT The Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta (UNS) seeks to improve services in the cleaning sector, with the aim that students feel comfortable while on campus. Improving cleaning services can be done by applying the assessment and measurement of the performance of the cleaning staff. Performance appraisal is carried out based on performance reports collected by the cleaning staff. In compiling reports on the performance of the cleaning staff, they still use the manual method. The manual method used is to record all work activities into a book, then recap the notes to the Microsoft Excel application. The current method is considered less effective and efficient because it takes a relatively long time to compile a report. The cleaning staff is sometimes late in submitting performance reports, so the assessment cannot be done on time. Based on these problems, a website-based employee performance reporting system is designed, so that it can help provide convenience and support cleaning staff in improving their performance. The method used to design information systems is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model. The employee performance reporting system is made using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. With this system, the cleaning staff is more efficient and effective in presenting performance reports so that they can be assessed on time. Keywords: Information System, Performance, PHP, MySQL, CodeIgniter

Abstract

The collaboration of Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta (UNS) with alumni has a big impact on the development of UNS. Communication between UNS and alumni must run well. Alumni data collection at the Faculty of Law UNS still uses the manual method. This method has a weakness in the alumni tracking process because alumni data is not up to date. Another problem is that there is no means of publication of activity information, this causes every activity carried out to be ineffective. Based on the description of the problem, the formulation of the problem solved in this study is "How to design an information system for managing alumni data at the Faculty of Law, UNS". The problem limitation in this research is centered on the design of an information system for managing alumni data within the UNS Faculty of Law. Alumni data management information system is designed using PHP Native programming language with MySQL database. The method used to design an alumni data management information system uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model. The output of this research is a prototype of a website-based alumni data management information system. With the design of the alumni data management information system, it is hoped that it will make it easier for the Student and Alumni Sub-Section at the Faculty of Law UNS to obtain alumni data.

Abstract

The Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta (UNS) requires technological advances for inventory processing activities, in terms of borrowing the Sanitary Laboratory Room for the Civil Engineering Study Program. By utilizing information technology, it is hoped that it can help and improve the performance of the administrative staff of the Sanitary Laboratory of the Civil Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, UNS, so that it is more effective and efficient in collecting laboratory loan transaction data. Based on the explanation above, the problem to be solved is formulated, namely "How to design an information system for borrowing the Sanitary Laboratory of the Civil Engineering Study Program at the Faculty of Engineering, UNS". Limitation The problem that the author discusses in this study is a system that is designed based on a website with a scope at the Faculty of Engineering, UNS. The method used for system development uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model. The programming language used is PHP Navite and MySQL database. With the design of the Health Laboratory loan information system, it is hoped that it will facilitate the recording of health laboratory loan transaction data in the Civil Engineering study program of UNS.

Abstract

The design of a website-based marketing information system at Eny Convection is the result of the author's daily observations as one of the worker of the Eny Convection Industry. Eny Convection is a home industry that is engaged in manufacture and sell fashion and its needs. A bussiness cannot be separated from marketing, which is a way to attract people's attention to a bussiness or product. Eny Convection it is only done through social media, it becomes an obstacle at Eny Convection that often customers have difficulty in finding information, and often curtomers experience disappointment because when looking for inventory quantities are not available. The purpose of this research is to create on online application  that will be built by Eny Convection with data colection used bt interview, obserevation, documentation library research. Eny Convection product marketing which is producted with the concept of PHP (Personal Home Page). The results of the marketing are that the development system uses the waterfall system method, the system design Deamwevawer application or Sublime Text and MySQL as a database to improve the marketing Konveksi Eny. The conclusion of this research is that it able to improve marketing at Eny Convection in more professional way to market product and make it easier for customers to find product information available at Eny Convection.

Abstract

The Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta (UNS), faces several problems in improving academic services related to bureaucracy. As is the case with the certificate legalization service which is still carried out offline and still uses manual recording in the form of a legalization watchbook. The legalization service system which is still manual is considered ineffective because it takes a long time, students or alumni must come to campus and then fill out the legalization request form. The admin records the legalization request to the watchbook then the new legalization process can be carried out. To take legalization, students are also asked to fill in data for taking legalization. Based on this description, it can be formulated the problem to be solved in this research is "How to design a student service system at the Faculty of Engineering UNS". Limitations The problem that the author discusses in this study focuses more on legalizing services at the Faculty of Engineering, UNS. The method used for system development uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model. The programming language used is PHP Native and MySQL database as data storage media. With the design of the diploma legalization service system, it is hoped that the process of applying for diploma legalization can be done online and faster.

Abstract

The recording of data on maintenance of facilities and infrastructure at Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta (UNS) is still using a ledger and then copied to Microsoft Excel. The current management of maintenance data causes the making of infrastructure maintenance reports not on time. This has the effect of not being optimal in the care carried out by officers, so that infrastructure facilities are damaged quickly. Based on the description of the problem above, the researcher formulates the problem to be solved in this study, "How to design an information system for recording data on maintenance of infrastructure in the household section of UNS". The method used to design the information system in this research is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall method. This information system is designed using the PHP Native programming language and MySQL database for data storage. The purpose of this research is to design an information system to speed up the preparation of infrastructure maintenance reports, making it easier for leaders to monitor the condition of infrastructure. With the design of this information system, it is hoped that it will facilitate the preparation of infrastructure maintenance reports and monitoring the condition of existing infrastructure at UNS.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The General Section of the Sub-Household of Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta (UNS) is the division responsible for budgeting, inventory and help center. The problem that often occurs in the General Section of the UNS Sub-Household is that there is no detailed reporting on goods borrowed or goods that have been returned. This has an impact on decisions taken when procuring or destroying inventory items. Based on the description of the background, it can be formulated that the problem to be solved in this research is "How to design an information system for borrowing inventory items in the UNS Medical Study Program". Limitations The problem that the author discusses in the research focuses more on the process of borrowing and returning inventory items within the scope of the UNS Medical Study Program. The method used to design an information system for borrowing inventory items uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model. The programming languages used to design an inventory loan information system are PHP Native and MySQL. With the design of this information system for borrowing inventory items, it is hoped that it can help the management process of borrowing inventory items and solve problems experienced by the General Section of the UNS Sub-Household.

Abstract

Erajaya Sentosa CV is an agency that operates as a distributor of technical equipment, agriculture and building materials. The Erajaya Sentosa CV inventory facility maintenance system uses Microsoft excel and physical books to record its stock. This is considered less effective in reporting newly added inventory facilities, namely at a certain time the file must be sent via email to the leadership with the knowledge of other divisions, even though there are inventory facilities that come in almost every day, depending on the branch or central warehouse in need. It is time to ensure that the condition and inventory of inventory facilities are maintained, and effectively monitored by users, it is necessary to develop supporting technology programs such as simple applications to make it easier to record and report inventory facilities. Based on the description of the background, it can be formulated the problem to be solved in this study is "How to design and create an information system for maintaining inventory of goods in Erajaya Sentosa CV". Podomoro Nusukan, Admin as an application user, enters data for incoming goods and outgoing goods. The inventory information system will be designed using PHP (web-based), with HTML programming language, supporting applications for creating databases, the author uses MySQL, and Visual Studio Code applications for coding.

Abstract

Sistem informasi presensi siswa bimbingan belajar berbasis web ini dibuat untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang ada di instansi bimbingan belajar Kumon Ngringo Palur. Dari hasil pengamatan yang dilakukan oleh penulis, presensi yang dilakukan di Kumon Ngringo masih menggunakan cara yang manual oleh pembimbing dibuku presensi, sehingga dapat menimbulkan ketidakakuratan pada data presensi. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan beberapa masalah seperti menyulitkan pembimbing saat melakukan presensi apabila terjadinya kerusakan pada buku presensi dan juga dapat menyebabkan tidak efektifnya dalam hal tenaga dan biaya. Dengan dibuatnya sistem presensi berbasis web, hal ini akan memudahkan pembimbing dalam melakukan pengecekan terhadap kehadiran siswa dan kegiatan tersebut juga akan menjadi efektif. Berdasarkan uraian dari latar belakang diatas, maka dapat dirumuskan masalah yang akan diselesaikan dalam penelitian ini adalah “Bagaimana merancang dan membuat sistem presensi siswa kelompok bimbingan belajar yang dapat di akses oleh siswa, pembimbing dan pengelola lembaga untuk mendata siswa yang hadir dan tidak hadir”. Berdasarkan dalam pembuatan sistem, penulis menggunakan metode Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model Waterfall. Abstract

The process of borrowing meeting rooms currently running in the General Section of the Sub-Household of Sebelas Maret University Surakarta (UNS) is done manually. The meeting committee met with the General Section of the UNS Sub-Household to order a meeting room and its consumption. Then the Admin of the General Section of the UNS Sub-Household saw the record data in the room reservation book in advance to inform which room could be used for meetings. To speed up and simplify the process of borrowing a meeting room, it is necessary to design a meeting room reservation information system. Based on the description of the background, it can be formulated that the problem to be solved in this research is "How to design an information system for ordering meeting rooms and consumption in the General Section of the UNS Sub-Household". Limitation of the problem that the author discusses in the research focused on designing an information system for ordering space and consumption in the General Section of the UNS Sub-Household. The method used to design an information system for meeting room reservations and consumption using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model. The programming language used to design this system is PHP Native and MySQL database as data storage media. With the design of the meeting room reservation information system, it is hoped that it will facilitate and speed up the process of ordering meeting rooms in the General Section of the UNS Sub-Household.
