Abstract

Noise in the workplace is a problem for workers, the highest noise intensity measurement in the Operation area is 127.5 dBA which exceeds the Threshold Value. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that affect hearing loss. This quantitative research method used a sample of 77 respondents. The analysis used binary logistic regression with cross-sectional to investigate the effect between the dependent and independent variables. The analysis results showed that variables of personal noise dose, work period, hearing protective equipment, history of illness, and hobbies or activities outside of work related to noise significantly affected hearing loss (Sig. ≤ 0,05). In contrast, there was no significant effect between the age variable and hearing loss (Sig. 0.05). It can be concluded that the hearing loss of workers is mostly caused by personal noise dose, work period, use of hearing protection equipment, history of illness, and hobbies or activities outside of work hours related to noise. The managerial implication for the company is to conduct educational socialization that can increase the effectiveness of the use of hearing protection equipment and provide noise management rules as guidance in noise control. Further, enforce regular supervision to ensure noise control implementation, and then implement regular hearing medical check-ups.

Abstract

The cutting and postponement of Regional Performance Allowances during the Covid-19 pandemic had an impact on the performance of Civil Servants. This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational commitment, work discipline and work environment on performance and formulate strategies to improve performance during the Covid-19 pandemic by taking a case study at the Central Jakarta City Fire and Rescue Agency. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through surveys, by distributing questionnaires to 56 respondents with sample criteria through non-probability sampling techniques. The results showed that the three independent variables had a significant influence on the dependent variable and the preferred strategy was the "Defensive" Strategy (WT). It can be concluded that the three independent variables have an effect either partially or simultaneously on the dependent variable and strategies aimed at reducing internal weaknesses and avoiding external threats are very appropriate to use during a pandemic. The policy for changing the Standard Operational Procedure (SOP), the supervision of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3) must be carried out immediately by the organization.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategic factors and their relationship in improving the level of guest satisfaction at favehotel Gatot Subroto Jakarta. This study aims to determine the strategic factors and their relationship in increasing guest satisfaction at Favehotel Gatot Subroto Jakarta. This study uses a structural analysis approach. The analytical method uses MICMAC to identify the most influential variables and their relationship to guest satisfaction at Favehotel Gatot Subroto Jakarta. The results of the analysis that embody the typology of strategic variables based on the strength of influence found 19 strategic variables classified in 4 quadrants, namely: (1) Dominant variables consist of: 3 variables, 2 price dimensions and 1 location dimension, (2) Key variables consist of: 7 variables (2 dimensions of product, 2 dimensions of facilities, 2 dimensions of atmosphere, and 1 dimension of promotion). (3) The output variable consists of: 1 variable (1 service dimension). (4) Autonomous variables consist of: 8 variables (3 service dimensions, 2 promotion dimensions, 1 location dimension, 1 facility dimension, 1 location dimension). The results of this study indicate various sources of information for policy makers in increasing guest satisfaction at Favehotel Gatot Subroto Jakarta.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the audit results of financial performance, ICT and Digital industries, formulate strategies at the company PT. Integra Kreasitama Solusindo and recommend the results of the strategy formulation process. The research method used is qualitative descriptive analysis with case studies of PT. Integra Kreasitama Solusindo is a company that has a business focus on ICT as a system integrator, technology solution, multimedia digital. The data sources used consist of primary data and secondary data. Financial performance analysis results in the last 3 (three) years for sales achievement with a consistent increase of 200%. Based on the results of the analysis of the ICT and Digital industry, PT. Integra Kreasitama Solusindo in competing in this industry is very high competition within similar companies. In formulating strategy at PT. Integra Kreasitama Solusindo in the calculation of the SWOT analysis shows that the company is in Quadrant I, meaning that it is advisable to carry out a strategy that supports an aggressive growth policy. Recommendations from the results of the strategy formulation of PT. Integra Kreasitama Solusindo from the results of the QSPM matrix, namely market penetration and market development. And the penetration strategy can be done by PT. Integra Kreasitama Solusindo with a focus on existing sites, market development to group/chain companies and expansion to potential cities, especially outside Java, and can provide discounts or product/service bundling and add more advertising or product/service packaging interesting.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan membuktikan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan kemampuan komunikasi anggota DPR RI terhadap Kinerja Stafnya di Fraksi PKS. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan hubungan sebab akibat dengan sampel sebesar 80 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling, serta metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian didapatkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja staf Anggota DPR RI Fraksi PKS. Pengaruh positif dan signifikan kemampuan komunikasi  terhadap kinerja Anggota DPR RI Fraksi PKS. Pengaruh positif dan signifikan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kemampuan komunikasi Anggota DPR RI Fraksi PKS. Penelitian membuktikan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kinerja staf Anggota DPR RI Fraksi PKS perlu meningkatkan gaya kepemimpinan dan kemampuan komunikasi.

Abstract

 [Employee Performance Analysis in Directorate of Resources, Directorate General of Higher Education, Ministry of Education and Culture]. The performance indicators of the Directorate of Resources program in 2019 have not been maximized, only 77.60% has been achieved. For this reason, this study was conducted, which aims to determine the influence of internal employee factors, leadership, work team, work system and work environment on employee performance in the Directorate of Resources, so that we can get a picture and find out how much the relationship and influence on each variable to improve and improve the performance of employees in the Directorate of Resources. The analysis of this research uses a linkert scale and a rating scale, and hypothesis testing is carried out by analyzing Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the SmartPLS 3 application. The result of the research was obtained, employee internal factors, leadership, work team, work system and work environment. has an influence on employee performance. And employee internal factors that most dominantly affect employee performance in the Directorate of Resources. Based on this, efforts are needed for further research by exploring and developing other variables that can affect performance. Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan aset utama yang berfungsi sebagai penggerak operasional perusahaan. PT. XYZ sebagai perusahaan manufaktur farmasi didukung dengan sumber daya manusia yang professional. PT. XYZ bergerak di bidang produksi tablet, injeksi cair volume dan injeksi liofilisasi (freeze dry) untuk pengobatan penyakit kanker. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya pada pekerja di area proses pembuatan sediaan tablet onkologi, dan menganalisis penerapan pengendalian risiko bahaya pada area proses pembuatan sediaan tablet onkologi PT. XYZ. Analisa potensi risiko bahaya dilakukan menggunakan metode hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRA) dimana output yang dihasilkan berupa tingkatan risiko semua kegiatan, setelah tingkatan risiko didapat kemudian setiap kegiatan dianalisis kembali menggunakan job safety analysis (JSA) untuk diidentifikasi bahayanya, menganalisa risikonya, dan menentukan suatu tindakan pengendalian yang tepat guna menurunkan risikonya pada batas yang dapat diterima. Kesimpunya hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada area proses pembuatan sediaan tablet onkologi ditemukan dua tingkatan risiko yaitu tingkatan low dan medium yang masih tergolong aman untuk melakukan kegiatan/bekerja. Upaya pengendalian risiko dilakuan diprediksi dapat meminimalisasi potensi terjadinya kecelakaan dan kesehatan kerja karyawan, membantu meningkatkan kinerja. Direkomendasikan perlunya pengendalian risiko tingkat risiko dengan melakukan penerapan sistem pengendalian adminstrasi dan APD dan pengendalian dengan perancangan (modifikasi) dan pengendalian administrasi di area yang berisiko paparan bahan berbahaya

Abstract

ABSTRAKThis study aims to measure the implementation of safety management for nurses' work safety culture with a cross-sectional design that analyzes the implementation of nurses' safety management for nurses' safety culture in the Covid-19 pandemic era at Kuwait's Sabah Hospital. The research sample was 110 nurses who worked in 2 Covid-19 female inpatient rooms and 2 Covid-19 male inpatient rooms using the total sampling method. Collecting information by using a Likert scale questionnaire. The results of the study on the perception of OSH management in the nurse's work safety culture personal dimensions of 42.79 (68%) with good category, behavioral dimensions of 44.51 (69%) in good category, and organizational dimensions of 36.57 (56%) with poor category. The results of OSH aspects that affect the implementation of OHS management in work safety culture personal dimensions on teamwork (1459) in the very good category, training (488) in the very good category, reporting (1416) in the good category, work environment (1344) with good category. Dimensions of behavior on the aspect of compliance (2456) with a very good category, the use of PPE (1464) with a very good category, communication (976) with a very good category. Organizational dimensions in the regulatory aspect (2119) in good category, leadership (1494) in good category, risk (410) in good category. It was concluded that the implementation of nurse safety management for work safety culture in the era of the covid-19 pandemic at the level of work safety culture was displayed from 3 dimensions with a total score of 1.78 for nurses' safety culture maturity level located at level 2 (managing). The results of this study are expected to be data for hospitals in order to further improve the management of work safety in the work safety culture of nurses so that they can improve the quality of health services in hospitals.Keywords: Occupational Safety Management, Work Safety Culture, Nurses.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur implementasi pengelolaan keselamatan kerja untuk budaya keselamatan kerja perawat dengan desain cross- sectional yang menganalisis implementasi pengelolaan keselamatan kerja perawat untuk budaya keselamatan kerja perawat di era pandemic Covid- 19 di rumah sakit Sabah Kuwait. Sampel penelitiannya adalah perawat berjumlah 110 orang yang bekerja di 2 ruang rawat inap wanita Covid- 19 dan 2 ruang rawat inap pria Covid- 19 dengan memakai metode pengambilan sampel total sampling. Pengumpulan informasi dengan memakai kuesioner skala likert. Hasil penelitian pada persepsi pengelolaan K3 di budaya keselamatan kerja perawat dimensi personal sebesar 42.79 (68%) dengan kategori baik, dimensi prilaku sebesar 44.51 (69%) dengan kategori baik, dan dimensi organisasi sebesar 36.57 (56%) dengan kategori kurang baik. Hasil dari aspek- aspek K3 yang mempengaruhi implementasi pengelolaan K3 di budaya keselamatan kerja dimensi personal pada kerja sama tim (1459) dengan kategori sangat baik, pelatihan (488) dengan kategori sangat baik, pelaporan (1416) dengan kategori baik, lingkungan kerja (1344) dengan kategori baik. Dimensi prilaku pada aspek kepatuhan (2456) dengan kategori sangat baik, pemakaian APD (1464) dengan kategori sangat baik, komunikasi (976) dengan kategori sangat baik. Dimensi organisasi pada aspek regulasi (2119) dengan kategori baik, kepemimpinan (1494) dengan kategori baik, resiko (410) dengan kategori baik. Disimpulkan implementasi pengelolaan keselamatan kerja perawat untuk budaya keselamatan kerja di era pandemic covid- 19 pada tingkatan level budaya keselamatan kerja ditampilkan dari 3 dimensi dengan total skor maturity level budaya keselamatan kerja perawat sebesar 1. 78 terletak di level 2 (managing). Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan bisa jadi data untuk rumah sakit agar lebih meningkatkan pengelolaan keselamatan kerja di budaya keselamatan kerja perawat sehingga bisa meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit.Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan Keselamatan Kerja, Budaya Keselamatan Kerja, Perawat.

Abstract

Kesiapan kerja merupakan hal yang harus diperhatikan, karena bertujuan untuk menjangkau pelaksanaan kegiatan dalam mewujudkan pelayanan yang berkualitas. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan untuk menanggapi dampak dari pandemi Covid-19 terhadap terwujudnya kegiatan yang ada di Maxone Hotel Tidar Surabaya. Selain itu untuk menanggapi kesiapan Maxone dalam menjalankan protokol kesehatan dimasa new normal. Penjabaran penelitian dengan menggunakan metodelogi kuantitatif, menggunakan sistem pengumpulan data survei. Orientasi menganalisis kesiapan Maxone Hotel menerapkan protokol kesehatan dimasa new normal dengan meninjau loyalitas dan kinerja pegawai. Metode pengumpulan data melalui proses simple random sampling mendapatkan hasil dari kuesioner valid secara keseluruhan sebesar 150 sampel. Pengolahan data memakai software SPSS (Statistikal Package For Social Scienc) jenis 16.0. Perolehan dari hasil observasi disimpulkan maka nilai dari Cronbach’s Alpha 0,6 jawaban yang diperoleh terbilang realibel. Perolehan R Square berjumlah 0,745 atau 74,5%. Analisa regresi H0 diterima 0,00 0,05 bernilai positif menyatakan bahwa Kesiapan (X1) Loyalitas (X2) secara simultan berdampak pada Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Perolehan Uji T, Kesiapan (X1) sebanyak 0.000 yang substansial positif dan relevan pada faktor Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Nilai Sig pada variabel loyalitas (X2) relatif kurang dari 0,5 yaitu 0.000 artinya berdampak positif dan relevan pada faktor kinerja karyawan (Y) Maxone Tidar. Dalam hasil wawancara dengan Hrd MaxOne Tidar Surabaya memberikan hasil hipotesis bahwa kesiapan menghadapi Covid-19 dan loyalitas pegawai berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan.Kata kunci : Kesiapan Menghadapi Covid-19, Loyalitas, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Direktorat Jenderal Strategi Pertahanan, Kementerian Pertahanan Republik Indonesia adalah organisasi resmi yang memiliki tugas utama merumuskan, menentukan, dan mengimplementasikan kebijakan di bidang pertahanan. Ada dua jenis karyawan di Kemterian Pertahanan, yaitu militer dan sipil. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan bukti empiris tentang pengaruh remunerasi dan cuti karyawan terhadap kinerja aparatur sipil (ASN) dan TNI pada Direktorat Jenderal Strategi Pertahanan Kementerian Pertahanan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dengan jumlah responden sekitar 83 orang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sumber data adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data dikumpulkan dengan mendistribusikan kuesioner secara langsung dan terkait dengan literatur. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah model Python. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel remunerasi memberikan pengaruh positif dan secara signifikan memberikan pengaruh parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hubungan antara remunerasi dan cuti pegawai akan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai Ditjen Strahan KEMHAN. Dengan demikian, KEMHAN diharapkan dapat memberikan remunerasi dan cuti pegawai yang sesuai dengan kinerja pegawai.
