Abstract

IT Raudhatul Jannah Cilegon High School seeks to improve quality by implementing Strategy Management through a Process of Analysis, Planning, Implementation and Evaluation where there are problems related to education in schools such as 1) The condition of strategic management in the research area needs to be significantly improved, 2) The Process of Accepting New Students (2) PPDB) not yet based on Academic Information System, 3) Stagnation of Teaching and Learning Activities Processed by Educators 4) Less optimal cooperation between the schools and consumers in this case Higher Education, the Industrial world or companies and local governments so that graduates are not absorbed optimally and efficient. 5) Exploration of Potential Students in the academic and Non-academic fields is not maximal so that the percentage of success has not been achieved by the school. 6) Lack of Realization of School Culture to Create a Religious Environment by Practicing Religion and Life Skills in the Order of School Residents. In this study, the authors used the Qualitative Descriptive method aimed at knowing and understanding the true picture relating to the problems and strategies used by schools in improving the quality of education. The findings in the field that the application of strategic management in schools produce 1) Students excel in Leadership, academic and non-academic achievements both at local and national levels, 2) Educators and Education Personnel qualified according to the competencies set out in Government Policy. 3) External relations and extensive communication in the world of Business and Industry and State and Private Universities. 4) Schools that have religious and theological values, Physiological, Ethical, Aesthetic, Logical and Teleological.

Abstract

The development of a child's psychology is a series of physical and spiritual changes of the child toward a more advanced and perfect direction. However, it is also necessary for the writer to suggest that some people consider development as a different process from growth. The development is not the same as growing and vice versa. The development of a child's psychology is the changes experienced by the child to the level of maturity or maturity (maturation) that takes place systematically, progressively, and continuously, both in terms of physical (physical) and psychological (spiritual). The whole process of child development is regulated and controlled by the power of social law that occurs because of the associated elements so that what was originally simple (a few elements) is increasingly complex and more numerous. One of the social environments that influence the child's development is the family, in this case, the mother, because the mother is the first person to instill characteristics in the child so that what is done and said by the mother is what will be done by a child. In this case, a mother plays an important role and influences the psychological development of children since the child is in her mother's womb. Motherly tasks are the most honorable jobs and require skills in this world. The implementation of this task is very important for the care and protection of children, especially in the early stages of growth.

Abstract

Humans are social creatures who always communicate with each other even with other creatures and the natural surroundings, in communicating humans are given the potential of speaking intelligence, God says. Abstract

Education is one of the tools of humanity in understanding themselves and their environment. The higher the value of the facilities used, the higher the quality of education obtained by humans. The Holy Qur'an has the highest authority in the eyes of Muslims compared to any book on the face of the earth. So the education based on the holy book of the Qur'an gives birth to the best quality. The highest authority of the Qur'an in developing education is found in several conclusions, namely the Qur'an as a revelation passed down through the intermediary angel Gabriel to the prophet Muhammad, as a revelation of many miracles contained in the Qur'an, among others, reported with faith and the Islamic language of a person is also a very noble language because there is not a single creature that can match its perfection, the content of the Qur'an which is used as a refinement of all previous books and then makes it as the most trusted guide book, and the Qur'an has a value as holy books that contain signs of technological progress in all fields.

Abstract

Sheikh Nawawi al-Bantani is a legendary scholar and intellectual. Through his works worldwide in various fields, making it a role model by many hunters of science. In addition to the religious sciences, he is also an expert in the field of education. His educational thoughts are very cumulative, starting from basic ideas, values, to guidelines for learning activities in Islam. The basis is the study of classical, middle and modern thinkers who are then integrated with their own ideas. Making the results of his thinking very reality and can meet the needs of practitioners of Islamic education. Coupled with a foundation of religious knowledge and a deep understanding of Islamic laws, as well as the influence of the teachers so as to form a mature character. Sheikh Nawawi with his educational thoughts has provided many conceptualizations of Islamic education to date. Education thinking is still relevant to be applied both concerning basic values ​​and Islamic educational activities in Indonesian religious and plural society. Among these principles are three integral dimensions namely theocentric dimension, anthropocentric dimension, and the sunnatullah dimension, which can be applied in the current educational process. good if it is continued by outlining his ideas to be more operational. Even though these ideas originated from Islamic education thinkers in the 19th century, substantive matters are still relevant, especially in Islamic education in Indonesia.

Abstract

This paper explains about Islamic education in the face of globalization. Islamic education is the effort made by adults towards students in delivering mature levels of thought. The purpose of Islamic education is to direct humans to achieve world and hereafter happiness, Islamic education in the current era of globalization is faced with various problems that must be faced by Islamic education institutions, such problems include public distrust of Islamic educational institutions, lacking a clear vision and mission, curricula that exceed capacity, output of non-competitive educational institutions, inadequate facilities and infrastructure and underdeveloped technology, less professional teaching staff and expertise, the occurrence of the dichotomy of science. In overcoming the problems of Islamic educational institutions, it is necessary to: build public trust in Islamic educational institutions, determine the directed vision and mission in accordance with the Koran and Hadith, improve the performance of educators and education staff, plan curriculum that can answer the challenges of the times, realize empowered graduates high competitiveness, a combination of general science and religion as a form of progressive and modern thought.

Abstract

Muhammadiyah High School seeks to implement Strategic Management in improving the quality of education even though in its implementation it is faced with many problems such as 1) Non-marketable school location is difficult to reach by Prospective New Students and Educational Customers (Trustees of Students) because it is located in the midst of a residential neighborhood and close with the train station, 2) Wrong views and assessments of the Muhammadiyah Organization as Ism or Religious Understanding, 3) Recruitment of Educators not from Internal or Muhammadiyah Cadres so that they do not fully understand the Muhammadiyah's ghiroh and marwah, 4) Establishment of equivalent schools (SMK Muahammadiyah) in one union, Muhammadiyah Cilegon. In this study, the authors used a Qualitative Descriptive method aimed to find out about the real picture related to the problems and strategies used in improving the quality of education. The results of the study obtained information about the effectiveness of the implementation of Strategic management in the field, namely: 1) Consistency of Muhammadiyah Cilegon High School in creating graduates who have the right to continue to Higher Education are also able to enter the world of Business and Industry (the World of Work), Professional Teachers and Education and maximize their strengths by schools, Applying the functions of School Management Information Systems, improving the quality of Education and educating the life of the Nation, 2) Having a Code of Conduct structured in improving quality in the fields of Curriculum, Student, Facilities and Infrastructure including Process Input and Output Education towards quality and competitive schools, 3) Muhammadiyah High School has a strategy in improving the quality of education and rejecting negative issues by promoting Tabayyun, discussion, holding seminars and general stadiums, education workshops, Darul Arqom debriefing and cadre of Muhammadiyah and educators. Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to emphasize the importance of parents' knowledge of Islamic religious education in educating their children. Islamic religious education is a process in which there is a transfer of knowledge about Islam by educators to students in order to prepare students to believe, understand, and practice Islamic teachings. Educators in this paper are parents, namely fathers and mothers who have the responsibility to educate, nurture and guide their children (students) so that their children will become children who can draw closer to Allah SWT (worship) and have noble character (akhlak al-karimah). One of the characteristics of children is imitative. Psychologists assume that in all cases children are accomplished imitators. This copycat character is a positive capital in religious education in children. The emergence of the nature of imitating it requires a model to be emulated. Therefore, educators, especially parents, must make themselves as models or good examples (uswah Hashanah) for their children. The importance of knowledge about Islamic religious education for parents in educating their children is something that should not be underestimated by parents as the main educators for their children. If parents do not have knowledge about Islamic religious education, of course, parents will not be able to become educators, leaders, role models or models that their children will emulate.

Abstract

Education is used as a tool to shape change for the better in various aspects, including in terms of the economy. Education should lead to the welfare of the nation and Muslims, along with the high level of education of the nation's leaders and government officials. But, of the many scholars who have managed to reach the level of higher education to the highest level, but welfare has not arrived. This is exacerbated by the presence of corrupt behavior from highly educated leaders as if adding to the pessimistic space that education can bring to the welfare of the nation and Muslims in Indonesia. Cases of corruption are rampant in the midst of a nation that is predominantly Muslim and has a high degree of education. The following literature study tries to discuss corruption in terms of the thoughts of commentators and theologians. The study of corruption shows that so heavy is the burden of sin or error for corrupt behavior, but in fact, it is still considered light even by people who understand correctly the adverse effects of corruption both for themselves and for the benefit of the Indonesian people and nation, primarily will perpetuate the people to be poor.
