Abstract

Behavior is a series of responses made by a number of living things. According to him, behavior does not only include responses to an organism that includes not only the brain, language, thoughts, dreams, hopes, etc. but also involves mental and psychological activities (Department of Education and Culture, 1996: 755). According to al-Ghazali, individual behavior differs according to differences in hereditary factors and the acquisition of learning processes (Department of Education and Culture, 1996: 755). Religious behavior is an expression of a sense of religious soul based on religious awareness and experience in oneself. Humans and Religion have a very close relationship in life. Therefore, one's understanding and awareness of the values ​​of religious teachings will describe the inner side or inner state of a person, where the understanding and awareness will encourage someone to behave in accordance with the teachings he believes. Islamic religious education held in schools is an activity of guidance, teaching, and training that seeks to instill the values ​​of the teachings of Islam, with the aim of producing pious, knowledgeable, faithful, and pious people to Allah SWT. Islamic religious education not only teaches the problems of worship but also discusses other problems that are in accordance with the lives and needs of people in the world. In addition, Islamic education teaches about the ways to socialize among fellow creatures and the ways to associate with the creator. Therefore, Islamic religious education has a very important role in shaping the religious behavior of individuals and groups, in this case, religious education becomes the most important and main factor in providing moral provisions that reflect the quality of understanding and internalization of individual religious values and the group as well as quality as servants of God in behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the phenomenon of speech acts on the type of illocution in the novel by Buya Hamka entitled The Sinking of the 2013 Van Der Wijck Ship published by Balai Pustaka. The method used in this research is a descriptive-analytical method by classifying dialogues in the novel that relates to the functions and categories of illocutionary speech acts. Based on the analysis, it was found that; (1) in terms of function, found illocutionary types asking, pleasing, offering, inviting/inviting, cooperating; (2) in terms of categories, assertive, directive, expressive and declaration types are found; (3) in terms of the intensity of the use of illocution, it was found the type of illocution working together as many as 17 utterances; contradict (scold) as many as 12 utterances; assertive as many as 15 utterances. This research can be used as material for learning Indonesian in literary appreciation material for junior high school students.

Abstract

The role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in schools is not just teaching or delivering material to students. But there is a big responsibility that is carried out, namely forming a noble person/character who has a moral character. Therefore, PAI Study Program graduates and PAI teachers in addition to being required to master the material must also have a noble character, love their profession, master various methods, models, and learning approaches. The purpose of this paper is the author wants to provide information to graduates of PAI study programs about the real conditions that exist in schools being faced by PAI teachers. Problems that exist in students are very complex starting from personal problems, family, and the environment in which students live. The conclusion of this study is that the various problems of students in the school are challenges that must be faced wisely so that the main objective of Islamic Religious Education in shaping humanity with moral values ​​can be realized properly. This paper is expected to provide motivation for PAI Study Program Graduates and PAI teachers to have mental readiness in dealing with various student problems at school. And no less important is PAI graduates and PAI teachers must be sincere in carrying out the mandate they carry and be able to establish communication and cooperation with all components in the school including parents of students.

Abstract

This study is an attempt to explore the conceptual of counseling and guidance of Ali bin Abi Tholib’s perspective. By employing descriptive and qualitative research method the study found that The concept of Sayyidina Ali Bin Abi Tholib on the Guidance of Learning pivots on the understanding of a counselor and counselee about the duty and the necessity of their own so that in this case revolves around two important themes namely: Characteristics of counselors concerning two things, the first is the feasibility of the properties and the second is the attitude and behavior. The second, Counselee's Self-Knowledge is related to the level of independence of the counselee to find and deal with the problem. The concept of Guidance and Counseling of Non Formal Education in the perspective of Sayyidina Ali Bin Abi Tholib necessitates the existence of three principles, namely the principle of ease of service (تيسير),, enrichment or expansion of insight (توفير) and the cultivation of authority (توقير).

Abstract

Education is essentially a process of maturation of quality of life. Through this process, it is expected that humans can understand what the meaning and nature of life are as well as for what and how to carry out the tasks of life and life correctly. That's why the focus of education is directed at the formation of a superior personality by focusing on the process of maturing the quality of the logic of the heart, morals, and faith and the peak of life is the achievement of the perfection of the quality of life. The cause of the low quality of education in Indonesia is essentially the accumulation of causes of the low quality of education in schools. Many things that cause the low quality of education include Low-quality physical facilities, Low quality of teachers, Low teacher welfare, Lack of equal distribution of educational opportunities, Low relevance of education to needs, High cost of education. Abstract

Student religious behavior, in addition to being influenced by family education, discipline and religious habits that exist in the student community, is also influenced by Islamic Religious Education materials taught in schools. Students' understanding of Islamic religious education materials taught will foster religious attitudes in students, so students are encouraged to behave in accordance with the religious understanding of religious teachings. The religious behavior of students will be better if students' understanding of religious education materials in the study is good. The problems discussed in this study are: Is there a correlation between Islamic religious education materials with religious behavior of students in I Anyer High School? This research aims: to find out the correlation between Islamic religious education material with the religious behavior of students in I Anyer High School. This study uses correlational techniques, with a population of all grade 2 students of SMA Negeri I Anyer, in 2014/2015, amounting to 257 students. While the sample in this study, amounting to 25% of the population, totaling 64 students. Data about the PAI material taught at the school was obtained through the Anyer I High School curriculum documentation, and a questionnaire consisting of 88 question items. while the religious behavior of students was obtained from the results of a questionnaire consisting of 44 item items. Data from the field study were processed and analyzed using Spearman rank correlation analysis. The results of data analysis obtained P = 0.62. Furthermore, significance was tested using the formula t, because of N> 30. Then obtained tcount = 7.77. These results were then consulted on a table with a significance level of 5%, then obtained a table = 1.96. These results indicate that tcount is greater than ttable (th> tt). So, it can be concluded that there is a correlation between Islamic religious education material with the religious behavior of students in Anyer I Public High School. Thus the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted.

Abstract

The current condition of tertiary institutions has been a mismatch between college graduates and the qualifications needed by the industry and services sectors in the community, resulting in problems when the graduates want to find work. The problems studied related to the Tri-Dharma Higher Education include education/teaching, research/development, and community service with a focus on problems in the performance of higher education organizations to produce quality and professional human resources. The purpose of this study is to describe the performance management of private higher education organizations in three Al-Khairiyah Colleges in Cilegon. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection procedures through interview, observation and documentation study techniques. Theories studied include performance management, organizational theory and quality management. The discussion uses methods: SWOT analysis, BSC (Balanced Score Card), and TQM approach. The results of the study concluded: (1) Management of PTS organizational performance was well implemented. (2) PTS organizational performance strategy is going according to plan. (3) Supporting and inhibiting factors of PTS organizational performance are well considered by the leadership. (4) Efforts to improve the qualifications of teaching staff and education staff run well. Recommendations in the study are: (1) For foundations, they must give full autonomy and trust rights to the leaders of higher education institutions to carry out independent and professional management of higher education institutions. (2) For the leaders of private tertiary institutions, to improve the management of organizational performance which includes: planning, implementing and evaluating. leaders of private tertiary institutions, as well as optimizing the implementation of the tri dharma of tertiary institutions. (3) For lecturers, who have not shown good performance are given direct guidance. (4) For other researchers, can develop the concept of performance management of private higher education organizations.

Abstract

Democratic civic education for Indonesian people has been carried out in various forms. During Soekarno's old order, democratic education was published on the concept of "Unity in Diversity", one National language (Indonesian), a spirit of anti-imperialism and loyalty to the country. During Suharto's New Order administration, democratic education was manifested through the P-4 upgrading program (Guidelines for the Understanding and Practicing of the Pancasila) which served as a tool to describe the "archipelago insight" or perspective of the Indonesian people. Gus Dur said; democracy must take and give. No one can force others to give up their religious beliefs. Democracy is providing a set of core democratic values ​​or democratic attitudes such as respecting reasonable differences. Democracy education is understood as the process of individual awareness of human rights. Therefore Muslims must be able to emphasize that Islam supports and respects human rights.

Abstract

Ibn Qayyim Al-Jauziyah is a Muslim figure whose thoughts are very broad and very deep and pay great attention to education. But in reality, Ibn Qayyim was not said to be a scholar in the field of education, he was better known as an expert in Fiqh. This is because Ibn Qayyim wrote about Jurisprudence in the Hambali school. In this study, the author uses the method of library research, which is a way to find out the thoughts of a character, namely Ibn Qoyyim Al-Jauziyah, by examining the fruits of his work in order to obtain data about his thoughts in full and be supported by other sources of relevant relevance. with the thought of Ibn Qoyyim Al-Jauziyah. The conclusions of this research are: Islamic education method is a way to understand, explore, and develop Islamic teachings so that they continue to develop in accordance with the times and human activity to improve their personality by fostering personal spiritual potentials (thought, taste, intention, and conscience). The method according to Ibn Qayyim is a memorization method, lecture method, exemplary method, habituation method, story or advice method, story or story method, giving a method of Hadiya or punishment. The objectives of Ibn Qayyim's perspective of Islamic education are Ahdaf Jismiyah (faith), Ahdaf Akhlakiyah (morals), Ahdaf Fikriyah (reason) and Ahdaf Maslakiyah (skills). The Teacher's Ethics according to Ibn Qayyim Al-Jauziyyah is a teacher must have ethics that must be fulfilled for himself, morals of Murabbi (Teacher), ethics of Murabbi (Teacher) towards students, and ethics of Mutarabbi (students) towards his teacher, Ibnu Qayyim also appealed to a teacher must be able to understand the psychological theory of students. Because Islamic education is an important factor in fostering students who in the future can personally change towards a better and implemented based on Islamic teachings.

Abstract

Since humans are born on earth he will always try to maintain their existence and function as khalifah. To realize all that God has provided resources (resources and facilities) of life that can be accessed by humans in meeting needs such as food and clothing, security and improving the standard of economic life. Therefore humans are required to develop production and distribution processes that are supported by the development of economic systems, communication and information systems. As a provision to maintain human existence, manhaj al-hayat and wasilatul Hayat were given. Manhaj Hayat is all the rules of human life that are sourced from the Qur'an and Assunnah. And We send down to you Al-Kitab (Al-Quran) to explain everything and instructions and grace and good news for those who surrender "( QS: 16:89 (and remember) the day (when) We raise up for each of the people a witness over them of their own and We bring you (Muhammad) as a witness of all mankind, and We send down to you the Book (Al-Quran) to explain everything and instructions as well as grace and good news for people who surrender, In another verse, Allah SWT said: While the meaning of wasilatul hayah is air, water, plants, livestock, and property. others who are useful in life. He is Allah, Who made all that is on earth for you and He willed (created) the heavens, then made seven heavens, and He is the All-knowing of all things. ". One of the economic systems described by the Qur'an is the story of the Prophet Yusuf (as). Joseph said: "So that you plant seven years (forever) as usual; then what you harvest, you should let it turn aside except for a little for you to eat. Then after that seven very difficult years will come, which spends what you save to deal with it ( difficult year), except for a little bit of (wheat germ) that you keep. Then after that, there will come a year in which humans will be given rain (sufficiently) and in that period they will squeeze wine. " Al-Dumuhi said the role played by Yusuf was the same as the obligation that should be carried out by the minister of finance, economy, trade and agricultural development planning. At present, as for the objectives to be achieved from the economic policies taken by the Prophet Yusuf AS are food self-sufficiency and the fairness of the consumption and distribution process by way of concern for the agricultural sector to increase production. This paper aims to prove that the Qur'an regulates various problems in human life including economics not as expressed by western thinkers. Islam is an obstacle to economic growth (Islam is a barrier to economic growth).
