Abstract

Pondok Pesantren Fajrul Karim is an educational, da'wah, and social institution that has a special program related to teaching practices that are selected with traditional amaliyah activities. This program is aimed at all students at the end of class XII as a form of realization of education and teaching in santri schools from class X to class XII at the Fajrul Karim Islamic Boarding School. It is hoped that the students will have the skills to enter the world of education and teaching, especially in the community in the future.This study aims to: (1) explain the background of tadris amaliyah activities at the Fajrul Karim Islamic Boarding School (2) describe and explain the implementation of tadris amaliyah activities at Fajrul Karim Islamic Boarding School (3) explain the role of tadris amaliyah in developing students to become teachers.This research includes field research using a qualitative approach. In collecting data, the writer uses interview, observation, and documentation methods as data collection techniquesFrom the results of the study, it can be said as follows: (1) The background of amaliyah activities at the Fajrul Karim Islamic Boarding School because tadris amaliyah activities are a compulsory curriculum for Islamic boarding schools, amaliyah activities are also held as a measurement of their understanding of learning material using Arabic and English as well as improving their mentality when they go into the community (2) the implementation of amaliyah generally consists of four stages, namely introduction (understanding of the concept of learning amaliyah adris) presentation of maddah (material), making i'dad (planning), teaching practice, evaluation (correction). As an exercise to practice what students have learned in theory from grade ten to grade twelfth as a debriefing material to become a teacher. (3) the role of amaliyah tadris, namely, to train students to display basic teaching skills, to train students to become good, creative, and fun teachers, as capital to go directly into the real field.

Abstract

Taufiq, NIM: 2112011000007, Program Magister of Islamic Religious Education, The Faculty of Tarbiya and Teaching Sciences “Effort to Improve the Quality of Learning Through Content Standards Implementation and Standards Education Process” (Case Study in MAN Serang City, Banten) The purpose of this study is divided into two general purpose and special purpose. The general objective of this study was to determine the quality improvement of education in MAN 2 Kota Serang along with the factors that influence it. While the purpose of this study was to reveal khsusus implementation of content standards and processes related to improving the quality of education in educational institutions of Islamic Madrasah Aliyah in Serang, Banten. This study will provide a clear picture based on the existing realities on improving the quality of education through the implementation of content standards and the educational. The focus of this research is to answer the question of: (1) How is the Implementation of Content Standards in MAN 2 Kota Serang, (2) How is Implementation Standards process at MAN 2 Kota Serang (3) How is the efforts to improve the quality of learning through the implementation of content standards and processes in Man 2 Serang city.This is a qualitative descriptive study. The design is a case study with a research setting conducted in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Serang. With key informants such as Head of MAN 2, then another informant is chairman of the school committee, the head of the MDC (Madrasah Development Centre) and Head PENMA (madrasah education) Banten Province.Data were collected through interviews, documentation and observation. Based on the results of data analysis researchers obtained the following findings: (1) the implementation of education content standards in MAN 2 has been going well, according to conditions set by the government. (2) the implementation of the education process is going well, conducive, varied and innovative. (3) Efforts by the madrasah in improving the quality of learning by way of boarding school system and learning resource center (PSBB). Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon that the application of Classroom Action Research in the field of Islamic Religious Education is still not optimal in order to improve and improve the quality of teacher professionalism and the quality of Islamic learning in schools. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of Classroom Action Research for Teacher Professionalism and the quality of Islamic education learning at SMP Maulana Hasanuddin Cilegon. This study uses a qualitative approach using descriptive methods. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, organizing and grouping data, checking, interpreting, and verifying. The results showed that: 1). the application of Classroom Action Research for teacher professionalism is quite effective in improving the quality of learning, 2). The application of teachers through Classroom Action Research in improving the quality of learning can foster teacher motivation to develop their own curriculum, 3). The effectiveness of the teacher's application through Classroom Action Research can improve the ability to understand students, design learning, implement learning, assess/evaluate learning processes and outcomes, and develop the potential of students, 4). The implementation of classroom action research for teacher professionalism is quite good, as can be seen from the teacher's ability to carry out the stages of classroom action research, starting from designing, conducting pre-surveys, planning, implementing, reflecting to evaluating classroom action research.

Abstract

Pandemi Corona Virus Disease (Covid) 19 yang melanda dunia dalam dua tahun terakhir, termasuk Indonesia, berdampak serius pada kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah, termasuk di dalamnya pembelajaran tahsin Al Qur’an. Padahal, tahsin Al Qur’an menempati posisi strategis dalam pembelajaran PAI sub Al Qur’an. Pembelajaran tahsin itu sendiri sebelum pandemi dilakukan secara tatap muka langsung, sementara di masa pandemi regulasi pemerintah tidak mengijinkan pembelajaran secara tatap muka. Sebagai pengawas PAI, penulis merasa terpanggil mencari solusi dengan meluncurkan Proteks Sinyal sebagai jawaban pelaksanaan tahsin Al Qur’an di masa pandemi. Rumusan masalahnya adalah : 1) Apa hakikat dari proteks Sinyal? 2) Bagaimana pelaksanaan Proteks Sinyal di masa pandemi? 3) Apa dampak positif dari proteks sinyal 4) Kendala apa saja yang muncul dan bagaimana solusinya. Tujuan dari penulisan best practice ini adalah : 1) untuk mengetahui tentang hakikat dari proteks sinyal, 2) Untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan proteks sinyal di masa pandemi, 3) untuk mengetahui dampak positif proteks sinyal, dan 4) untuk mengetahui kendala dan solusi dari proteks sinyal. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah studi dokumen, wawancara, dan angket. Sedangkan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif deskriptif. Simpulan yang dapat ditarik dari laporan best practice ini adalah pertama, proteks sinyal merupakan program tahsin al Qur’an yang diterapkan untuk siswa SMP Kota Cilegon yang belum mampu membaca Al Qur’an dengan baik, bersifat percepatan (ekstensi), dan bersifat ekstrakurikuler wajib. Kedua, pelaksanaan proteks sinyal di masa pandemic adalah bekerja sama dengan orang tua siswa. Guru sifatnya memantau melalui lembar pantau untuk mengetahui progress belajar siswa. Orang tua dapat langsung mengajari anaknya atau mempercayakan kepada ustadz setempat sebagai guru mengajinya. Ketiga, dampak positif yang dirasakan dari program ini adalah peserta didik termotivasi untuk menuntaskan belajar membaca Al Qur’an, karena di akhir program ini ada munaqosyah untuk menentukan lulus tidaknya dalam program ini. Bagi yang lulus akan mendapat sertifikat dari sekolah yang ditandatangani oleh kepala sekolahnya. Keempat, kendala yang muncul dari pelaksanaan proteks sinyal adalah sebagian wali siswa belum memiliki kesadaran tinggi terhadap pentingnya pendidikan Al Qur’an, sehingga solusi yang diharapkan adalah meningkatkan kesadaran orang tua/wali murid akan pentingnya pendidikan Al Qur’an.

Abstract

Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awwaliyah (MDTA) is one of the non-formal educational institutions under the auspices of the Ministry of Religion. The lack of attention from the government makes the condition of madrasas even more alarming. Weak resources and management, as well as the unavailability of a budget in the world of education which is something that is inseparable, makes this institution worse off. This study uses a qualitative descriptive methodology with an interview, observation, and documentation approach. The results show that due to a lack of attention from the government, institutional life has been fully funded by contributions or infaq from the local community. So with the daily infaq culture, students contribute significantly in helping the development of the quality of education at Madrasah Dinyah Takmiliyah Awwaliyah Al-Khairiyah Bujang Gadung, Cilegon Banten.

Abstract

personality is a unique characteristic that is owned by a person, in the development of personality is influenced by various factors including the role of the teacher. The purpose of this study was to describe the personality of students, the role of the teacher, the obstacles encountered, as well as the efforts made by Islamic Religious Education teachers and Counseling Teachers in developing student personalities. The method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Collection techniques with interviews, observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The analysis technique was carried out by data reduction, data presentation, data validity by triangulation, and drawing conclusions or verification.The results of the study showed that in general the personality of students at SMAN 4 Cilegon City from the aspects of honest, disciplined, responsible, tolerant, and helpful personalities was good. The roles played by Islamic Religious Education teachers are as educators, educators, mentors, directors, assessors, evaluators, and also as motivators. Counseling Guidance Teachers have provided orientation, information, placement and solution services, learning, counseling, guidance groups, case conferences, and services with guidance boards, besides that they have collaborated with teachers, parents, and related parties. The obstacle faced by Islamic Religious Education teachers is evaluating the program. Counseling Guidance teacher constraints there is only one teacher and it has not been scheduled to be able to enter class

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore, discover, and preserve the Bantam Javanese proverb that is almost extinct. In addition, also to know the value of moral education and Humanity contained in Banten Javanese Proverb. This research started from September 2009 until June 2010 with content analysis techniques. This research focuses on moral education and humanitarian values in Java Banten proverbs. The instruments of this study are the researchers themselves and the sources through interview techniques. In technical analysis, researchers analyzed the value of moral education and the humanities in Java Banten proverbs carefully. Based on data collected/obtained, there are 218 proverbs which consist of 104 phrases, sayings 48, 45 parables, 14 imagery/parables, and a seventh rhyme. Once analyzed, from all the collected proverbs, which contain values and moral education as much as 39 that contains the value of humanity as much as seven proverbs. From the result, we can recognize the culture through the proverbs Java, Banten, and Sunda apart. In terms of meaning and values contained in the proverb, proverbs will add insight and a literary horizon for us. Is expected to stimulate research in finding more Proverbs other untapped. Their implications for learning in schools, namely teachers and students can use this as a learning proverbs appreciation of literature by examining the values contained therein, in addition to humanitarian values and moral education. For example social values, religious values, cultural values, economic values, ethical values, and aesthetic values.

Abstract

Professionalism is a condition that shows the degree of professionalism of a person to carry out their duties. This relates to academic qualifications, and teacher competence in accordance with the fields. Religiosity is a system of worship and doctrine that exists in a group. Students are doctrine at school they have good religiosity. Religiosity in the school environment is reflected in the practice of prayer and other services. However, the reality is that not all students carry out their worship properly. Such as ignoring prayer times, lack of enthusiasm in worship practices, and so on. Thus, a professional teacher has a very important role in increasing the religiosity of their students, and people who are faithful and pious. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation and questionnaires. The sample was 61 students. This study uses regression analysis and the results show that the professionalism of Islamic Religious Education teachers (X) has a significant effect on the religiosity (individual worship practice) of students in grades X and XI (Y), obtained Fcount (14.406) > Ftable (4.00) so that Ho is rejected/ Ha is accepted. With a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.196. This means that the effect of Islamic Religious Education Teacher Professionalism (X) on Religiosity (Individual Worship Practice) of grades X and XI (Y) students is 19.6%, and the remaining 80.4% is affected by other factors.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pendidikan merupakan pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia. Melalui pendidikan seseorang individu didorong untuk berpikir, menilai dan bertindak. Pendidikan membantu anak dalam pembentukan dirinya sebagai makhluk individu yang makhluk sosial. Pendidikan sebagai hasil meliputi perubahan yang telah terjadi pada diri individu selama partisipasinya dalam proses pendidikan yang dialaminya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik pada pelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadits terutama tentang ilmu tajwid menggunakan metode Inkuiri Learning pada siswa kelas VIII MTs Al-Inayah Cilegon. Metode Penelitian yang di gunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) atau Classroom Action Research. penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) ini merupakan suatu bentuk penelitian yang dilakukan ketika proses pembelajaran berlangsung yang bersifat reflektif, kolaboratif dengan melakukan tindakan yang tepat dan subjek yang diteliti adalah siswa. Dalam menggunakan penlitian ini dilakukan tiga tahapan yaitu : pra siklus, siklus I dan silku II Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari sampai Februari tahun 2022. Hasil uji gain menunjukkan pada pra siklus ke siklus I di peroleh nilai sebesar (0,39) termasuk dalam katogori sedang, selanjutnya dari siklus I ke siklus II di peroleh nilai sebesar (0,27) tergolong dalam kategori rendah, sedangkan perhitungan Gain dari pra siklus ke siklus II di dapatkan hasil (0,55) termasuk kedalam kategori sedang. Dari hasil uji Gain tersebut terdapat peningkatan pada setiap siklus, baik dari pra siklus sampai ke siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat di simpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan metode Inquiry Learning pada mata pelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadits materi bacaan Mad Iwad dan Mad Arid Lis Sukun di kelas VIII MTs Al-Inayah Cilegon dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.
