Abstract

Indonesia is a country that is still developing today. However, when viewed from the internationalization process between countries, there has also begun to progress.  The purpose of this study is to look for various internationalization strategies carried out by MSMEs to increase consumer satisfaction in Indonesia. The factors found are experiential marketing, relationships, and digital technology.   The analysis used is the  Overlay Visualization Bibliometric. The result of this study is the relationship between experiential marketing, relationships, and digital technology which is still minimal for MSME actors in Indonesia.    Further needs to be held related to the development of internationalization strategies with other factors such as recommendations, emotional intelligence, risk performance, digital marketing, online shop, and competitive advantage with other country objects.

Abstract

Wanagiri Village is a village located in Sukasada SubSubdistrict, Buleleng Regency. Most of the people's livelihoods are farmers, ranchers, and coffee processors, which have the potential to be developed. From the main output of coffee, a complete feed will be made that utilizes coffee waste as feed for the PE goats that are widely raised there. In addition, the partners lacked knowledge in the field of feed, especially utilizing coffee waste as feed by mixing it with superior forage available there, both grass and legumes. Therefore, the right ratio formulation technique can be given to FE goats. Solutions made to solve problems faced by partners in making complete feed for goats. The method that will be used is the farmer's active participation extension method and explorative.

Abstract

The number of new deadly infectious diseases in the world, including Covid-19, has quadrupled in the last 60 years. For example, HIV is known to have originated from chimpanzees, the Ebola outbreak was related to hunting habits or the use of several species of bats that carried the virus, SARS (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome) was transmitted from mongooses to humans, while MERS (Middle East Respiratory Syndrome) was transmitted from humped camels and Bird flu (H5N1), also known as avian influenza, is a viral infection originating from wild birds (chickens) that can attack not only birds, but also humans and other animals. All of the events mentioned above have awakened humanity to exploit natural resources. responsibly so as not to cause the emergence of new diseases such as the corona virus 2019 disease 2019 (covid-2019).

Abstract

This service initiated between the team and the Aisyiah Sleman Entrepreneurs Association in Yogyakarta (IPAS). The service focused on how to revitalize businesses that have been down due to the Covid-19 Pandemic with broader market access. Supporting digitalization insights and practices, entrepreneurs must collect service product data, and product visualizations to engage their potential market. The result is the increasing participants awareness the importance of digitally inventorying their products. Digitizing products in photos can help the MSME to expand their businesses and products closer to their respective potential markets. They also post products digitally so they have the product image in more detailed through social media such as Whats-App and Instagram.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see whether there was a difference in the number of rural poor people from several policy formulas used in the mechanism for granting the Village Fund which had been running for 6 years. The statistical method used is the Independent Sample T-Test. The sample used is 33 provinces in Indonesia that receive Village Funds sourced from the National Budget and Revenue. The result is that between the first and second formulas there is no difference in the number of rural poor people, as well as between the changes in the second and third formulas. New differences emerged between the third and fourth formulas, but these differences did not show better results, this was also exacerbated by the Covid-19 pandemic that hit the world, including Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to increase the human resources for amateur boxing at the provincial level by uniting in achieving achievements at the 2024 Aceh-North Sumatra PON, several agreements from partners include providing national standard training and refreshments for those who are certified. The solution to the problem was agreed only to provide training/upgrading of regional referees. The results of the activity went well. In the initial pre-test data, 65% answered correctly out of 10 questions given by the committee and 85% of the post-test results were almost perfect out of 10 questions. The conclusion to go to international standard training requires a lot of money, it is necessary to have a derivative from each participant who has passed the basic qualifications. suggestions in the following service to refresh the quality of referees must continue to be carried out in stages as a scientific reflection.

Abstract

Basic digital-based accounting skills, especially operating accounting computer applications, is a challenge for students majoring in accounting at SMK N 1 Pangkalpinang, given the ever-evolving application technology. The training we carry out can support students to improve their skills. Series training: 2 uses an accurate educational series application. This training consists of understanding and operating order financing with an accounting computer, analyzing return merchandise authorization (RMA), analyzing memorize transactions and recuring, operating file menus on an accounting computer, and operating reports with an accounting computer. Digital-based basic accounting training for students majoring in accounting at SMK N 1 Pangkalpinang (series: 2) has been successfully implemented, as seen from the ability of the trainees to operate accounting computer applications (accurate) and are able to make financial reports with accounting computers.
