Abstract

Neck pain is a common problem that two out of three people will experience during their lifetime, 10% of all people will experience neck pain within one month. Injury/disease process to neck structures will result in muscle spasm and loss of movement function. Community service activities were carried out in June 2022 by giving leaflets about neck pain and chin tuck exercises, carried out 8 times. This PKM aims to be used as a source of knowledge and chin tuck exercises can be practiced on batik workers in Seberang Jambi City. The results of the evaluation both through questions and answers and demonstrations of the chin tuck exercise are that all batik workers can do these exercises independently so that they can reduce neck pain, muscle tension and increase cervical functional activities in batik workers.

Abstract

The purpose of community service activities is to find out the form of millionaire club Indonesia's business operations in the community and to find out the implementation of millionaire club Indonesia's business in achieving Maqoshid Syariah. This community service activity was carried out on April 23, 2022 using the seminar method. The informants in this study were cadres of the Islamic Student Association commissariat of the Faculty of Social Sciences Deli Serdang Branch totaling 25 people. The results of this community service activity can be concluded that the operational form of MCI is selling health and beauty products that already have halal MUI and BPOM certificates by carrying out 7 positive habits known as 7 Victorious Person and the participants can understand the material presented and get alternative solutions in running an MCI business to achieve sharia maqoshid.

Abstract

LBP is a musculoskeletal and neuromuscular condition that affects the adult population. LBP can also be caused by poor body activity or due to activities in the wrong position, while the cause is an error in sitting position when carrying out daily activities statically and for a long time. Symptoms of NBP are pain, joints that feel stiff or difficult to move and a sense of tension. Pain and spasm can cause impaired functional activity and decreased productivity at work. Community service activities were carried out on October 20-19 by distributing leaflets about low back pain . Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has a negative impact on the economic sector and the taxation sector and also has reduced company income that causing many employees to be affected by salary cuts or layoffs. This dire situation inspired the government to grant Article 21 Income Tax borne by the government incentives in order to ease the burden of mandatory taxes and can help restore people's purchasing power. Objective: To analyze the Article 21 Income Tax borne by the government Incentive Policy in the context of handling Covid-19 at West Bekasi Small Tax Office based on an analysis of effectiveness, obstacles faced, and efforts made to overcome obstacles. Methods: This research was descriptive qualitative. The data collection methods were Observation, Documentation, and interviews. Result: The provision of Article 21 Income Tax borne by the government incentive at West Bekasi Small Tax Office is still not effective because there are still many taxpayers who have not taken advantage of this incentive due to lack of information and socialization provided, this is based on achieving goals, integration, and adaptation. The obstacles faced are the lack of comprehensive socialization because there are still many taxpayers who do not have the information about the incentive so many taxpayers do not take advantage of this policy. There is also a lack of awareness of taxpayers in reporting the realization of the use of Article 21 Income Tax borne by the government incentive. The efforts made by West Bekasi Small Tax Office are by conducting comprehensive socialization and maintaining synergy/cooperation between the Tax Office and taxpayers.

Abstract

In the last two years, there has been an increase in the number of MSME actors during the Covid-19 pandemic. However, MSMEs' development is not accompanied by knowledge of financial statement preparation. MSMEs face a number of challenges, including: a) a lack of knowledge about the preparation of accountable financial statements; and b) a lack of soft skills training about the accounting system. The proposed community service activities are expected to solve problems, such as: a) providing soft skills in the form of knowledge about financial reporting; and b) providing training on the preparation of financial statements using a computerized accounting system. The goals of this activity are as follows: a) increasing awareness of accountability for every transaction carried out in its business operations; and b) being consistent and sustainable in preparing financial statements for future business continuity.

Abstract

Green Economy or green economy is an economic idea that aims to improve the welfare and social equality of the community, while reducing the risk of environmental damage significantly. Abstract

The purpose of the training is (a) it is hoped that PJOK teachers will understand the latest physical education paradigm and the learning process. (b) After actively participating in training activities, it is hoped that elementary school PJOK teachers will gain theoretical and practical experience regarding PIKEM learning in physical education through play models and modification of learning facilities so that they can be applied and developed in their respective schools. This community service method is carried out by providing training to teachers regarding active, innovative, and fun PJOK learning and making PJOK learning media by modifying fun learning infrastructure tools and game models so that children don't get bored and bored quickly. The results of this service, the free test ability level was found that 50% of PJOK teachers' knowledge related to theory and practice of Physical Education learning was classified as low category, while after being given training, 83% post test results were classified as high category. Effective and Fun (PAIKEM) Physical Education Based on the 2013 Curriculum and teachers can innovate in physical education learning. And they promised to start carrying out motivation and fun learning after receiving this counseling.

Abstract

Kuta Mandalika is a special economic area that will become a tourist destination to visit and exercise, especially since the international standard MotoGP has been built. The purpose of this community service is to increase skills and new economic opportunities so that the economy of Karang Taruna Pujut District can continue to grow and develop. the effort that must be made is to develop sub-skills in fitness services and sports therapists located in the Mandalika Special Economic area. Outcomes to be achieved through the Indonesia Tangguh UKM program with the slogan "recover together, recover stronger" include 1. an increased understanding of being a sports therapist 2. increased understanding of being a personal trainer 3. Increased number of customers, 4. Improved management of SMEs through financial systems, and marketing promotions. The results of the activity evaluation show that almost 70% of the material is absorbed, while 90% of practice. This result is due to the use of scientific language, but it has a positive impact on improving skills in the field and continuing to practice

Abstract

The research entitled the digital literacy empowerment model for underprivileged youths uses qualitative methods. Researchers use a descriptive type of research to describe the facts, conditions, motivations of the youth in their digital literacy skills. The aim of the research is to provide the most suitable empowerment model for underprivileged youths in Jakarta area. The study was conducted on 52 youths in the Jakarta area, namely the Marunda Rusunawa, Palmerah and Bidaracina areas. This study tries to measure the digital literacy framework, which includes digital skills, digital safety, digital ethics, and digital culture. The study was carried out during the Covid 19 pandemic thus empowering is delivered under strict Covid 19 protocols. The empowering of Digital literation become very important.
