Jurnal Ilmiah Pendidikan Holistik (JIPH) adalah jurnal nasional yang berfokus kepada pengembangan ilmu pendidikan yang holistik di Indonesia. Fokus dari jurnal JIPH adalah bidang pendidikan secara umum, seperti bidang penelitian pendidikan dalam pengajaran, pembelajaran dan pengajaran, pengembangan kurikulum, lingkungan belajar, pendidikan guru, teknologi pendidikan, dan pengembangan pendidikan. Abstract

The ability to restate the concepts or principles that have been learned that is related to the ability to think. The ability to think is one of the developments of the cognitive shutter. The term cognitive comes from the word cognition which has the equivalent of knowing (knowing). Cognitive development is the stages of growth and change that occur occurs in the span of human life to understand, process information, solve problems and know something. Developmental theory is a theory that focuses on changes and developments in physical structure, behavior and mental function in various stages of life, starting from conception to near death. In the process of child development, there are six aspects where the development is very supportive of cognitive aspects in early childhood. The purpose of this study is to increase cognitive intelligence.  in group B children, understand the characteristics of children in learning and can reflect on a teacher's self after doing learning. The approach of this method is to use a qualitative approach and use a quantitative approach in which it prioritizes analytical descriptive to solve concepts and also uses statistical numerical concepts.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the less than optimal learning outcomes in economics class X Social Sciences SMA Negeri 7 Medan. The purpose of this research is to find out: The effect of Problem Based Learning Learning Model with Interactive Media is higher than Problem Based Learning Model. The population in this study were all students of class X IPS SMA Negeri 2 totaling 140 students while the sample in the study was 70 students consisting of 2 classes using purpose sampling. This study used several tests, namely Test Instrument Tests in the form of Test Validity tests, Test reliability tests, Analysis of Difficulty Levels and analysis of discriminating power. After the test instrument test is used test prerequisite analysis in the form of normality test and homogeneity test. The findings in this study indicate that the average value of post-test learning outcomes for the experimental class using the Problem Based Learning learning model with interactive media is 80.20 and the control class using the Problem Based Learning learning model is 71.11 where it can be concluded that the effect of the Problem Based Learning Model is with Interactive Media is higher than the Problem Based Learning model on learning outcomes in economics class X social studies at SMA Negeri 7 Medan T.P 2022/2023.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of GeoGebra-based learning media on the cube and cuboid data side building material that was developed. This research is a research development or Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The subjects in this study were 27 students of class IX-3 SMP Negeri 1 Sunggal and the object in this study was an interactive learning media that was developed based on GeoGebra on the material of building blocks and cubes. The data collection technique used a questionnaire sheet for the assessment of material experts, media experts, teacher and student practitioners, as well as learning outcomes tests. The results showed that the GeoGebra-based interactive learning media on the flat side of blocks and cubes obtained an average percentage of 91.31% with "very valid" criteria, obtaining an average of 90.96% with "very practical" criteria by the teacher. and students. Learning media is also said to be effective if it is seen from the score of student learning outcomes, the percentage of completeness is 100%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significant effect of the Missouri Mathematics Project (MMP) learning model on students' mathematical problem solving abilities in algebraic material in class VII Budi Murni 2 Catholic Private Middle School Medan and how big the influence is. The population of the study were all students of class VII at Budi Murni 2 Catholic Private Middle School Medan, totaling 7 classes. Of the 7 classes, only one class will be used as an experimental class, namely class VII-6 with a total of 30 students using a purposive non-probability sampling technique. This type of research is experimental research, using Pre-Experimental Design. The research instrument used was a test, namely pre-test and post-test. Data analysis in this study used the help of the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) 22 program. From the results of the study it was found that in the experimental class the average pre-test score was 71.00 and the post-test average score was 85.80 . So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the Missouri Mathematics Project (MMP) learning model on students' mathematical problem solving abilities.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan meningkatkan kemampuan literasi numerasi siswa. Peserta kegiatan ini adalah seluruh siswa dari kelas 1 sampai kelas 6 Sekolah Dasar. Kegiatan pengabdian ini berbentuk bimbingan belajar yang bertujuan meningkatkan dan membiasakan literasi numerasi bagi anak-anak. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dengan tiga tahapan ,yaitu tahap rencana kegiatan yaitu dengan mengamati kondisi kemampuan literasi numerasi siswa, tahap pelaksanaan yang berbentuk bimbingan belajar, dan tahap evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan literasi numerasi serta pemahaman siswa dalam menyelesaikan permasalah konteks kehidupan sehari-hari. Anak-anak mampu mengikuti dan memahami materi yang diajarkan dalam bimbingan belajar ini dengan baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif dengan bantuan aplikasi Articulate Storyline 3 yang valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa pada materi teorema pythagoras. Jenis penelitian ini ialah penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development)  dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa:  diperoleh hasil dari validasi ahli materi dan ahli media  dengan persentase 95,3% dan 92,8% dan berada pada kategori sangat valid. Kepraktisan media pembelajaran dilihat melalui hasil angket respon siswa dan guru mata pelajaran matematika dengan persentase 87,65% dan 95,38% dimana persentase tersebut berada pada kategori sangat praktis. Keefektifan media pembelajaran dilihat melalui ketuntasan belajar klasikal dan hasil angket respon siswa dengan persentase 93,3% dan 96,1% dimana persentase tersebut berada pada kategori sangat efektif. Peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis pada siswa, hasil yang diperoleh tingkat kemampuan komunikasi matematis berada pada rata-rata persentase 81,91% berada pada kategori tinggi, sedangkan berdasarkan uji N-Gain nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh siswa adalah 0.451 yang artinya terjadi peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis pada siswa dengan kategori sedang. Sehingga berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan pada penelitian ini adalah valid, praktis, efektif serta mampu meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis pada siswa.

Abstract

This research was done by developing science learning materials (lesson plans, student’s worksheets, student’s book, and learning achivement test) based on guided inquiry learning model using 4D development model to facilitate student’s science process skills and improving student’s learning achivement on environmental space connectivity. The objective of this research was to trial learning materials in 35 of junior high school’s students with one group pretest-postest design. Results were analyzed by descriptive quantitative-qualitative are: (1) Validity of learning material valid category (3.00); (2) Practicality based on: a) Feasibility of instruction good category (3,8); b) Readability of worksheets and student’s book students stating that the content and appearance of worksheets and student’s book is interesting; c) The response of students very positively (85.6%); (3) Effectiveness based on: a) Student’s activities who stand out were practice science process skills is high category (38,5%); b) Student’s science process skill in very high category as shown by student’s worksheet achivement (3,46); c) student learning achivement increased (N-Gain: 0.2-1.0). The conclusion of this research that science learning material depeloped base on guided inquiry learnig model, eligible to facilitate student’s science process skills and improve student learning achivement in junior high school.

Abstract

Tolerance attitudes of students in schools are now starting to experience a decline with so much rejection of differences in many aspects of life. The purpose of this research is to find out whether Citizenship Education is able to create an attitude of tolerance in students at school. In conducting our research we used a descriptive qualitative method where our main focus in collecting data was interviewing three teachers of civics education at the senior high school level. The results of the study show that the Citizenship Education Subject has been able to create an attitude of tolerance in students towards their friends at school, especially during discussions in class. Although in the process of practice it is often faced with many obstacles both from the attitude of students and the surrounding environment.

Abstract

Perubahan paradigma dalam dunia pendidikan pada era globalisasi, terutama dalam memenuhi kebutuhan siswa yang beragam dengan mengadaptasi kurikulum. Pembelajaran saat ini berpusat pada anak didik, menekankan pengalaman siswa secara nyata dan menganut keberagaman. Kurikulum perlu diadaptasi dengan mempertimbangkan karakteristik masing-masing lembaga, lingkungan dan ekosistem sekolah, serta kebutuhan dan karakteristik siswa di lingkungan sekolah. Dalam implementasi kurikulum abad 21, masih terdapat beberapa tantangan yang perlu diatasi, seperti mengembangkan kurikulum yang responsif terhadap perubahan global dan teknologi, serta mengakomodasi kebutuhan siswa yang beragam. Studi literatur dilakukan dengan membandingkan dan menarik kesimpulan dari beberapa jurnal, buku, dan hasil penelitian terdahulu untuk mengembangkan kurikulum abad 21. Delapan jurnal digunakan sebagai studi literatur yang diambil dari rentang waktu 2020-2023. Sitasi yang digunakan adalah American Psychological Association 7th edition. Pengembangan kurikulum harus responsif terhadap perubahan global, teknologi, dan masyarakat. Dalam mengembangkan kurikulum, perlu mengakomodasi kebutuhan peserta didik yang beragam dan menentukan tujuan pembelajaran yang relevan. Selain itu, pengukuran efektivitas dan kesesuaian kurikulum juga diperlukan. Kurikulum yang berkelanjutan harus mampu mempersiapkan peserta didik menghadapi tantangan masa depan dengan memberikan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan nilai-nilai yang relevan dalam konteks global, teknologi, dan sosial. Pendekatan terintegrasi dalam pengembangan kurikulum pada abad 21 dapat membantu siswa mengembangkan keterampilan yang diperlukan dalam masyarakat yang semakin kompleks dan terhubung. Kurikulum yang responsif harus memperhatikan perubahan global dan lokal serta mempertimbangkan tujuan pembelajaran yang relevan dan terukur untuk efektivitas dan kesesuaian kurikulum.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the improvement in class economics learning outcomes using the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) learning model for class X students at SMA Negeri 1 Kisaran. The research method used in this research is the experimental method. The population in this study were all class X students at SMA Negeri 1 Kisaran, totaling 360 students, in 10 classes. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling, namely a sampling technique according to certain considerations, so that the sample is 72 students. In this study, the sample students were categorized into 2 groups. By testing the hypothesis using the paired t-test, the results obtained were sig.2 tailed at 0.000 < 0.05 using the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) learning model in improving students' economic learning outcomes.
