Abstract

Human nature from the creator's point of view is a very perfect creature because it is equipped with a different mind from other creatures. Humans are equipped with reason and thoughts that can make humans continue to think and develop their minds. Education is essentially an effort to civilize humans or to glorify humans. For the implementation of education properly and appropriately, we need a science that examines in depth how education should be implemented. In this case there is what is called the necessity of education, which contains humans as creatures who need to be educated and need to educate themselves. And the possibility of education which contains about humans as beings who can be educated. The analysis technique in this paper is thematic analysis. The results of the study show that with the necessity and possibility of education, the target (human) will become a learner and also an educator in accordance with the nature and principles that exist, so that humans can become useful people for themselves and others

Abstract

The flow of globalization is seen as a big wave that brings impact and changes in various aspects of life. This includes changes in life from the industrial era 4.0 to the era of society 5.0. Through multicultural-based literary education, the public can be more open to understanding and appreciating the diversity that exists in Indonesia. Therefore, through literary works such as novels, short stories, poetry, and dramas, they can provide knowledge about multicultural-based literary education. The purpose of this study was to determine the form of multicultural-based literary education in the era of society 5.0 and the utilization of regional cultural potential as a multicultural-based literary learning in the era of society 5.0. This research method uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study. Researchers used data collection techniques in this study in the form of data or information adapted to real phenomena and facts.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in student learning outcomes using e-modules and android-based learning media. And also to find out the differences in student learning outcomes in terms of student learning motivation. The research method used is an experiment with a factorial design. The population in this study consisted of 4 classes and the number of samples was 2 classes with 64 students. In practice, 1 class uses e-modules and the other class uses android-based learning media. Based on the results of the study, the class that uses the e module gets a higher average value than the android-based learning media class. This is because the e-module is easier to use and lighter when installed on a student's smartphone.

Abstract

Curriculum management in the context of improving the quality of education is very necessary and becomes the main orientation of an educational institution. The pattern in the implementation of curriculum management is the core of curriculum management. Curriculum management aims at curriculum development by focusing the foundation for intelligence, knowledge, personality, noble character, and skills to live independently to attend further education. The aims of this study were 1) to determine the management of the education curriculum of Raudlatul Athfal (RA) of Nurul Iman in Leuwimunding, Majalengka – West Java. 2) to describe the curriculum management model of Raudlatul Athfal (RA) of Nurul Iman in Leuwimunding sub-district, Majalengka district. This study used qualitative research methods. One of the procedures of this research is to produce descriptive data. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. This approach is carried out by conducting an in-depth exploration of the program, event, process, activity of one or more people. Data collection techniques used are observation and interview techniques. Data analysis was carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The subjects used were 20 teachers and 1 (one) head and 2 (two) education staff (administration) at Raudlatul Athfal (RA) of Nurul Iman. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there were 5 (five) scopes in curriculum management, namely first, the preparation of programs for curriculum planning. Second, the preparation of the educational calendar. Third, the preparation of a schedule of activities. Fourth, the preparation of the learning activity schedule. Fifth, planning teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the absence of teachers in teaching and learning activities (KBM) had on the damage to existing facilities in the classroom at SMP Darul Falah Cihampelas West Bandung. The number of teachers in this school is 110 people and the number of students is 27 groups with grade 7 nine grades, grade 8 nine classes, and grade 9 nine classes, teacher attendance was studied in the odd semester of the 2018-2019 school year, with a presentation of 100% attendance in January , February 96%, March 98%, April 70%, May 98% and June 50%. From these data, the level of influence of the teacher's presentation with the damage to class facilities will be presented.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to find out the using picture series in teaching writing skill for the second  semester students of medical record program in STIKES Bhakti Husada Mulia Madiun. This study was done on April 2022. The method that was used in this research was descriptive research design. The techniques for collecting data were observation, interview, and documentation. The data were analyzed by displaying the data and  verification of the data. During the research, the researcher acted as the teacher and acted as an observer during the implementation of picture series. The findings of observation shows that there is good interaction between lecturer and students. The lecturer gives the task to make the students understand the material well. The finding of interview shows that By using picture series, the students can have the ideas how to start writing recount text well. They can arrange the picture series to help them in composing the writing. By using picture series the students can improve their writing based on the criteria asked by the lecturers. The criteria of the writing are based on the content, organization, vocabulary, language use and mechanics. The finding of documentation shows that the use of picture series in teaching writing recount text make the students are interested and enthusiastic, pay attention and focus on lecturers’ explanation about the material. Thus, the learning process is supported that the students are better to write from the results of their experiences to compose recount text. Thus, the use of picture series is effectively used in helping students’ improve their performance in writing recount text. The future researcher can conduct the use of picture series in other skill of English such as on speaking skill.  Furthermore, the researcher can do this study by using the other design such as the experimental research design to find better media in teaching English writing skill.

Abstract

Lembaga pendidikan adalah lembaga yang empuk untuk dijadikan singgasana dalam memperkaya diri, tak heran banyak kebijakan-kebijakan yang lahir dari lembaga ini merupakan hasil politisasi. Hal ini tidak hanya terjadi di Indonesia bahkan di luar negeripun seperti malaysia tak jarang ditemukan. Penelitian ini menggambarkan bagaimana politisasi pendidikan yang terjadi baik di Indonesia maupun dibeberapa negara sebagai perbandingan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yakni menggambarkan kondisi pendidikan yang ada di Indonesia secara khusus dan di beberapa negara secara umum. Dengan tujuan menjelaskan isu-isu terkait politisasi pendidikan, serta dampak yang terjadi dari adanya praktik politisasi pendidikan. dari hasil penelitian kajian ini bahwa Indonesia merupakan negara yang paling kencang isu-isu politisasi dalam dunia pendidikan.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui teknik sampling umum dalam metode penelitian berdasarkan beberapa artikel internasional bereputasi. Untuk memenuhi tujuan tersebut, peneliti melakukan penelitian di tiga jurnal yang membahas tentang teknik pengambilan sampel. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kepustakaan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dengan menggunakan metode analisis isi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga artikel tersebut membahas dan menjelaskan teknik sampling umum dalam metodologi penelitian. Secara khusus perbedaannya terletak pada penjelasan poin-poin penting pemahaman atau beberapa tahapan yang dapat dilalui dalam teknik sampling. Selain itu juga, masing-masing isi naskah ke-3 artikel menjelaskan kelebihan dan kekrungan dari masing-masing teknik samping berhubungan dengan bias dari keterwakilan populasi dari teknik sampling yang dipilih. Sementara satu naskah lebih jelas dilengkapi dengan alternatif solusi mengurangi bahkan meningkatkan keterwakilan populasi atas sampel yang ambil dengan metode yang dipilih.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana pengembangan media KALTEM (Kalender Tema) Terhadap kemampuan membaca anak usia dini di Taman Kanak-Kanak Ayu Palembang. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan Research and Development (R&D) yaitu penelitian dan pengembangan melalui pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yaitu Observasi, dan Instrumen ahli media dan ahli Bahasa. Hasil Penelitian yaitu menyatakan bahwa Rata-rata hasil penilaian ahli media mendapat persentase sebesar 91,65 %, sehingga penilaian yang dicapai dari ahli media termasuk kategori “Sangat Layak”. Sedangkan rata-rata penilaian ahli bahasa mendapatkan persentase sebesar 94,64%, sehingga media Kaltem termasuk kategori “Sangat Layak”. Sedangkan uji coba kelayakan yang dilakukan dilapangan menghasilkan persentase 90 % sehingga termasuk katagori “Sangat Layak” melalui uji coba terbatas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar dan kemandirian siswa kelas XII IPA2 MAN 4 Madiun dalam pelajaran Fisika melalui model pembelajaran Treffinger. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri atas 2 siklus. Data yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi, angket dan hasil tes tulis. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan dengan teknik deskripsi kuantitatif. Indikator keberhasilan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat 75% siswa yang tuntas KKM. Pada prasiklus terdapat 48% (11) siswa tuntas KKM. Pada siklus I terdapat 70% (16) siswa tuntas KKM. Kemudian, pada siklus II terdapat 96% (22) siswa tuntas KKM. Keberhasilan penelitian didapat pada siklus II. Model pembelajaran Treffinger juga berhasil meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa terbukti dengan Indikator keberhasilan dari penelitian ini adalah lebih dari 75% jumlah siswa dalam klasifikasi nilai A dan B. Keberhasilan penelitian untuk meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa di kelas didapat pada siklus II yaitu sebanyak 78,2 % (18) siswa.
