Abstract

Scuba mask is a type mask which made from a tight and elastic type of fabric that provides comfort when used. PT. Cahaya Digital Printing is one of companies engaged in digital printing that produces masks which are currently used by the public. The purpose of this study was to analyze production process of scuba masks from raw materials to mask products. The scuba mask production process uses scuba cloth as raw material which though a printing process on a digital printing machine which has a print area of up to 1.5 m with a print speed of up to 15 m2 per hour to print according design to customer requirement, manual press process to cut the mask to size and scuba printing and sewing and overlay processes using a sewing machine that has a stitch length of 0-5 mm and a sewing speed of up to 4500 s.p.m to sew the edges of the mask to make look neat and not stringy.

Abstract

Usability is a measurement of software applications to determine how easy the software is. Usability testing is done by involving end users or it can also involve experts. User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) and System Usability Scale (SUS) are two approaches that can be used to measure Usability. Based on the provisions for determining the results of the SUS assessment, the percentile rank score, which is seventy-five, the results of the respondents' assessment on the TLX Training Gate application, the user acceptance level is in the acceptable category, the scale grade level is in category C, and the rating adjective is in the good category and with UEQ approach There are 3 (three) scales in the Above Average range and 2 (two) scales still below average, and 1 on the good scale. The result of the stimulation score (1,35) and attractiveness (1,27) because this system is attractive and comfortable for students so that the value of this aspect has a positive impression. Based on research, for 6 (six) aspects this shows that system development is needed so that students as users can maximize their learning potential in competitive programming learning

Abstract

This paper explores the possibility of digital twin concept implementation framework in Indonesia Digital Government Systems (IDGS) using Information Technology (IT) Governance indicators states in Indonesian Government regulation. The concept of Indonesia Digital Government regulated by Indonesia Presidential Regulation no. 95 year 2018 that define digital government as a governance that adapting to advances of technology information and communication and utilize optimally so it can provide service to citizen in most efficient and effective way. Indonesia government implement IT Governance using regulation publish by the Minister of State Apparatus and Bureaucracy Reform No. 59 year 2020 about monitoring and evaluation of Indonesia Digital Government System. In the regulation, the governance consists of monitoring, which is a systematic assessment process through verification of information on the results of the Self-Assessment to measure the maturity level of implementation and the evaluation, is a process of self-assessment systematically through verification and clarification of information which can be continued with information validation to the results of the Self-Assessment to measure maturity level of digital government system implementation. The concept of exploiting digital twin concept to Governed IT Management is a framework introduce by Geert Poels, Henderik A. Proper and Dominik Bork in 2021. The Digital Twin concept itself already utilize to do such as monitoring data, data analysis, conduct simulation, and enhances performance of assets. The framework will be use as a technology infrastructure reference model that facilitate Digital Twin in conceptual aspect where process of IT governance, organizational IT assets management and IT management processes, connected.

Abstract

This paper explores the possibility of combining process model of Digital Government auditing, Rule Based and Cloud Case-Based Reasoning. Digital Government and Digital Government Auditing definition retrieve from Indonesia Presidential Regulation number 95-year 2018. consist two goals that the regulation aims, the first was to realize good governance clean, effective, transparent, and accountable as well as quality and reliable public services an digital government system is required; and second was to improve cohesiveness and efficiency of the electronic-based government system governance and management required national digital government; The existence variation of regulations and auditing standard creating complex reference database and hard to find solution for assessment and auditing Indonesia Digital Government. Rule-based and Case-based reasoning could help auditor in searching and documenting unsolved and solved auditing problem. The result shown that there is possibility to enhance audit process to create better audit result and more efficient in audit working time.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of the Shopee and Lazada Indonesia websites which have been measured using the Webqual method. To find out in the midst of the COVID-19 outbreak like this, whether many people are switching to online shopping or are still loyal to shopping directly at the market, and users' trust in making non-cash payments. The research methodology used is a qualitative approach. The sample used is people from any circle who have made purchases at Shopee or Lazada at least 1 time as many as 100 respondents. The data collection instrument used primary data. Primary data was obtained by using a questionnaire distributed through social media. Analysis of the data used in this study were normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis test, f test and t test with the help of SPSS version 22. By showing the Asymp value. Sig (2-tailed) shows 0.200. Because the value of Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) > 0.050 this means that the residual data is normally distributed so that the data can be accepted. The VIF value of X1 and X2 is less than 10 and the tolerance value is more than 0.10. So, it can be concluded that in the regression model there is no multicollinearity. The scatterplot graph shows that the points spread randomly and are spread both above and below zero on the Y axis, there is no heteroscedasticity. The constant of 10.215 states that if the independent variables, namely website quality and trust, are considered constant. H1 is accepted, namely the quality of the website has a significant positive effect on user satisfaction, this can be seen in the significance value of 0.003 or p value <0.05.

Abstract

This waste problem can be used as new and renewable energy in the form of Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) fuel. Due to its relation to energy, the calorific value of garbage becomes an important parameter. Water content is one of the important parameters that determine the calorific value. If the moisture content of the waste is high, then the energy needed for drying and destruction through combustion is also high, so a process of reducing the water content in the waste is needed. The drying mechanism is the most important part of the drying technique because by knowing the drying mechanism, it can be estimated the amount of energy and the need for the optimum air mass for drying. This study is to evaluate the needs of air masses, the amount of drying energy needed, then a comparison of drying calculations using the Relative Humidity dryer method through air media is heated by drying using the evaporation method through boiling by heating the walls of the drying room. The energy required in the Relative Humidity dryer method through a heated air medium is not only to heat the moisture content until it can evaporate but energy is also needed to heat the air from the initial temperature of heating the dryer air to the temperature out of the dryer. In addition, the amount of air needed to carry water vapor is very large. Based on the results of the discussion and calculations of each drying method to reduce the mass of water content in wet waste that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the drying method by evaporating the moisture content by heating the drying chamber is more efficient because it requires less energy than the method of blowing heated air.

Abstract

Spark plug is component or device of internal combustion engine (ICE) for make a compression and transfer energy to vehicle. Component of spark plug is center electrode, gasket, hexagon, insulator, corrugation, and terminal nut, the all component will assembly for internal combustion engine component. Thread is a critical component for connection spark plug and engine. the key of perfect thread is reed roll process when the motor makes a shell of part, the forced and rpm should be stable and do not over force for eliminate failure part. This study will discuss of forced analysis on thread and structure analyze from material spark plug after process. The result show in this case useing 2000 rpm and force 197,8N. Based on spot test material after threading, no any crack finding, only black dot due processing. Tortion test after assemblu 5 Kgf, for the lowest sample 1 is 8 Kgf, middle is sample 2 is 12 Kgf, and the bigger is 13 Kgf for sampling test. Igintion on sprak plug are normaly for ignition voltage lower is 13,3 kV, middle 15,3 kV, high 17,5 kV, and average is 15,3kV.

Abstract

A production building is one of important buildings in a factory. A lot of factories in Indonesia are still considered labor intensive factories. People need a convenient place to work to produce quality products. A discomfort workspace condition for workers often causes not only poor productivity but also poor quality of product. Therefore, it is important to create healthy working environment for workers. Air comfort is determined at least by five factors that are temperature, relative humidity, oxygen content, air pressure and air flow. Common working space in a production building is a huge space, so it is almost impossible to apply air conditioner system to such a big space due to too high investment cost and operational cost and economically unfeasible. In tropical region, oxygen content, air pressure and air flow can be controlled by letting the fresh air from outside to enter the building. Air movement will also lower temperature sensation on human skin. Commonly in factories, the managements equip the factories with fans to improve air comfort in the production building. However, this current research found that improper fan system configuration and direction does not help to improve air comfort and even worsens the air condition because the air movement blown from improper fan configuration and direction can cancel each other and trap the heated air recirculated inside the building. This research found that arranging the fans in one direction will poster air movement from one end to the other end of building as well as keep the fresh air entering building from one side and the used air exiting the building through the other side. Because a fan is not a cooling device, the air temperature inside the building similar to that of fresh air, but the air movement pushed by the fans will reduce temperature sensation on human around 2 0C.

The purpose of scientific writing is to make it easier for owners to provide information and to promote and sell existing products in the online store Iron shop to provide information and promote the sale of new products. only done by selling offline and customers have to come directly to the store, but with the covid-19 pandemic the store was forced to temporarily close in order to limit physical contact between sellers and buyers. Looking at these conditions, the creation of the Sentosa Iron Shop website online is the right solution and this application has been successfully created so that businesses can still run in the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic.

Abstract

Garbage is a problem of concern worldwide. Public awareness in disposing of waste that is not in its place causes various kinds of problems, one of the problems that occurs is in rivers or artificial canals. This is what makes many people create tools to make it easier to control improper waste disposal. One of the tools that was created was a garbage collector, in making the design of a garbage collection machine using solidworks software, Galvanized Steel material was used with a rod size of 30 x 30 x 2.6 (mm) as the frame. With a frame size of 1320 mm in length, 790 mm in width and 1133 mm in height. The results of the simulation using solidworks software on the frame of the garbage collection machine are to get the von misses stress value with a maximum stress value (MPa) and a minimum stress value of (MPa), for the displacement value with a maximum stress value of 0.61 mm and for a minimum stress value of 0.00 mm, the safety factor gets a value of 3.55 ul. In the comparison of solidworks and theoretical software values, the value for von misses stress is 0.04%, for displacement is 0.24%, and for safety factor is 0.20%.
