Fashohah is a journal that publishes original papers researching in Arabic teaching and learning. It is published by the Department of Arabic Language Education, Universitas Islam Malang, Indonesia. This journal is indexed in Google Scholar. Since Volume 1, the journal has regularly published twice a year in February and August. We accept original research, conceptual, and best practice articles related to Arabic teaching and learning. It is important to bear in mind that the official language of the journal is indonesian Editors welcome scholars, researchers and practitioners of Arabic language learning around the world to submit scholarly articles to be published through this journal. All articles will be reviewed by experts before accepted for publication. Each author is solely responsible for the content of published articles.

Abstract

Teaching book or text book is compilation of teaching material. Teaching book consider as one of the most important aspect in teaching activity, because it help teachers to design teaching process in class so the main or aim of the teaching can be achieved. This research purpose is to (1) know the process of making teaching book for maharoh qiro'ah (reading skill) based on Tsaqofah Islamiyah (Islamic culture) in Ibnu Sina education campus of Kepanjen Malang. (2) to know the effectiveness of using teaching book or text book. This research is research and development  (R and D), the research method used to create a product; teaching book or text book and test it to the research subject after having validation from the experts. The population in this research is all the students semester 3 who take reading 3. The development model is adopted from Moelenda model with 5 steps of ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, implementation, evaluation)

Abstract

ملخصتهدف هذا البحث إلى وصف القيم الدينية الإسلامية التي يتم إدخالها من خلال تعليم اللغة العربية. يركز موضوع هذا البحث على المادة التي تحتويها كتابا اللغة العربية وهي العربية للناشئين المجلد الأول والعربية بين يديك المجلد الأول حيث تم إصدارهما في المملكة العربية السعودية كما يتم استخدامهما في عدة الدول غير العربية. يتم هذا البحث وصفيًا مع تقنيات التحليل على المحتوى المقدم في الكتب التعليمية العربية. ويتم جمع البيانات من خلال تسجيل مجموعة من الكلمات أو العبارات المتعلقة بالقيم الإسلامية ثم تصنيف القيم الموجودة فيهما. وتبين نتائج التحليل أن الكتابين "العربية للناشئين" و "العربية بين يديك" يحتويان على قيم التعاليم الإسلامية التي يمكن تصنيفها إلى ثلاث فئات من القيم وهي القيم الشخصية والقيم العائلية والقيم الاجتماعية. . تشمل القيم الشخصية العبادة والأفكار الدينية والأخلاق الشخصية. وتشمل القيم العائلية السلوك الأخلاقي تجاه الوالدين والأخوة وأفراد الأسرة. وتشمل القيم الاجتماعية أخلاق التفاعل مع الآخرين. بالإضافة إلى ذلك ، يحتوي الكتابان أيضًا على آيات من القرآن كمواد تمرينات في تعلم أصوات اللغة. الكلمات المفتاحية: القيم الإسلامية ، الكتب التعليمية ، تعلم اللغة العربية

Abstract

Terjemahan Alquran, khususnya dalam bahasa Indonesia, sangat berguna untuk membantu masyarakat muslim di Indonesia dalam memahami kitab sucinya. Penelitian ini akan membahas tentang terjemahan Alquran versi penerbit Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia (KEMENAG RI) tahun 2014, lebih khususnya variasi unsur kohesi gramatikal referen yang terdapat dalam surat At-Thalaq, teknik penerjemahan yang digunakan, serta kualitas terjemahannya, dengan menggunakan metode kualitiatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa terdapat tiga jenis referen, yaitu personal, demonstratif dan komparatif dengan tujuh macam teknik penelitian; teknik penerjemahan harfiah, padanan lazim, generalisasi, amplifikasi, kalke, amplifikasi linguistik dan kompensasi. Pada tingkat keakuratan dan keterbacaan terjemah, hasil terjemahan pada penelitian ini tergolong akurat dan tingkat terbaca sedang.

Abstract

Penggunaan bahasa Arab dalam kegiatan dakwah dan kegiatan keseharian para artis merupakan salah satu tanda ke-hijrah-an mereka, fenomena ini  terwujud dalam bentuk campur kode. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis wujud dan makna imperatif dalam tuturan campur kode bahasa Arab–Indonesia para artis hijrah di media sosial dalam tinjaun sosiopragmatik. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada komunitas artis hijrah Musawarah di media sosial you tube dengan subjek penelitian entitas tuturan dan entitas imperatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode simak dalam pengumpulan datanya dengan menerapkan teknik sadap, teknik simak bebas libat cakap, dan teknik catat. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode analisis kontekstual atau sejajar dengan metode analisis padan baik yang bersifat intralingual maupun ekstralingual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wujud tuturan campur kode artis hijrah komunitas musawarah dalam tiga ranah yaitu; ranah pendidikan, ranah sosial dan ranah pertemanan diperoleh enam puluh enam wujud tuturan. Adapun makna imperatif yang terkandung dalam tuturan campur kode tersebut diantaranya; sosiopragmatik imperatif harapan, ajakan, permohonan, permintaan, peringatan, persilaan, perintah, kesediaan, larangan, gurauan, pemberitahuan, dan tawaran.

Abstract

Arabic learners often encounter obstacles in the form of interference from their mother tongue or the first language they master. This is one of the consequences of using the mother tongue too often in daily conversation and is included as one of the language errors. This study aims to (1) determine the process of language interference in Arabic against students in the Arabic language learning center area at the Al-Qodiri Islamic Boarding School Jember, (2) find out the types of language interference. This research uses descriptive qualitative research to get the results the researcher wants. The results of this study indicate that there are 3 types of language interference, namely: arrangement interference, morphological interference (prefix-infic-suffix) and syntactic interference (grammatical).

Abstract

The perception of intelligence in our time has changed a lot in recent times, with Gardner’s multiple intelligence theory showing that intelligence includes nine intelligences: linguistic intelligence, logical - mathematical intelligence, interpersonal intelligence, intrapersonal intelligence, bodily - kinesthetic intelligence, musical intelligence, spatial intelligence, naturalist intelligence and existential intelligence. This theory has changed the pedagogical perception of teachers towards their students, as a smart student is not only the one who solves the mathematical questions, but each individual has his or her own intelligence, and may differ from each other. This phenomenon helps to choose the appropriate method or means of education for students given the type of intelligence they have.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh dari penggunaan media kartu bergambar dalam proses penguasaan kosakata bahasa Arab siswa kelas VII A MTs Surya Buana. Jenis pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan menggunakan  metode studi kasus. Penelitian ini berlokasi di MTs Surya Buana, beralamat di Jalan Gajayana IV No. 631, Dinoyo, Kec. Lowokwaru Kota Malang. Objek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII A MTs Surya Buana. Peneliti memperoleh data penelitian melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media kartu bergambar telah memberi pengaruh yang positif dalam penguasaan kosakata bahasa Arab siswa kelas VII A MTs Surya Buana. Pengaruh tersebut dibagi menjadi dua yakni; pengaruh internal dan pengaruh eksternal. Individu seorang siswa menjadi pengaruh internal dalam penguasaan kosakata bahasa Arab.  Sedangkan yang menjadi pengaruh eksternal adalah peran guru pengampu mata pelajaran Bahasa Arab. Antusias, semangat, keaktifan, serta hasil penilaian tugas yang meningkat membuktikan bahwa media kartu bergambar berpengaruh baik dalam penguasaan kosakata bahasa Arab siswa di kelas VII A MTs Surya Buana.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the approach used in the Arabic learning system at State Islamic University of Sunan Ampel Surabaya, so that it can identify the problems in language learning that need to be addressed to date. Because the problems in language learning must continue to be evaluated so that they can achieve the objectives in learning Arabic at State Islamic University of Sunan Ampel Surabaya. In this study using a qualitative method presented descriptively with a type of case study in the Arabic language learning system in an intensive program shaded by the Language Development Center (P2B). Data collection techniques used in this study are participatory observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique is done by data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study found some design problems and their implementation in State Islamic University of Sunan Ampel Surabaya which included: (1) Lack of focus on learning objectives. (2) The initial ability test of students is not in accordance with the Arabic language ability test that should be. (3) Short learning time with the material and the target of achieving too much material. (4) Inadequate facilities and facilities. So from this research the researcher provides a solution to overcome some design problems in learning Arabic at State Islamic University of Sunan Ampel Surabaya. Keywords: Arabic language learning, special purpose, communicative
