Abstract

This research aimed to know and analyse influence of organizational commitment, intrinsic motivation, and extrinsic motivation either partial and simultaneus on doctor’s performance in Ulin hospital region general service office Banjarmasin. The purpose of this study is explanatory research. Research sample stipulating technique that used stratified proporsional random sampling, got research sample as much as 112 respondents from population 157 person. Data analysis with multiple linear regression analysis, uses SPSS 17.0 program. Result of F test and t test indicate that organizational commitment, intrinsic motivation, and extrinsic motivation have positive and significant influence on doctor’s performance either through partial and simultaneous. Intrinsic motivation have biggest influence on doctor’s performance, caught up by extrinsic motivation and organizational commitment

Abstract

PT. Amanah Anugerah Adi Mulia actively engaged in coal mining operations with considerable occupational risk prone with accidents due to the use of blasting / explosion Companies need to prepare a strategy to motivate employees, many things that can interfere with employee morale should receive attention. Associated with the protection of the health and safety of employees of PT. Amanah Anugerah Adi Mulia always obey the laws and regulations of the K3. The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the influence of motivation, health and safety on the performance of field employees. Unit analysis this studies, are field employees who worked in the coal mines owned by PT. Amanah Anugerah Adi Mulia. Research population numbered 200 people with respondents who used as many as 100 employees by sampling random sampling technique. Measurement variables using Likert scale with multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results showed that the variables of motivation, workplace health and safety with ways together (simultaneously) a significant positive effect on performance. Adverbs individually (partial), work motivation, significant positive effect on employee performance, health significant positive effect on employee performance, and work salvation positive and significant impact on employee performance. Variables of work motivation is the dominant variable affecting employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of the training program ( X1 ) and program development ( X2 ) as independent variables either partially or simultaneously on employee performance ( Y ) as the dependent variable in the PT . Bank Central Asia Tbk ( BCA KCU Banjarmasin ) . Methods This study used a questionnaire with 65 Frontliner Bakti BCA KCU Banjarmasin as the sample . Measurement variables using Likert Scale technique with 6 levels of approval . To determine the effect of variables X1 and X2 to Y used multiple linear regression statistical techniques and fatherly significance testing using the F test and t-test using SPSS . The results of this study concluded that the partial of the two independent variables , only the training programs that have a significant influence on employee performance . No significant effect of the two independent variables simultaneously to variable employee performance

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze techniques of the bank’s health assessment and determine which strategies should be done in order to improve the health of the bank. The method used is the approach of Risk (Risk Based-Bank Rating) in accordance with Bank Indonesia Regulation on Rating Bank that PBI Number: 13/1/PBI/2011 which entered into force on January 1, 2012. Bank health assessment performed using four (4) factors: Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Earning, and Capital. Object of this study is PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Kalimantan Selatan period 2012. The results showed that the health of banks in PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Kalimantan Selatan getting ranked 2, meaning can be categorized good. Strategies to improve the health value of a bank is to improve aspects of Earnings and Capital. Strategis Steps that must to increase credit expansion, improve the quality and quantity of human resources, product innovation, and increase fee-based income

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the conceptual model for analyzing customer perceptions of the use of mobile commerce services especially smart phones for online shopping. Results of this study are expected to provide insights into the theory of consumer behavior and the results have practical implications for designers, managers, marketers and developers of mobile shopping site pages. The sample included 155 respondents through online questioner. The use of online questioner is to ensure that respondents who fill the questionnaire are correct respondents who used the Internet access. The next filter is to ensure the respondents truly the one who ever shop online, the design of questioner is made the question in the beginning, whether the respondent ever shop online. If the respondent have not shop online yet, the question jump to the end of the questionnaire. Online shopping experience to further filter to ensure that the respondents were filling has enough experience to shopping online. So the respondents who only had onetime expenditure with online media are not included in the analysis. Data analysis techniques used in this study is using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of the program AMOS version 21. Results show that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and compatibility has a significant relationship with behavioral intention to use smart phones for online shopping. Behavioral intentions have a significant relationship with actual use. The results are expected to provide theoretical implication to complement existing marketing literature and supports previous studies. The practical implications of this research can be used as the basis for taking measures and appropriate marketing strategies to take advantage of both the perpetrator marketing of new marketing channels, namely smart phones as shopping online media. Originality of this research is specifically discusses online shopping on one device, especially smart phones are still rare.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, board size, independent board size, board size and the size of the value of the company on the companies included in the LQ 45 index in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. Of the population of firms that enter in LQ 45 during the period of 2009-2011, taken nineteen sampel. Alat companies that meet the criteria of analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis by first covering the classical assumption of normality test, multikolonieritas, autocorrelation, heteroskedasticity. The results showed a significant variable that is partially managerial ownership. While the variable institutional ownership, board size, board size independent, board size and size has no effect on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the beta value of shares listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) is a bias beta due to nonsynchronous trading activities. There are 310 companies listed on the Stock Exchange 2009-2012 period sampled in this study. The bias needs to be corrected. From three methods employed : the Scholes and Williams (1977), the Dimson (1979), and the Fowler and Rorke (1983). Results of the analysis conclude that the shares on the Stock Exchange has a bias beta caused by not having a securities trading for some time. This resulted in the calculation of IHSG the period of t was biased because it uses the closing price of the period t-1. In this study bias beta correction method Scholes and Williams (1977), both one lag one lead and two lag two lead are better than the bias beta correction method Dimson (1979) and the bias beta correction method Fowler and Rorke (1983) because the value of beta Scholes and Williams after corrected close to one.
