Abstract

This study was made to determine and analyze the factors that affect customer loyalty, such as customer satisfaction, trust, corporate image shaped by service quality and price. Object of this study are household customers who subscribe SPEEDY more than 3 months in Palangka Raya. Techniques used in the sampling in this study was purposive sampling. With a sample of 110 people who qualify maximum likehood estimation of SEM. Data collection using questionnaires and the data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) software with IBM SPSS Amos 20. Results and implications of this study is that theoretically this study supports previous research which states that service quality has positive and significant impact on corporate image, corporate image has positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has positive and significant effect on confidence, and negatively affect prices significant impact on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction and a significant positive effect on customer loyalty

Abstract

This study has the objective of identifying and analyzing the influence of satisfaction and trust on customer loyalty LPSB Martapura Banjar District. Research location conducted in LPSB Martapura Banjar Regency. The population of this research is all the customers who use the services LPSB in requesting certificates, as well as scrap in 2012, according to the data contained in the report LPSB in 2012 as many as 124 people . Based on the results of hypothesis testing, with multiple linear regressions, get that the satisfaction and confidence significantly positive effect on customer loyalty LPSB Martapura Banjar District. Partially, satisfaction and confidence significantly positive effect on customer loyalty. Between two variables, satisfaction variable is a variable that is the dominant influence on customer loyalty LPSB Martapura Banjar district

Abstract

The purpose of this research to determine and analyze the influence of stressor from environment, organization and personal in simultaneosly or partially to the employee performance in the Office of Religious Affairs Banjar Regency. The research method used in this research is quantitative method. The analysis unit of this research is employees in the Office of Religious Affairs in Banjar Regency. Collecting data using questionnaires distributed to 55 respondents. Determination of samples using non probability sampling techniques and data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results revealed stressor from the environment, stressor from the organizational and stressor from personal has influence positive and significant in partially or simultaneously to employee performance in the Office of Religious Affairs in Banjar Regency. Stressor from the organizational has the most dominant influence to the employee performance in the Office of Religious Affairs at Banjar Regency

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the relationship between demographic factors, training and developing the performance of employees in BPS Kapuas District of Central Kalimantan. This research is a quantitative study menggunakam testing methods Spearman Rank Order Correlation analysis of the overall employee population BPS Kapuas totaling 22 people. The results showed that partially each variable X (Demographic factors (X1), Training (X2) and Development (X3)) positively and significantly related to performance (Y). The relationship of each variable X (Factor Demographics, Training and Development) simultaneously be in a very strong category with a variable Y (Performance). Abstract

This Research aims to analyze the influence of motivation and discipline of good work simultaneously and partially on the performance of employees in the Religious M artapura. Objects of this study is the Religious Martapura located at Jalan Albasia Banjar Regency. This research is quantitative research that aims to clarify (Explanatory Research) with a saturated sampling techniques in data collection. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 44 civil servants at the Religious Martapura, located in Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan. Data were analyzed by multiple regression with SPSS. The results of hypothesis show that the three proposed hypotheses can be accepted, so it can be concluded that the motivation and work discipline significantly affect on employee performance the Religious Courts Martapura either partially or simultaneously

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is an attitude that is essential for the medical personnel so that the quality of care for patients is always awake, and loyalty to the organization can be improved. This study aims to investigate the influence of demographic variables and job satisfaction either partially or simultaneously on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in medical and paramedical personnel in RSIA Mother of Pearl, which was tested using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study at 43 medical personnel revealed that demographic variables partially positive and significant effect on OCB, whereas job satisfaction is partially positive and significant effect on OCB. Demographic variables and job satisfaction have positive and significant effect on OCB. Based on these results, implications for the management of the hospital is that the demographics and job satisfaction should be considered in order to encourage OCB behaviors among medical and paramedical personnel, so that the satisfaction and comfort of the patient as well as the smooth operation of the hospital can be improved.

Abstract

This research aimed to identify and analyze the influence of cultural factors (X1), social class (X2), attitude (X3), personality (X4), and perception (X5) simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions of sasirangan cloth in the Municipality of Banjarmasin. The research was conducted using the Analysis Method i.e. Statistical Descriptive Analysis Methods used to generatean overview of the data that has been collected; Multiple Regression Analysis used to find the influence of the independent variable (X) on the dependent variable (Y) either simultaneously or partially; and Classical Assumption Test by using Ordinary Least Square (OLS) in order to get unbiased and efficient estimation values from multiple linear regression equation. The hypothesis testing was conducted by using the F test to examine the simultaneous effect of independent variable on dependent variable. The hypothesis testing was also done by using the T test to determine the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The research results showed that the culture and perception factors were variables that significantly influenced the purchase decision of Sasirangan cloth in the Municipality of Banjarmasin
