Jurnal Borneo Informatika dan Teknik Komputer (JBIT) (P-ISSN: 2808-8190, E-ISSN: 2808-6600) is a forum for academics and practitioners to publish scientific papers, research results, literature, and analytical studies that focus on the fields of computer science and computer engineering. Abstract

Performance appraisal is one of the tools in evaluating work that is used to assess the success of the company or agency in helping decision making and how to provide feedback for employees on how superiors assess employees. One of the most important is the selection of the best employees so that those who are selected will be given rewards to motivate employees in their performance. But in reality, making decisions efficiently and effectively when selecting human  resources  is  not  an  easy  thing.  Based  on  this,  a  decision-making  model  is  needed  to help solve the problem. The study uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method using the criteria  that  have  been  set  by  the  agency,  namely  service  orientation,  integrity,  commitment, time discipline, and cooperation. The resulting system is the calculation of the best employee value  using  the  Simple  Additive  Weighting  (SAW)  method  and  the  best  employee recommendations.Penilaian kinerja merupakan salah satu alat dalam mengevaluasi pekerjaan yang digunakan untuk menilai keberhasilan perusahaan atau instansi dalam membantu pengambilan keputusan dan bagaimana umpan balik bagi karyawan mengenai bagaimana atasan menilai karyawan. Salah satu yang terpenting adalah pemilihan karyawan terbaik sehingga yang dipilih akan diberi reward agar memotivasi karyawan dalam kinerjanya. Namun pada kenyataannya, pengambilan keputusan secara effisien dan evektif pada saat melakukan seleksi terhadap sumber daya manusia bukanlah hal yang mudah. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka diperlukan suatu model pengambilan keputusan untuk membantu memecahkan masalah tersebut. Dalam penelitian menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dengan menggunakan kriteria-kriteria yang sudah ditetapkan instansi yaitu orientasi pelayanan, integritas, komitmen, kedisiplinan waktu, dan kerjasama. Sistem yang dihasilkan adalah nilai perhitungan karyawan terbaik dengan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dan rekomendasi karyawan terbaik.

Abstract

In  today's  digital  era,  many  people  use  the  services  of  wedding  package  providers such  as  salons  or  wedding  organizers  to  help prepare  equipment  to  help  determine  clothing, make-up,  decorations  and  so  on.  However,  in  terms  of  the  wedding  process,  especially  the people of Merauke Regency, the information obtained from each wedding service provider in Merauke Regency is very minimal, so the process of searching for wedding service providers is carried out by seeking information on their own by continuing to visit service providers one by one.  So  this  study  aims  to  design  an  information  system  that  will  assist  in  the  process  of selecting  and  ordering  wedding  package  services.  System  development  used  is  the  Waterfall Method where the system design includes flowcharts, context diagrams and Entity Relationship Diagrams.  The  results  obtained  through  Blackbox  testing,  the  system  can  run  properly according  to  the  functionality  of  each  system  component.  Testing  UAT  with  media questionnaires or questionnaires given to users, obtained results of 79.4% of the respondent's convenience score, indicating that the implementation of the system that has been carried out can help service seekers or clients in the process of selecting and ordering wedding packages that are varied and as needed. Pada era digital saat ini banyak sekali orang memanfaatkan jasa para penyedia paket pernikahan seperti salon ataupun wedding organizer untuk membantu mempersiapkan perlengkapan untuk membantu menentukan pakaian, tata rias wajah, dekorasi dan lain-lain. Akan tetapi dalam hal proses pernikahan, khususnya masyarakat Kabupaten Merauke, informasi yang diperoleh dari setiap penyedia jasa layanan pernikahan yang ada di Kabupaten Merauke sangat minim, sehingga proses pencarian penyedia layanan pernikahan tersebut  masih dilakukan dengan cara mencari informasi sendiri dengan mendatangi penyedia jasa satu persatu. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang suatu sistem informasi yang akan membantu dalam proses pemilihan dan pemesanan jasa paket pernikahan. Pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Metode Waterfall dimana perancangan sistem meliputi flowchart, diagram kontek serta Entity Relationship Diagram. Hasil yang diperoleh melalui pengujian Blackbox, sistem dapat berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan fungsionalitas setiap komponen sistem. Pengujian UAT dengan media angket atau kuesioner yang diberikan kepada pengguna, hasil yang diperoleh sebesar 79,4% nilai kemudahan responden, menunjukkan bahwa implementasi sistem yang telah dilakukan dapat membantu para pencari jasa atau  klien dalam proses pemilihan dan pemesanan paket pernikahan yang variatif dan sesuai kebutuhan.

Abstract

SMKN 2 Balikpapan is one of the state vocational high schools in Balikpapan that organizes Field Work Practice (PKL) programs to support student’s development in the world of work. In the current process of implementing the PKL program at SMKN 2 Balikpapan, the procedure for PKL submission is still done manually by filling out a paper form and managing it  only  using  Microsoft  Excel.  SMKN-2  Balikpapan  also  does  not  yet  have  an  information system  dedicated  to  managing  PKL  data.  Therefore,  a  PKL  management  information  system was  developed  to  facilitate  the  PKL  data  management  process  by  applying  the  Personal Extreme Programming (PXP) method, which consists of seven stages: requirements, planning, iteration initialization, design, implementation, system testing, and retrospective. Analysis and Design (OOAD) at the planning stage in the PXP method so that the system flow can be easily understood. In this study, 73 user stories were developed through five iterations. The features developed  are  the  PKL  student  data  feature,  the  PKL  application  feature,  the  DU/DI  reply confirmation feature, the placement feature, the PKL assessment feature, and so on. Testing for all  features  has  been  successful,  accepted  by  stakeholders,  and  uploaded  to  SMKN  2 Balikpapan's hosting service. SMKN  2  Balikpapan  merupakan  salah  satu  sekolah  menengah  kejuruan  negeri  di Balikpapan  yang  menyelenggarakan  program  Praktik  Kerja  Lapangan  (PKL)  untuk mendukung perkembangan siswa dalam dunia kerja. Pada proses pelaksanaan program PKL di SMKN 2 Balikpapan saat ini, prosedur pengajuan PKL masih dilakukan secara manual dengan mengisi  sebuah  formulir  berupa  kertas  dan  pengelolaannya  hanya  dengan  menggunakan Microsoft Excel. SMKN 2 Balikpapan juga belum memiliki sistem informasi yang dikhususkan untuk mengelola data PKL. Oleh sebab itu, sistem informasi manajemen PKL dikembangkan agar  memudahkan  proses  pengelolaan  data  PKL  dengan  menerapkan  metode  PXP  (Personal Extreme  Programming)  yang  terdiri  atas  7  tahap  yaitu  requirements,  planning,  iteration initialization,  design,  implementation,  system  testing,  dan  retrospective,  serta  menerapkan metode  OOAD  (Object  Oriented  Analysis  and  Design)  pada  tahap  planning  dalam  metode PXP  sehingga  alur  sistem  dapat  dipahami dengan  mudah. Pada  penelitian  ini,  dikembangkan 73 user story yang melalui 5 iterasi. Fitur yang dikembangkan yaitu fitur data siswa PKL, fitur pengajuan  PKL,  fitur  konfirmasi  balasan  DU/DI,  fitur  penempatan,  fitur  penilaian  PKL,  dan lain  sebagainya.  Pengujian  untuk  keseluruhan  fitur  telah  berhasil  dan  diterima  oleh stakeholder, serta telah diunggah pada layanan hosting milik SMKN 2 Balikpapan.

Abstract

The  superior  class  aims  to  improve  the  selected  students  to  continue  to  excel  and spur  the  achievements  of other  students.  MTSN  1  Nganjuk  has  implemented a  superior class program,  which  annually  selects  students  who  are  placed  in  superior  classes  using  only  test scores.  So  using  test  scores  does  not  guarantee  that  the  student  will  excel  and  excel  if  the student's personality score is  terrible. The decision support system using the Simple Additive Weighting  (SAW)  method  provides  a  solution  to  determine  the  superior  class  students.  The superior class selection process has several criteria:  criteria value test, average report cards, attitude  values,  academic  achievement,  and  attendance.  The  values  of  these  criteria  are processed in decision support applications and Ms.Excel which will produce rankings from the student's final grade. This research is in the form of a decision support application, which can recommend  students  included  in  the  superior  class  based  on  student  values  that  have  been processed using the SAW method.Kelas  unggulan  bertujuan  untuk  meningkatkan  siswa  yang  terpilih  untuk  tetap berprestasi dan memacu prestasi siswa lain. MTSN 1 Nganjuk telah menerapkan program kelas unggulan,  yang  setiap  tahunnya  menyeleksi  siswa  yang  ditempatkan  pada  kelas  unggulan dengan menggunakan nilai test saja. Sehingga dengan menggunakan nilai test tidak menjamin bahwa siswa tersebut akan menjadi berprestasi dan unggul, jika nilai kepribadian siswa buruk. Sistem  pendukung  keputusan  menggunakan  metode  Simple  Additive  Weighting  (SAW) memberikan  solusi  untuk  menentukan  siswa  kelas  unggulan.  Proses  seleksi  kelas  unggulan terdapat beberapa nilai kriteria, dimana kriteria tersebut yaitu kriteria nilai  test, rata-rata nilai rapot,  nilai  sikap,  prestasi  akademik  dan  absensi.Nilai-nilai  dari  kriteria  tersebut  diolah  pada aplikasi  sistem  pendukung  keputusan  dan  Ms.Excel  yang  nantinya  akan  menghasilkan perangkingan dari nilai akhir siswa. Penelitian ini berupa aplikasi pendukung keputusan, yang dapat  merekomendasikan  siswa  yang  masuk  dalam  kelas  unggulan  berdasarkan  nilai-nilai siswa yang telah diolah menggunakan metode SAW.

Abstract

Currently, the Merauke district does not yet have a special market selling seafood for traditional fishermen, which is seasonal in nature. The fishermen sell their seafood in certain places, apart from the market which is far from the community, so that the buyers have to go around looking for sellers of seafood. A sales information system for fishermen's marine products is needed which can be used as a trading media for marine products in order to increase sales of marine products. Therefore, this study proposes to develop an Information System for Sales of Marine Products that is built in the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The development in making this application uses the Waterfall method and the output of the system will be tested using the black-box and UAT methods. Black box test results, the system can run well according to its functionality. Then from the results of the UAT test, it was obtained that the seller's satisfaction with the system was 88.8% which means it is in the very good category and the buyer's satisfaction with the system is 87.6% which also means it is in the very good category.Saat ini, distrik Merauke belum mempunyai pasar khusus penjualan hasil laut untuk nelayan tradisional yang sifatnya musiman. Para nelayan menjual hasil lautnya di tempat-tempat tertentu, selain dipasar yang mempunyai jarak yang jauh dari masyarakat membuat para pembeli harus berkeliling mencari penjual hasil laut. Diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi penjualan untuk hasil laut para nelayan yang dapat digunakan sebagai media perdagangan hasil laut agar meningkatkan penjualan hasil lautnya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengusulkan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Informasi untuk Penjualan Hasil Laut yang dibangun dalam bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Pengembangan dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini menggunakan metode Waterfall dan luaran dari sistem akan diuji menggunakan metode black-box dan UAT. Hasil pengujian blackbox, sistem dapat berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan fungsionalitasnya. Kemudian dari hasil pengujian UAT diperoleh kepuasan penjual terhadap sistem yaitu 88,8% yang berarti dalam kategori sangat baik dan kepuasan pembeli terhadap sistem yaitu 87,6% yang juga berarti dalam kategori sangat baik.
