Abstract

Indonesia is a country where the majority of the population is Muslim where it is very important to know the principles of GCG Islamically in the implementation of business. The application of the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in Islamic banks is very important. This is because Islamic banks as intermediary institutions are collecting funds from the public and distributing them to people who need them. Thus, efforts to maintain public trust in banking are a very important part to do. One way to maintain public trust is to apply the principles contained in Good Corporate Governance. This study aims to determine the implementation of GCG in BMI, and whether it is in accordance with Islamic law. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research. The results of this study indicate that the application of the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) at Bank Muamalat Indonesia, namely accountability, professionalism, transparency, responsibility, and fairness (equity) has been carried out properly in accordance with applicable guidelines and regulations. Abstract

This research was written with the aim of knowing what the function of broadcast production management is in da'wah. The results of the study show that management comes from the word to manage which means to manage, manage. Production management is all activities to run, organize and manage and utilize all available resources effectively and efficiently so as to produce goods or services at optimum cost to increase the increase in resources. Production management of da'wah broadcasts is an activity of organizing, coordinating, and managing da'wah messages so that the da'wah process can run well. Abstract

Human rights or what is often abbreviated as HAM in Indonesia have been alluded to in the formulation of the text of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. Human rights are moral norms or principles that describe standards of human behavior that are systematically protected as human rights law. nationally or internationally. Human rights are generally understood as rights that absolutely become basic rights where people inherently have rights because of their position as human beings which include aspects of their nation, location, language, religion, ethnicity, and other statuses. Based on searching the verses of the Al-Qur'an and As-Sunnah, it is concluded that Islamic law has formulated the regulation and protection of human rights for humans. Abstract

The Prophet Muhammad SAW brought the perfect religion, namely Islam, for the benefit of mankind. The type of worship that has the highest level in Islam is prayer. In Islamic teachings, as we know, there are two types of prayers, namely fardhu and sunnah prayers. The aim of the study was to find out whether there is a relationship between the habit of performing the shuha prayer and spiritual intelligence by students at the At-taufiqurrahman Islamic Boarding School, is there an impact of implementing Duha prayer on spiritual intelligence. The research subjects were taken from teachers, students, some alumni from the At-taufiqurrahman Islamic boarding school. The method for collecting data is through interviews using one of the social media, namely WhatsApp. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Duha prayer can increase spiritual intelligence and even intellectual intelligence of students at the At-taufiqurrahman Islamic boarding school, namely by growing good character, akhlakul karimah, having an attitude of helping each other, respecting each other, polite and courteous and easier to understand lessons so that it makes it easier for students students in carrying out learning activities. Abstract

Utilization of Rainwater in the Perspective of the Koran (Study of the Koran Surah al-Anfal Verse 11 According to Buya Hamka). Rain is a form of natural balance created by Allah SWT. Without rain, the quantity of water on earth will not be sufficient for life in it.This research focuses on examining the opinion of a person that rain always causes disaster, not a blessing. Because with one of the changes in the weather that can cause disaster, it makes a person forget the favors or benefits behind something that God created, like rain. Rainwater is an abundant source of water, especially during the rainy season. Conversely, if rainwater is not managed properly, it can cause disasters, such as floods and landslides. From this background, the author raises this theme focusing on the formulation of the problem as follows. 1) Buya Hamka's interpretation of surah Al-Anfal verse 11? 2) Knowing the benefits of rain for health according to surah Al-Anfal verse 11?. This research is a library research that makes Tafsir Al-Azhar the primary source. The method in this research is to use the tahlili interpretation method. with other words in one verse or several verses. From the results of this study, the authors found that the rainwater described in the Qur'an is not just water that we usually encounter in everyday life, but also explained about rainwater that rainwater can clean oneself clean and open. Abstract

In people's lives as social beings, interaction with others is a necessity. Not infrequently this interaction can lead to various types of anger. Anger inside people is very diverse and has a fairly large range, that's why until today experts have not made an agreement regarding the interpretation of anger in the usual way. One of them is the definition of anger put forward by Robert C. Judging from the type of research, there is also a type of research used in this research, namely bibliography research or library research, which is research that is carried out by collecting information or making objective notes with the aim of the research object. or collection of information in the nature of a bibliography, or analysis carried out to uncover a problem which is basically based on critical and in-depth analysis of relevant literature materials. This research results that related to the problem that the author has presented in chapter I, the author obtains three phases of controlling sad emotions according to the Alqurān surah Yūsuf verse 86 with theoretical analysis from M. Darwis Hude and its implementation form with a psychological approach Controlling the sad emotions of Prophet Ya'qūb in interpretation Surah Yūsuf verse 86 can only be fully understood by looking at the background of the Prophet Ya'qūb's sadness as set forth in the previous verses (80-85), then the core verses (86), and the verses after (87). Abstract

The human soul has two sides, good and bad. It is very important and urgent to pay attention to. A noble soul, is not pleased with anything, except for something that has the highest, noblest and most commendable (best) end result. As for the lowly soul, he only revolves around lowly matters, he approaches these lowly matters as a fly lands on dirt. A noble and high soul will not be pleased with acts of tyranny, vulgarity, theft and betrayal, because his soul is bigger and more noble than all of that. Meanwhile, a lowly and lowly soul is the opposite. Then every soul will tend to something that is in harmony and in accordance with it. Nafs in the context of talking about humans refers to the side in humans that has the potential to be good or bad. Research on human nature at least contains human traits that are naturally inherent in humans, or laws that apply to the human psyche, in this case the concept of nafs in the Koran is very important. The importance of research on the nafs is not only limited to needs, but also to the interests of parsing, predicting and controlling human behavior, both individually and as a group, both in relation to the field of da'wah or education as well as the interests of society in national development. Abstract

Based on searches from various interpretations, it can be concluded that ginger, which is called Allah in the Qur'an in surah al-Insan verse 17, explains the features of ginger as a plant that is rich in properties and is also referred to as a herbal medicinal plant, food seasoning and as a ginger drink found in the world. and as a drink of heaven that is served to the believers of the inhabitants of heaven. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. This study also uses the library research method or literature study with a data analysis approach and the interpretation methodology that the authors use in this study is the tahlili method. Where is the Tahlili approach interpreting surah al-Insan verse 17 concerning ginger as a drink of heaven in that verse. This research resulted that ginger is a spice plant that is often used as a traditional medicine which has properties for the body including providing a strong deterrent against various diseases and can improve the health condition of the body. In this discussion there is Tafsir Al-Misbah, where according to Quraish Shihab ginger in the Koran has been described as a drink for the inhabitants of heaven which gives warmth and pleasure to His faithful servants who are in heaven. From this writing, we can see that the pleasure provided by Allah SWT in heaven is far greater than the pleasures obtained in this world. Abstract

This paper criticizes the views of previous researchers regarding the book Tafsir Tarjuman Mustafid by Syekh Abdurrauf As-Singkili, this book is declared not a book of interpretation and is a translation of several other books of interpretation. To set it straight, the author describes the references and uniqueness of the Tafsir Tarjuman book with samples of Surah al-Fatihah and al-Baqarah which are discussed in detail.analysis. Research on references aims to analyze the sources of quotations contained in the book and the uniqueness aims to present the character of Sheikh Abdurrauf As-Singkili's interpretation in interpreting the verses of the Koran in the Tafsir Tarjuman Mustafid book. To achieve this goal, the author uses a type of literature research with a qualitative nature and uses a library method for data collection techniques that come from primary data and secondary data. After all the data needed is collected, then use the pattern tahlili in data management then the findings are described in the form of analysis. The results of the writing show that, it is true that there were errors from previous researchers regarding their views, the author's findings can prove that it was true that as-Singkili interpreted ayat by ayat and word by word and other commentary books were only used as references, and even found many uniqueness in his interpretationsBased on the results of the writing, there are several references from al-Baiḍawi 6 times, al-Khazin 21 times, al-Jalalain 2 times and Manafi' Alquran as well as aṡ-Ṡa'labi 2 times. All references are collected as a complement to the interpretation of as-Singkili to make it easier to understand . As for the uniqueness, it is divided into two discussions, namely: a) the uniqueness of the presentation which is equipped with signs such as, interest, story, beginning, as for, the word, that is, the above and tanbih, all the signs are packed in parentheses so that they are easy to find, b) the uniqueness of the content the interpretation of as-Singkili includes special features in the explanation of surat, ayat, interpretations, ikhtilaf qiraat,asbabun nuzul, kisah and nasikh mansukh, all tend to have the same pattern and words in the beginning and end of the explanation so that it is easy to understand even by the general public. Abstract

Writing this journal is to determine the role of learning methods on interest and achievement in learning the Qur'an and Hadith. The low quality of student learning is caused by two factors, namely internal and external. Factors that influence the learning process and the results of student internalization include responsiveness to learning, desire and drive to learn, and focus on learning. While external factors include teachers as learning coaches, learning facilities and infrastructure, assessment policies, and social status around students. school and home, and the school curriculum. Learning what gets attention is more acceptable than learning what doesn't, and it's not trivialized or irrelevant. Of course, in the case of interest, people with an interest in a particular area might find it easier to learn. Of course learning is carried out and culminates in school achievement which describes success and success in learning. The achievement of good learning affects many things, including the learning methods used by the teacher. Learning success is achieved when all factors support it, such as using interesting methods that can be used as a bridge to achieve competency.
