Abstract

Monthly electricity costs CV. Karna Jaya Industrial Engineering is quite large, from the results of measurements made at the CV. Karna Jaya Industrial Engineering has a very low power factor of 0.56. The installation of capacitors is the right choice in terms of if you want to increase the power factor of an electrical network. To improve the power factor to 0.9then CV. Karna Jaya Teknik must install a capacitor of 32.4141 farads when connected to a star and a capacitor of 10.8047 farads when connected to a delta, the ratio C∆ /CY = 10.8047/32.4141 = 1/3 or CY = 3 C∆ . By installing a capacitor bank , it can reduce the reactive power which previously ranged from 4003.39 VAR to 2435.4 VAR, meaning that there is a savings in electricity costs of 1567.99 VAR. We recommend that the installation of a capacitor bank use a delta connection because the price is 1/3 of the star connection. An investment of IDR 1567990 for the installation of a bank capacitor is 1567.99 VAR using a bank loan with a bank rate = 15%/year. Then Breaks Event Point in 2 months.

Abstract

Pronounce the pledge of talak has a very important position in the divorcepetition filed by a husband against his wife in the Religious Court. When ahusband does not make a pledge of divorce for reasons of reconciliation with hiswife then it is very good for their marital relationship. But when a husband doesnot pronounce the pledge of talak for reasons of slowing down and stalling thetime for divorce does not occur so the pledge of divorce slips and his marital bond remains intact. This phenomenon is the cause of legal uncertainty and there is no sense of justice for the wife. The purpose of this research is to (1) know and analyze the arrangement of the cancellation of pronunciation of ikrar talak in the religious court (2) to know and analyze how the legal effect on the cancellation of pledge of pledge of talak in religious court with normative juridical method. The results of this study indicate that (1) the arrangement of cancellation of pronouncement of pledge of talak in religious court has been regulated in Article 131 Compilation of Islamic Law but not set in detail administrative sanction given to husband when husband did not pledge for reasons of stalling the time of divorce and (2) the legal consequences of the cancellation of the pledge of the vow of talak in religious court may result in legal uncertainty and injustice for the wife due to the absence of a divorce so that the household ties remain intact and there is no sanction for the husband. The benefits of this research are to contribute in the form of empirical thoughts and findings, especially regarding the practice of pledge of talak in religious courts.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang melahirkan Revolusi Industri 4.0 juga berdampak pada praktik humas/PR termasuk praktik humas pemerintahan. Salah satu perubahan praktik humas itu adalah masuknya media sosial sebagai salah satu media kehumasan yang penting sekaligus juga merupakan media yang digunakan publik untuk menyebarluaskan informasi pada sesamanya. Bagaimana media sosial ini digunakan dalam praktik humas pemerintahan merupakan kajian yang dilakukan dalam tulisan ini. Karena media sosial kini merupakan bagian penting dalam kegiatan komunikasi manusia, tentu juga menuntut humas pemerintahan memanfaatkan media sosial ini untuk dapat dengan cepat merespons informasi yang perlu penjelasan lebih lanjut dari pihak pemerintah.

Abstract

This study discusses the “Personal Selling as a means of product promotion label. The purpose of this study wanted to know Personal selling activities, the use of social media in marketing the product label, and the need to study the behavior of consumers Sales Representative to support the activities of Personal Selling. The theory used is the theory of Marketing, Personal Selling and Theory of Symbolic Interaction. This research was conducted at PT. National Label Umas Daya and as a key informant was four sales representatives who work as personal selling. Researchers used the case study method with qualitative approach and data collection techniques are in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation. The results of the study, in doing marketing, sales representatives have done the stages of personal selling as a promotional tool in marketing the product label as expected. The use of internet and social media to support marketing activities.

Abstract

The forerunner of formal education departing from Islamic boarding schooleducation in this study raised life skills education in salaf boarding schools,talent coaching and interest of santri this paper can be used as a guide for theparties manager salaf ’s Islamic boarding school in educating life skill in scopesalaf ’s Islamic boarding school. From the results of the study can be obtainedinformation that education life skill is process develop, coach and excavation oftalent interest of santri, so after graduating from Islmic boarding school havecompetitiveness such as proficient trade, tahfidz, qiro’ah, honest, sincere, simple, independent, caring, free in acting but responsible for his actions, meticulous or careful and have commitment in doing good. implementation in daily life is done through three strategis, that is holdimg a little alpha in environment’s Islamic boarding school, makes unit –unit bussines by empowering santri who are in formal schooling, and determation the rule for citizens who are in the boarding school environment even outside Islamic boarding school. Always put forward humble atitute, model atitute from male teacher or female teacher result learning in the class can be implementatiaon directly with the hope that the potencialtha exist in the santri can be channeled with management Islamic boarding school which have been in the stackimg by a buffer and teachers involved in it.

Abstract

This research rationalization is curriculum changing of 2013 Curriculum 2016revision according to Permendikbud number 20, 21, 22 and 23. The main factorwhich observed is human resources improvement, the teacher, the headmaster’sleadership and the supervision of regency’s instructor. The teacher factor whichsupport the changing includes motivation. The motivation management of teacher’sperformance consist of primary and secondary necessity’s fulfillment. The researchresult shows the implementation of teacher’s motivation technique performancecan improve the Curriculum 2013 changing 2017 revision in Bahasa Indonesiasubject. In the CBAM dimension changing stages, SMP Bahrul Ulum reaches Consequen phase while SMPN 1 Sukadana reaches Collaboration phase. In LoU stages, SMP Bahrul Ulum reaches IVA routine, while SMPN 1 Sukadana reaches IV B phase. According to the research result, the description of implementation Curriculum 2013 changing 2017 revision, smp Bahrul Ulum just reaches Cooptation phase, the situation of realization modifying programme or new practice. While SMPN 1 Sukadana is going to Mutual Adoption phase.
