Abstract

The purpose of this study is to apply the Number Heads Together (NHT) learning model to improve student activity and achievement. This research has been carried out by means of classroom action research in Lahat 11 Public Elementary School. This research was conducted in three cycles to find out that the application of the NHT learning model improves student achievement results from the first cycle to the third cycle. This proves that the application of the NHT type of cooperative learning model not only increases student learning activities but also increases the understanding ofthe material and this has the effect of increasing student learning outcomes. PTK taking techniques by observation and tests, while the experimental class only tested the NHT learning model that took grade 5 c. Data analysis was carried out with significant significance using t-test. Based on the analysis of this research data, it was found that there are differences in learning models that use NHT to improve student learning activities and achievement in mathematics learning

Abstract

The development of an information system package for computer and network- based network engineering expertise aims to improve learning achievement in computer and basic network subjects at SMK IT Rabbi Radhiyya. The type of research carried out is Research and Development (R&D), this development adapts to the needs of the field. The research subjects were class x computer and network engineering expertise packages at SMK IT Rabbi Radhiyya Rejang Lebong, Data collection methods namely: coordination, interviews, questionnaires and test exams. The data analysis technique of learning achievement uses one group t test and between groups. Information on developing a web-based information system on computer and network engineering expertise packages on basic computer and network lessons can improve learning achievement

Abstract

This study aims to examine the differences between the learning achievement of students who study with the NHT type of cooperative learning model with students who learn with the STAD type cooperative learning model, the differences in learning achievement of students who have high activeness with students who have low activeness, interaction between learning models and activeness students towards learning achievement. The design used in this study was an experimental squasi with 2 x 2 factorial designs. The study population was all students of class XI MIPA of SMA Negeri 1 Lahat in the academic year 2019-2020 consisting of 5 classes. The class used as the sample of the experimental group was class XI MIPA 1 and the control class was class XI MIPA 2. The sample selection was carried out using a purposive random sampling technique. Data were collected by learning achievement tests in the form of multiple choices and questionnaires for learning activeness. The data collected was processed statistically using a two-way variance (anava) analysis technique using a significance level of 5%. The results showed that: (1) the learning achievement of students taught using NHT type cooperative learning was higher than that of the STAD type cooperative learning model, (2) the learning achievement of students who had high learning activity scores, higher than those of students who had low activity , (3) there is an interaction between cooperative learning models and learning activeness towards learning achievement.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) produce Mathematical E-Modules that are suitable for use in mathematics learning (2) describe the effectiveness of Mathematical E-Modules in improving student achievement. This research is an R&D research (Research and Development) with a 4-D model (Define, Design, Develop, Dessiminate).The research subjects consisted of teachers and students of Gumay Talang 1 High School. The instruments used were the e-module feasibility assessment questionnaire, student and teacher response questionnaire, and cognitive test questions. Data analysis used t tests. The results of the study show that: (1) The mathematical e-module developed is appropriate for improving student learning achievement. (2) The developed mathematical e-module is an effective teaching material to improve student achievement in class XII of SMAN 1 Gumay Talang

Abstract

This study aims to (1) describe the application of the process skills approach in improving students' critical thinking, (2) describe the application of the process skills approach in increasing student achievement, (3) describe the effectiveness of the application of the process skills approach in improving student learning achievement. This research was carried out using Classroom Action Research (CAR) and quasi-experimental. The data collection method in this study used an observation sheet to measure the teacher's ability to apply the Process Skills approach and students' critical thinking abilities, as well as a test to measure student learning achievement improvement. For data analysis, the analysis used mean score analysis and t-test. Based on the results of research conducted in three cycles in class XII IPA 1, this research resulted in the following conclusions: (1) The application of the process skills approach can improve students' critical thinking skills, (2) The application of the process skills approach can improve student achievement, (3) The application of process skills effectively improves student achievement in Biology subjects

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the application of problem based learning learning models to improve critical thinking skills and learning achievement. The design of this study is classroom action research consisting of three cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, action, observation and reflection. Respondents in the study numbered 25 students consisting of 15 men and 10 women. Data collection using sheets and test. observation sheets with 7 assessed aspects, identify problems according to information obtained, comparing similarities and differences of opinion in group discussions, raise relevant and regular question, express opinion in freely and responsibly, assessing the impact of an event, being able to explain problems and make simple conclusions, reflect the value of an event. Analysis of the data used is the average rat (mean) and tests. The results showed that the application of the problem based learning model of learning can improve critical thinking skills and student achievement. the application of problem based learning can be used in other subjects

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) Describe the relationship between grammatical competence and argumentation writing skills. 2) Describe the relationship between attitude towards Indonesian and argumentation writing skills. 3) Describe the relationship between grammatical competence and attitude towards Indonesian language together with argument writing skills in class XII MAN 1 Lahat.This type of research is a correlation study with a population of 287 people and a sample of 140 people. The method in this study is an experimental method by providing tests and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical techniques (deductive data analysis) and inferential (inductive data analysis).This research concludes: 1) there is a significant relationship between grammatical competence with argumentation writing skills in class XII MAN 1 Lahat. 2) there is a significant relationship between attitude towards Indonesian language with argumentation writing skills in class XII MAN 1 Lahat. 3) there is a significant relationship between grammatical competence with attitudes toward language together with argument writing skills in class XII MAN 1 Lahat

Abstract

The aims of this research to know; 1) a significant or no different between social study result at learning media experiment class,  and the globe dan map at 7th class social study learning, Unior High School 1 Rejang Lebong Regency.2) a significant or no different between social study prestation which have visual and auditory learning style at 7th class social study learning, Unior High School 1 Rejang Lebong Regency, 3) a significant or no different between learning media toward social study prestation at 7th class social study learning, Unior High School 1 Rejang Lebong Regency. In this research which is used experimental research design Two Ways Anava. Data collection technique used questionaire and test. This research uses a quantitative approaching, data collection technique used questionnaire and test    to    find    out    the     learning    media utilization and learning style toward prestation of social studies. To examines the research's hypothesis is using T-test analysis and Variancy Two Ways by calculates the instrument validity eachvariabels. The research's result shows there are: (1) a significant influence between learnign media utilization, and learning style toward prestation of social studies, (2) no different significant influecnce prestation of social studies which have visual and auditory learning style. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the application and the effectiveness of role playing learning method in improving student’s confidence and achievment on speaking af the grade XI at SMA Negeri 1 Merapi Barat. The research method was classroom action research and quasi experimental. The research subject were students of the grade XI IPA 3 term one of the 2019/2020 school year. The quasi experimental sample were the grade XI IPA 1 and XI IPA 2, sampling taking by purposive sampling. The data collection techniques used the observation sheets. The data analysis used t-test The conclusion was that the application of role playing method can improve students’ confidence and speaking skill

Abstract

This researcher aims to describe the application of the Discovery Learning Model in increasing the Indonesian Language Learning Activities of Class VII Students. I at SMP Negeri 2 Lahat, describes the application of the Discovery Learning Model in improving the Indonesian Language Learning Achievement of Class VII Students. I at SMP Negeri 2 Lahat. Research conducted on classroom action combined with quasi-experimental. The subjects of this study were students VII A and B SMP N 2 Lahat as the PTK class and the experimental class while the VII A class was the control class. The instruments used were the observation sheet and the test. The data analysis technique used the formula for the average percentage value of classical learning completeness and the t test, while the observation data were analyzed with the highest average score, the lowest score, the difference in scores and the range of values for each criterion. The results showed that the application of the Discovery Learning model approach can increase student activity and learning achievement
