Benefits of praying 100 people Allah accepts all prayers that pray. It is very easy to deliver the bodies to heaven, only 100 people. Before dying, try to do what is ordered and stay away from everything that is forbidden. The reward for those who pray is given 2 qiroth or 2 mountains of Uhud. If the prayers have been received, why not try 100 people. The more confident you are in slaughtering the animal for alms on the day of your death, the more you eat, the more certain you will go to heaven. Those who pray a little or less than 100 people. If you don't slaughter, it's not good for your child to be unfilial. Sometimes adding to the debt because of slaughtering a buffalo or ox. Abstract

Islam is a mercy for the universe. But in reality, many people don’t want to make Islam the compas of life. This makes them be oppressor. The scholars, especially Wahbah al-Zuhaili have warned in one of his book, namely Tafsir al-Wasith not do oppression. Therefore, this research aims to describe the narration of the term oppression in Tafsir al-Wasith; in the form of the definition of oppression, the history of oppression, various kinds of oppression, triggering factor for doing of oppression, and punishment for oppressor. The method used in this research is thematic method. The results of this research is to explain that the meaning of oppression is attitudes and actions that goes beyond  the corridor. Oppression acts in history began with the prophet Adam. There are three kinds of oppression; namaely oppression to Allah, oppression to one’s own person, and oppression to other people. There are three triggering factors for doing oppression; namely fear of the creatures more than fear of the Creator, weak faith in the Day of Judgment, and raises doubt about the justice of Allah. Oppressor will be punished for his oppression; both the punishment of this world and the punishment of the hereafter.

Abstract

Based on the existing arguments, zakat fitri can be cashed or local food ingredients. Which is best, which is easy to use, does not make it difficult for the amil, does not harm the devotee and mustahik of zakat. All worship related to food has a choice, namely, freeing the pest, fasting, feeding or clothing. Violating the obligatory pilgrimage to pay hadyu, may be paid with money, the Hajj committee is looking for the animal. The implementation of the Hajj tamattu 'and qiron pays hadyu 1 goat, so that pilgrims are not difficult to find it and pay with money. Pilgrims who are surrounded by headaches have lice, paying hadyu can also be cashed. Hunting halal or haram animals during ihram, pay the amount of the animal being hunted or the price with money. Zakat on various types of trade, then the nisob is calculated all, for 1 haul 354 days, zakat is in the form of money, not every type of sale is issued zakat. Money is a legal medium of exchange, it is easy to carry it, to exchange it. Mustahiq zakat fitri when asked prefers the form of money, even the requester himself prefers alms in the form of money. The phenomenon is that some of the amil, receive zakat fitri in the form of rice, but after buying and selling with worshipers at the mosque. The rice was bought and sold by some of the devotees, finally a lot of money was received. It has not been reviewed yet, the argument for buying and selling at the mosque is whether the rice can be sold by amyl or not. The disadvantage is that all the rice brought by the pemuzkki is expensive, the intermediate is cheap, mixed it all up, in the end it is considered cheap rice.

Abstract

Hadith is the second source of Islamic law. One of the great scholars who compiled the prophetic traditions in book form was Imam Malik. His most phenomenal book is called the al-Muwatta’s book. Terefore, this research aims to explain the biography of Imam Malik, the compilation of hadith before the al-Muwaththa's book, the codification of the al-Muwaththa's book, and the comments of scholars on the al-Muwaththa's book. The method used in this research is the analytical method. The results of the study indicate that Imam Malik is a competent scholar, an expert in the field of fiqh and hadith. Before the time of Imam Malik there was no formal compilation and bookkeeping of the prophet's hadith. Imam Malik was inspired to write the hadith at the request of the Khalifah Abu Ja'far al-Mansyur at the suggestion of Muhammad al-Muqaffa and the bookkeeping of the hadith of the al-Muwattha’s book based on the arrangement of the chapters of fiqh. The scholars agreed on the faith, the greatness of collecting hadith, criticizing the narrators, and extracting laws both in the Qur'an and the Sunnah of Imam Malik.

Abstract

Hadith is the source of Islamic teachings after the Qur'an which of course historically has authenticity in its development. The history of the development of hadith during the time of the Prophet was not yet organized, this means that the role of hadith during the time of the Prophet had not developed rapidly. However, as time went on with the spread of hadiths, especially after khulafaur rashidin experienced various problems such as giving false traditions, understanding various understandings of hadith.This study aims to explore the dynamics and history to reveal the chronology of the Prophet's hadith in the portrait of the hadith after khulafaur rashidin to the bookkeeping phase to go through the research studies. The fundamental aspect in this research is to explore the dynamics as well as the problems of the problems of false hadiths and the history of the development of hadith to bookkeeping.
