Abstract

Kejahatan atau kekerasan adalah suatu fenomena yang sering kita dengar dan kita lihat, baik di media massa maupun realitas yang ada di sekitar lingkungan dan masyarakat kita. Al-Qur’an sendiri dengan tegas mengatur hukuman bagi orang-orang yang melakukan tindak kejahatan, tetapi tetap saja sulit untuk mencegah adanya kejahatan secara menyeluruh. Pokok pembahasan pada penelitian ini bagaimana gambaran yang utuh dan jelas tentang konsep makar dan cara mengatasinya dalam perspektif Al-Qur’an dengan menganalisis pokok bahasan sehingga melahirkan konsep tertentu terhadap konsep makar. Pembahasannya dilakukan berdasarkan rujukan kepada ayat al-Qur’an dan Hadits yang berhubungan dengan masalah yang dibahas. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui secara jelas hakikat makar serta cara mengatasinya menurut perspektif Al-Qur’an. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Library Risearch. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data melalui metode ijmâli (global), dan analisis data menggunakan metode content analysis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah makar atau biasa disebut pemberontakan adalah suatu fenomena yang sering terjadi dalam sebuah negara. Hukuman perbuatan makar ini telah diatur dalam hukum pidana islam (Fiqh Jinayah) yang diambil dari nash baik dari Al-Qur'an maupun as-Sunnah dan regulasi negara republik Indonesia yaitu Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP), diantara perbuatan yang berhubungan dengan tindakan makar adalah Pembunuhan, tindak pidana penganiyaan, tindak pidana terorisme, tindak pidana pencurian dan lain-lain.

Before dying, try to do what is ordered and stay away from everything that is forbidden. The reward for those who pray is given 2 qiroth or 2 mountains of Uhud. If the prayers have been received, why not try 100 people. The more confident you are in slaughtering the animal for alms on the day of your death, the more you eat, the more certain you will go to heaven. Those who pray a little or less than 100 people. If you don't slaughter, it's not good for your child to be unfilial. Sometimes adding to the debt because of slaughtering a buffalo or ox. Sometimes eating at the place of death, which leaves orphans again. It's still worth eating at that place. So that it is forbidden to change the law to eat the property of the orphans, it becomes a sin if you do not eat the property of the orphans.

Abstract

Abstract

Management is a systematic science to understand why and how humans work together to produce something useful for other people and certain groups and society in general. The functions of management according to experts vary, but from all experts who argue about the function of management there are similarities. In this paper, the author describes the function of planning management in Islamic education. In the Qur'an there are lafaz whose meaning is commensurate with management, namely lafaz of which lafaz (yudabbiru) in Surah Yunus/10:3 which means to regulate, that Allah is in control of everything that happens on this earth. The word planning is not found in qhot'iyah (clear) lafaz in the Qur'an, but many verses of the Qur'an that talk about lafaz that are commensurate with the Qur'an, by definition educational planning is an effort that is systematically arranged in various ways to achieve future goals with pay attention to the economic, socio-cultural and overall fields of a country.

Abstract

Javanese society is basically a society that still maintains traditional clutures and ceremonies, as well as any ritual related to natural events or disasters, like mitoni, pregnancy, birth, circumcision, and death. This research aims to reveal the mitoni tradition in Air Panas Village, Rokan Hulu District. focus issue in this research is divided to two categories; the history of mitoni tradition in Rokan Hulu and analyzing people level’s understanding who perform mitoni tradition. This research uses anthropology perspective by participative observation, researcher is directly involved in the mitoni event. The result showed that mitoni event in Air Panas Village was carried in and preserved by Javanese transmigrants. And there are differences mitoni tradition between muslim and other religions. Non-muslim Javanese in Air Panas Village who perform mitoni tradition just bases on tradition of Java, while muslim Java perform mitoni tradition not only based on tradition but also by reading some surahs in al-quran like surah Yusuf and Maryam.

Abstract

This article discusses the method of understanding hadith in the view of contemporary scholars. The focus of this article is to reveal and analyze the theory of the hadith understanding method proposed by Yusuf al-Qardhawy. The analysis of this article uses a qualitative method with an approach to the science of hadith, history, and comparative analysis. The findings of this study show that the theory of the method of understanding Yusuf al-Qaradhawy's hadith is very fundamental in an effort to understand the hadiths of the prophet. The theory is something that is integral and therefore cannot be simply rejected. Comparative analysis with other contemporary scholars such as Muhammad al-Ghazali, Mustafa Yakkub, al-Albani, and Hasbi Ash-Shiddiqi shows the uniqueness and significance of Yusuf al-Qaradhawy's theory which is inherent, fundamental, and comprehensive.

Abstract

The tawih prayer arguments for the hadith ziyadah and shaz from al-Baihaqi. According to the argument, the name sohih is solat lail and in accordance with the Qur'an suroh al-Isro 'verse 79 and suroh al-Muzzammil verses 1-4 and verse 20 and other Sohih hadith. The implementation may be 4 + 4 + 3 prayer time or 2 + 2 + 2 + 2 + 2 + 1 prayer time 1 rakaat. Not true based on the history of an-Nasai number 1680 witr prayer 2 plus 1. It is better to be at home either in Romadon month or outside Romadon 11 rakaat. Do it according to the sohih argument.

Abstract

Islam is a mercy for the universe. But in reality, many people don’t want to make Islam the compas of life. This makes them be oppressor. The scholars, especially Wahbah al-Zuhaili have warned in one of his book, namely Tafsir al-Wasith not do oppression. Therefore, this research aims to describe the narration of the term oppression in Tafsir al-Wasith; in the form of the definition of oppression, the history of oppression, various kinds of oppression, triggering factor for doing of oppression, and punishment for oppressor. The method used in this research is thematic method. The results of this research is to explain that the meaning of oppression is attitudes and actions that goes beyond  the corridor. Oppression acts in history began with the prophet Adam. There are three kinds of oppression; namaely oppression to Allah, oppression to one’s own person, and oppression to other people. There are three triggering factors for doing oppression; namely fear of the creatures more than fear of the Creator, weak faith in the Day of Judgment, and raises doubt about the justice of Allah. Oppressor will be punished for his oppression; both the punishment of this world and the punishment of the hereafter.

Abstract

The Prophet Dawud's fast is the first obligatory fast to be practiced by the Prophet in the month of Romadon, 1 SH. Number of days 354: 2 + 177 days. This fasting was practiced by the Prophet since the month of Romadon knew 1 SH after Prophet Isro 'and mi'roj in 1 AH until the month of Robiul at the beginning of 1 H. The fast of David had not explained the double reward. This fast is a baid fast or 3-day fast carried out on the 13,14 and 15 of each month, starting in 1 H. 3X10 = 30 days, the amount of 1 year 3X12 = 36 days X 10 reward = 360. Dawud fast = 177 days. Then in the month of Sha'ban in the 2nd year of H, the order of the Romadon fasting began in the month of Sha'bannya, to translate the Pausa Baid. In the month of Shawwal in the second year of H, a hadith about the sunnah fasting for 6 days of the month of Shawwal was issued, also a hadith on fasting Monday came out. Two observations of this hadith must be compromised. Namely the 6 days of the month of Shawwal are fasting Monday and Thursday. The minimum number of 6 days can be practiced in the month of dzuilhijjah. Because if 'Idil Adha' is Monday then Thursday, then the total is 4X2 = 8 days-2 days = 6 days, otherwise it can be 8 days. Then came out a hadith about fasting on jumu'ah, with the condition that the previous fast was Thursday, if there is an obstacle then the fast afterward is Saturday. Fasting mandatory romadon = 30 days + with fasting sunnah on Monday, Thursday and jumu'ah. 12X11 = 132 = 362 days. Dawud fasting 177 days - 362 = 15 days. Illegal fasting 5 days a year remaining = 10 days. The rest is the time for the qodo fast, nazdar kaffaroh on the other Mondays, Thursdays and jumu'ah. Besides this 3rd day. Finally, the current fasts with the Prophet Dawud's fast are almost the same at once. And this is the meaning of the verse كَمَا which means the same as QS al-Bqoroh 2: 183. The mandatory romadon fast and the sunnah fast is quite enough on Mondays and jumu'ah.

Abstract

There should be a valid argument for worship before it can be practiced. If it is not obligatory to leave it, it is enough and complete the Qur'an and hadith, why are you still looking for a rational argument that contradicts the naql argument. There are 3 meanings of sayyid   in the Qur'an, namely follower, husband and leader. Sayyid  ah is termed in Indonesia as (siti) is the wife, there is a queen in heaven, if a man is called the king (the term local adat title, meaning it is permissible to call kiyai, Buyya, ustad, Baleo and others, it means that academic degrees such as Dr, Ph.D, may hold positions such as president, may title abri such as generals. The meaning of sayid is lower than the name given by Allah, namely Muhammad, Ahmad, 'Abdun Rosul Nabi and ummi. The use of the word sayyid   or sayyid  ah in worship has not found the evidence. If it is better, add the word Of course the monotheism sentence becomes: لااله الا الله سيدنا محمد رسول الله, it is also possible to pronounce the shahada to Muhammad as: وأشهد أن سيدنا محمدا عبده ورسوله, and the reading in the adhan iqamah and others, may also be the name of the surah سيدنا محمد and every word added with the word Muhammad سيدنا
