Abstract

The purpose of conducting this research is to find out the power of influence of Communication on the Effectiveness of Work at the Public Works and Highways Office of Sidrap Regency. 25 respondents were taken as a sample. The research conducted by the researcher is a verification research or causality in nature, namely research that looks for the relationship between causal variables and effect variables. The relationship in question is the relationship between Communication (Independent variable) and Work Effectiveness (Dependent variable). The analytical tool used is the Spearman Rank coefficient formula (ρ) Based on the analysis of the collected data, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1) The results of the analysis show that Communication is associated with Work Effectiveness. This shows that the more effective the communication that occurs, the work effectiveness will increase, conversely if the communication is not effective then the work being done becomes even less effective. 2) Communication that occurs within the Public Works and Highways Office of Sidrap Regency is quite effective, because after all the role of the leadership here cannot be ruled out, because it is the leadership that creates pleasant environmental conditions or vice versa.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Office of the Production Forest Management Agency (BPHP) Wil XIII Makassar in early August to mid-October 2021. Sampling in this study was used as many as 63 respondents, the method used in this study is the quantitative method with the data collection technique is through a questionnaire distributed to respondents. The analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis using simple linear regression with hypothesis testing using t test with a significant level of 5%, this research uses SPSS Version 25. From a simple linear regression analysis, it shows that employee performance is influenced by the discipline variable. The result of determination (R2) uses the value of Adjested r square, because it uses regression with one dependent variable, namely 0.785, which means that the Discipline Variable is able to affect employee performance by 78.5% while the remaining 21.5% is influenced by other variables not examined. From the calculation of the t test, it can be seen that the Discipline Variable partially has an effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the selling price of tofu products in the Sukuhale cooperative business unit. As for what is used in data collection is sourced from the Sukuhale Cooperative, and field data directly. Based on the calculation of the selling price analysis for tofu products in the business unit of the Sukuhale Cooperative, the price applied by the Sukuhale Cooperative is Rp. selling for IDR 12,000, with the calculation of the desired profit of the cooperative being 15%, then using the method in this scientific work a price comparison of IDR 200 is found.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the income level of farmers with a technological perspective (social media) in Terasa Village, Sinjai Regency. This type of research uses a quantitative type, while the sample taken is 30 farmers. The simple linear regression analysis technique used in this study is validity test, reliability test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study have been tested for validity with the smallest score of the purchase intention indicator, namely 0.384 and the highest score of the brand image indicator variable (X) from a technological perspective is 0.767 declared valid and with the smallest score of return on capital indicator 0.362 and the highest score of the income variable skill and persistence indicator (Y), namely 0.720, is declared valid. The results of the reliability test (X) from a technological perspective are 0.661 and the reliability of the income variable (Y) is 0.629 with both variables exceeding Cronbach Alpha > 0.6 so that the research is said to be reliable or feasible to continue. The results of this study indicate that the technology perspective variable (X) with the brand image indicator and the income variable (Y) with the persistence and expertise indicators has a positive and significant effect on increasing farmers' income, meaning that people who sell online with various brand images and it is with this skill and persistence that their income increases.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Tanralili District Office, Kab. Maros at the end of October to the end of December. Sampling in this study used 34 respondents, the data collection technique is through a questionnaire distributed to respondents, while the research variables are job training (X), Employee Performance (Y). This research uses descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach, and to test the level of reliability using Cronbach Alpha and then the data is processed with Simple Linear Regression Analysis. Hypothesis testing using the t test with a significance level of 5%. This research uses SPSS Version 25 as a tool. From the results of simple linear regression analysis, it shows that employee performance is influenced by the HR competency variable. The result of determination (R2) uses an adjusted r square value, because it uses regression with one dependent variable. Namely equal to 0.007, which means that the Job Training variable is able to explain Employee Performance by 7.% while the remaining 93% is influenced by other variables that are not examined. From the results of the t test calculation, it can be seen that the HR competency variable partially has no effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the financial performance of the Regional Public Company (PERUMDA) Drinking Water Tirta Bantimurung, Maros Regency. The object of this research is the Regional Public Company (PERUMDA) of Tirta Bantimurung Drinking Water, Maros Regency. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The research method uses the library research and field research stages. The method of analysis uses financial ratio analysis. The samples in this study are the balance sheet and income statement of the Regional Public Company (PERUMDA) Drinking Water Tirta Bantimurung, Maros Regency for the 3 year period from 2018 to 2020. The results showed that the company's financial performance as measured by the solvency ratio was good, because the Regional Drinking Water Company, Tirta Bantimurung, Maros Regency was able to fulfill its obligations both short term and long term.

Abstract

The type of research used in this study is descriptive research. The sample identified in the survey conducted by the researcher is the data of the 2018-2020 budget realization report. the financial performance of the Makassar Agricultural Quarantine Center has been effective because the results achieved are 90% and above This can show that the effectiveness of the implementation of the budget budgeted at the Makassar Agricultural Quarantine Center has been effective and well realized by the Makassar Agricultural Quarantine Center itself, for a period of 3 (three) years by increasing the level of its effectiveness. kinerja keuangan pelaksanaan anggaran belanja Balai Besar Karantina Pertanian Makassar sudah mencapai kriteria sangat efisien dalam hal pengelolaan anggarannya. Abstract

This research wants to obtain a phenomenon about the influence of ASN commitment and competency on ASN performance. This research unit consisted of 31 ASN respondents, the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Government Liaison Agency Office in Makassar The results of the research and data analysis are in the form of variable descriptions, reliability tests, validity, transformation of ordinal data into interval data, statistical testing with   to determine the effect of commitment and competence of ASN    on ASN  performance partially or simultaneously. Interpretation of the research results includes three parts: the effect of commitment on ASN performance partially by 39.5% is stated to be significant, the effect of ASN competence on ASN performance partially by 51.4% is stated to be significant, while simultaneously the effect of commitment and ASN competence on ASN performance is 34.9% declared significant. While the rest is influenced by other factors outside the model which can be interpreted as influenced by the variables of moral decadence, motivation and leadership style. The conclusion of this study, simultaneously the commitment and competency of ASN  has a significant positive effect of 34.9% on ASN  performance, while the remaining 65.1% is determined by other variables not mentioned in this model, partially commitment has a positive and significant influence on ASN  performance, namely 0.395 and 0.001 < 0.05, partially ASN competency, has a positive and significant influence on ASN performance namely 0.514 and 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and prove the influence of the principal's leadership on teacher performance at State Senior High School 1 Mambi, Mamasa Regency, to find out and prove the effect of motivation on teacher performance at State High School 1 Mambi, Mamasa Regency, to find out and prove the effect of training on teacher performance. State Senior High School 1 Mambi, Mamasa Regency, to find out and prove the influence of the principal's leadership, motivation and training on teacher performance at State High School 1 Mambi, Mamasa Regency. Data collection is done through documentation, observation, and questionnaires. The teacher sample is 28 respondents. Data processing consisted of descriptive analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. The results showed that with a significant level of 5% and degrees of freedom df1 = 3 and df2 = 24, f table was obtained (3:24) = 3.009. Based on the ANOVA test or F test from the SPSS output, it can be seen that the f count is 17,719 > 3.009 the f table value and the probability is 0.000 <0.05. More precisely, the calculated F value is compared to the F table where if F count > F table then simultaneously leadership, motivation and training have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Mambi, Mamasa Regency. This means that the hypothesis of the two researchers is accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership, discipline and motivation both partially and simultaneously on teacher performance. The research method is ex post facto with a population of 121 teachers for the research sample using proportional random sampling so that a sample of 55 respondents is obtained. Data collection techniques using documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses the t test and F test. The results of this study can be concluded that there is an influence of leadership, discipline and motivation both partially and simultaneously on teacher performance in SMK Se Wonomulyo District, Polewali Mandar Regency.
