Abstract

Global climate change is an important issue that is still a lot of attention in the last decade. Indonesia can not be separated from the problem of global climate change. Climate change has caused some irregularities, such as increased air temperature, evaporation and rainfall. One of the impacts of global climate change is the emergence of anomalies characteristics rain, including the Merawu Watershed which is one Mrica Reservoir catchment area is eroding the land is quite high and changeable. Changes in erosion is influenced by many factors such as increasing factors of land use, land as well as factors characteristics rain. Global climate change which affects the onset of the rainy characteristics anomaly, believed to give effect to changes in the rate of erosion in the Merawu watershed. Throughout 1989 to 2009 the highest annual rates of erosion occurred in 2001 amounting to 16.41 mm / year and the lowest occurred in 1996 amounting to 5.00 mm / year. This paper is intended to assess the influence of rain characteristics anomaly, namely the intensity and duration of rainfall, as well as its influence on soil erosion occurring in the Merawu Watershed. The review begins with the preparation of anomalous nature of abnormality criteria daily or monthly rainfall. The next study is related to patterns of erosion associated with the phenomenon of rain, followed by the rate of erosion predictions with respect to the existence of the rainfall anomalies. Analyses were performed on the anomalous nature of characteristics rain using 2002 data, considering 2002 was a year of El Nino with the criteria being, with comparative data in 1992, 1996, 1998 and 2005. The results of the analysis for 2002 data, overall rainfall anomaly characteristics show negative anomalies except in March, April, September, November and December. In January, February, May, July, August and October have characteristics rainfall anomalies are very dry until it reaches -320 mm /month. In this condition has decreased soil erosion. Positive rainfall anomalies characteristics occurred in March, April, September, October and November with the highest anomalies of 216 mm/ month. Abstract

Coconut milk, a term for the aqueous extract from coconut solid meat, is often uses in Asian cuisines as well as other part of the world. Studies to investigate the stability of the coconut milk emulsion often report inconsistently. Abstract

The use of the camera sensor to identify a particular object is still a popular tool to date. In this study implemented the use of CMU cam3 camera sensors to recognize line objects as mobile robot path trajectory. From the trial which is obtained fairly good results even if the robot is still a failure that is out of the path that was set at 10:1 it means ten times the trial once the robot has an failur. Abstract

“Whey” is one of liquid waste water that was produced from tofu making process. There are many research that process whey to waste water that ready to dispose. One of whey utilization to product that more useful is as of nata making raw material, that often called nata de soya. The contain of nata is cellulose (Bergenia,1982). Cellulose that produced via fermentation process by bacteria often called microbial cellulose. Based of physic and chemical properties that owned by microbial cellulose, be required a study about possibility nata de soya as separated membrane especially ultrafiltration membrane. The Goal of this research are to study about influence of NaOH and H2SO4 concentration to density, swelling degree, water flux, nata de soya membrane rejection. The result of this research show that NaOH and H2SO4 treatment influence to phisical and chemical properties of nata de soya thin layer. Greatest density and smallest swelling degree are 0,94gr/cm3 and 210% at NaOH 6 % treatment. Greatest density and smallest swelling degree are 0,92gr/cm3 and 216% at H2SO4 8 % treatment. Flux value generated at several NaOH concentration average 18,89 Lm-2jam-1bar-1. By Murder (1996), ultrafiltration membrane has operational presure range 1.0 – 5.0 bar and water flux 10 -50 Lm-2jam-1bar-1, thus flux test result show that nata de soya thin layer adequate as ultrafiltration membrane. Smallest water flux value is obtained at NaOH 6 % concentration is 15.68 Lm-2jam-1bar-1. Fluctuating graph at influence of NaOH concentration to rejection coefficient has not been able to conclude best treatment to obtain maximum rejection coefficient, but overall average rejection coefficient at NaOH treatment to nata de soya thin layer is 47,6%. Abstract

Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy disease is chronic kidney disease (CKD) caused by type 2 diabetes. One method to determine the existence of the disease in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is by palpation of the pulse at radial artery area. Pulse patterns were recorded non-invasively in normal subjects who are people with type 2 diabetes who have not experienced impaired kidney function and type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy pathological subjects with normal heart function. Systolic time showed that there were no significant differences between normal subjects and type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy pathological stage 1 to 3b, which is about 0.16 seconds. The longer systolic time were shown on pathological subjects stage 4 and 5, which is in this condition Diabetes Nephropathy disease can affect heart function. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the views of professionals on the topics of materials in curriculum construction management and its application to construction projects. So the results can be used for curriculum development of construction management in civil engineering department UMP. Based on survey results obtained that the construction management topics are most important and frequently applied is the topic: 1) Consultants and Public Works are employment planning, job scheduling, work methods, and project supervision. 2) The contractor is planning work, scheduling, working methods and project costs. The topics are not important and not often applied to the contractor that is legal and licensing projects, and contract documents. Key words: construction management

Abstract

Low methoxyl pectin (LMP) is reported posses anti cancer activity. LMP administering could reduce the risk of cancer, halt the progression of cancer, and in a certain percentage of cases caused the cancer cells to start to die. If this can be developed further, LMP administration could be a good co-treatment for chemotherapy or radiation. This would be a positive advancement, due to the high toxicity to the body of both chemotherapy and radiation. LMP can be produced by demethylation of high methoxyl pectin. One of our local resources that is potential for its pectin content is citrus peel. Pectin demethylation can be conducted by acid, alkali, ammonia in alcohol or enzymatic method. LMP produced by enzyme demethylation have been found to be inferior in quality to those produced by other methods. The enzyme took part in the pectin demethylation is pectinesterase. Pectinesterase can be be isolated from various source such as fruit and vegetables. One of our local resources that is potential as source of pectinesterase is papaya. Considering facts above thus it has a great possiblity to produce LMP from citrus peel pectin through enzymatic demethylation by utilize pectinesterase of papaya. Abstract

Business licensing data in a district that has been collected in a database, it would be very useful when analyzed, so a lot of important information is obtained. The need of data reporting types is endless in accordance with the needs of organization. It makes organization depends on application developer to make report, therefore, they need a system that can analyze data easily. Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) is an implementation of Datawarehousing that can help reporting and analysis well. OLAP can map the data with cube dimensions, each cube can be easily compared, so decision maker can easily and quickly to find the suspected cause of the problems that faced.
