Abstract

Calcaneus merupakan tulang tarsal terbesar dan berfungsi untuk menopang tubuh. Fraktur calcaneus merupakan kejadian yang jarang terjadi sekitar 1-2% dari seluruh fraktur. Fraktur perlu ditangani segera, salah satunya dengan pembedahan yang dapat menimbulkan nyeri setelahnya. Manajemen nyeri yang dapat dilakukan salah satunya yaitu dengan aromaterapi lavender. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penggunaan teknik relaksasi aromaterapi lavender dalam mengurangi nyeri pada pasien post operasi open fracture calcaneus sinistra. Metode penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus deskriptif kualitatif dengan single case design pada pasien post operasi open fracture calcaneus sinistra dan diberikan intervensi teknik relaksasi aromaterapi lavender, kemudian dilakukan evaluasi skala nyeri menggunakan Numeric Pain Scale. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu setelah diberikan intervensi menggunakan terapi relaksasi aromaterapi lavender yang disertai dengan analgesik terdapat penurunan skala nyeri pada pasien dari skala 5 menjadi 3. Kesimpulan studi kasus ini menunjukan bahwa pemberian teknik relaksasi aromaterapi lavender yang disertai analgesic mudah digunakan serta dapat menurunkan skala nyeri pada pasien post operasi open fracture calcaneus sinistra.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan bermain game online dengan prestasi belajar pada mahasiswa Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Muhammadiyah Aceh. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 8 hari di Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Muhammadiyah Aceh. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 560 orang dengan sampel berjumlah 86 orang yang terpilih dengan menggunakan teknik aksidental. Penelitian ini menggunakan 2 analisis data yaitu analisis univariat dan analisis multivariat dengan menggunakan uji analisis SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara manajemen waktu belajar (p-value 0.008) dengan prestasi belajar dan tidak ada hubungan antara game online (p-value 0,155), kehidupan sosial (p-value 0.445), dan emosional (p-value 0,340) dengan prestasi belajar.

Abstract

Abses selulitis termasuk infeksi kulit serta jaringan lunak yang ditandai masuknya mikroba pada lapisan kulit dan jaringan lunak di bawahnya. Pada kasus infeksi yang parah dan tidak diobati antibiotik, terdapat penambahan tindakan debridemen bedah. Pasien pasca bedah sering mengalami nyeri akibat luka operasi serta posisi yang dipertahankan selama prosedur pasca pembedahan. Intervensi non farmakologi yang dapat dilaksanakan untuk penurunan nyeri yaitu terapi relaksasi genggam jemari. Terapi ini bersifat konvensional dan mudah untuk dilangsungkan oleh diri sendiri. Menggenggam jari sambil menarik napas dalam dapat menyembuhkan ketegangan fisiologis maupun psikologis. Tujuan: Tujuan studi kasus ini diketahuinya pengaruh teknik relaksasi mengenggam jemari dalam menurunkan nyeri pada pasien pasca operasi abses selulitis dextra pedis. Metode: Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan studi kasus deskriptif menggunakan pre-post test desain. Hasil: Sesudah dilaksanakannya terapi relaksasi genggam jari 1x50 menit pada 10 jari dalam 1 hari, terdapat penurunan skala nyeri dari 8 (nyeri berat) menjadi 6 (nyeri sedang) dengan kondisi sebelumnya agak gelisah menjadi tampak lebih tenang. Simpulan: Penatalaksanaan relaksasi menggenggam jari dapat menurunkan intensitas nyeri.

Abstract

Notaries are authorised to make authentic deeds and other authorities as referred to in Law Number 2 of 2014 on the Amendment to Law Number 30 of 2004 on the Office of Notary. Article 1338 of the Civil Code regarding the principle of freedom of contract and Article 1337 of the Civil Code regarding halal causa. In carrying out their duties and positions, Notaries embed exoneration clauses in their deeds as a form of vigilance from matters arising from the parties in their deeds. The theories used in this research are Hans Kelsen theory of responsibility and Jan Michael Otto theory of legal certainty. The method used in this research is normative juridical law supported by interviews, namely library legal research or secondary data with primary, secondary and tertiary legal sources. The research approaches used are statute approach, conceptual approach, analytical approach, and case approach. The technique of collecting legal materials is carried out by identifying and inventorying positive legal rules, examining library materials (books, scientific journals, research reports), and other sources of legal materials. The technique of analysing legal materials is carried out by systematic interpretation. From the research conducted by the author, it can be concluded that the responsibility that can be imposed on the Notary is the responsibility based on the fault of the Notary. That a Notary is responsible for his or her own offence and not the offence committed by the confronters. As well as the legal certainty of an authentic deed made before a Notary as a public official containing an exoneration clause that the inclusion of an exoneration clause in the Notary deed is not explicitly regulated in the Notary Office Law regarding whether or not the use of the clause is prohibited. Therefore, the inclusion of the exoneration clause may or may not exist in the Notarial deed, and the inclusion of the exoneration clause is intended to anticipate any manipulation or fraud committed by the parties.

Abstract

This study examines aspects of legal protection for customers in the context of the application of standard agreements in the public service sector. In an effort to provide public services, standard agreements are often used as a legal basis, but this can lead to potential inequalities between service providers and customers. The focus of the study includes the analysis of applicable legal provisions to protect the rights of customers in the public service sector standard agreements, with emphasis on the effectiveness of the protection provided. The research method involves a normative legal study approach to explore various regulations relating to customer protection in the public service sector standard agreements. Furthermore, case studies are used to illustrate the implementation of the raw Agreement and its impact on customers. Thus, this study aims to provide a deeper understanding of the effectiveness of legal protection for customers, with the hope that the results can contribute to improving regulations that pay more attention to customer rights, improve welfare, and ensure justice in public services. The result of this study is the application of standard agreements in the public service sector, as stipulated in Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection, confirms that consumer protection is the responsibility of all citizens of Indonesia in accordance with national development goals in the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution. In the midst of the drive to achieve high economic profits and fierce competition, some business actors tend to act fraudulently, harming the interests of consumers. Therefore, legal protection in the public service sector for customers is regulated through standard clauses, which are rules and conditions set by business actors, although consumer protection laws have prohibited the use of standard clauses. Ironically, the conditions in the community indicate that standard agreements are still often used by business actors or entrepreneurs.

Abstract

The duties of the Cooperative Supervisor include supervising the implementation of the policy and management of the Cooperative, with the duties attached to his position, of course the Cooperative Supervisor can prevent any form of deviation in the management of the Cooperative's business to achieve the objectives of the Cooperative. In reality, not a few of the Cooperatives experienced mismanagement of the Cooperative's business which resulted in the failure of the refund of Members deposits by the Cooperative. The mismanagement of the Cooperative's business has a correlation with the Cooperative's internal supervisory function. The formulation of the problem in this research is how is the responsibility of the Cooperative Supervisor related to the mismanagement of the Cooperative? and How is the legal position of the Cooperative Supervisor related to the mismanagement of the Cooperative? The theories used as an analytical tool in this research are legal certainty and legal liability. The method used in this research is normative juridical research, namely library legal research or secondary data with primary, secondary and tertiary legal sources. The research approach used is a statutory approach, case approach, conceptual approach and analytical approach, with legal material collection techniques carried out by identifying and inventorying positive legal rules, book literature, journals and other sources of legal material. For legal material analysis techniques carried out by systematic interpretation and teleological interpretation. From the results of the research, it can be concluded that in supervising the implementation of the policy and management of the Cooperative, the Cooperative Supervisor is responsible to the Members' Meeting. The Cooperative Supervisor can be held accountable in the event of mismanagement of the Cooperative business due to his actions. The position of the Cooperative Supervisor is regulated in Article 21 of Law No. 25 of 1992 in conjunction with Article 21 of Law No. 6 of 2023. Suggestions in this study are that the Cooperative Supervisor should have a sense of responsibility and be professional in carrying out his duties and the Government together with the Indonesian House of Representatives must immediately revise Law No. 25 of 1992 or Law No. 6 of 2023 or form a new Cooperative Law by including provisions on sanctions and benchmarks or the scope of duties of the Cooperative Supervisor

Abstract

Penelitian ini terkait tentang Penerapan Pelayanan Prima Pada Mal Pelayanan Publik Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara. Penelitian pada Mal Pelayanan Publik atau yang sering disebut dengan MPP ini adalah merupakan upaya pemerintah dalam meningkatkan suatu pelayanan untuk kualitas dan merupakan layanan terpadu yang diberikan kepada masyarakat khususnya kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara serta tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisa kualitas Penerapan Pelayanan Prima Pada Mal Pelayanan Publik Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif yang mana menjelaskan terkait bagaimana penerapan pelayanan prima pada mal pelayanan publik. Dari hasil pembahasan didapatkan melihat dari hasil analisis yang didapatkan terkait penerapan pelayanan prima pada mal pelayanan publik Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara sudah cukup baik, hal ini berdasarkan teori yang digunakan oleh peneliti menggunakan (Sinambela dkk, 2006:6): Transparan, Akuntabilitas, Kondisional, Partisipatif, Kesamaan hak, Keseimbangan hak dan kewajiban dari semua sub variabel tersebut hampir semua sudah baik dalam penerapan pelayanan yang diberikan. Salah satu kendala atau masalah terhadap fungsi yang dijalankan Mal Pelayanan Publik Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara yaitu faktor masyarakat masih kurang disosialisasikan tentang pelayanan publik di mal pelayanan publik, Fasilitas yang Kurang Lengkap, Sumber Daya Masyarakat (SDM)

Abstract

The Community-Based Water Supply and Sanitation Program (PAMSIMAS) has become one of the national mainstay programs (Government and Local Government) to increase rural population access to proper drinking water and sanitation facilities using a community-based approach. This research is based on the background that in the Effectiveness of the Community-Based Water Supply and Sanitation Program (PAMSIMAS) in South Amuntai District, Hulu Sungai Utara Regency (Case Study of Simpang Empat Village and Rukam Hilir Village) there are problems, namely, in Simpang Empat Village, lack of responsibility from PAMSIMAS Program managers, lack of supervision in managing facilities and infrastructure, while in Rukam Hilir Village, lack of responsibility from PAMSIMAS Program managers, lack of supervision in managing facilities and infrastructure, and lack of management (MSDM). This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the PAMSIMAS Program and those that influence the Effectiveness of the Community-Based Water Supply and Sanitation Program (PAMSIMAS) in Amuntai Selatan District, Hulu Sungai Utara District (Case Study of Simpang Empat Village and Rukam Hilir Village). This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive-qualitative research type. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation with 14 data sources. Data were analyzed using data collection techniques, namely data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Test the credibility of the data, namely extending observations, increasing persistence, trigulation, analyzing negative cases, using reference materials, holding member checks. The results of this study indicate that the Effectiveness of the Community-Based Water Supply and Sanitation Program (PAMSIMAS) in South Amuntai District, Hulu Sungai Utara District (Case Study of Simpang Empat Village and Rukam Hilir Village) has not been effective, this can be seen from the indicators: First, the work program has been going well. Second, the objective of the water supply program is good. Third, the evaluation of the program in Simpang Empat Village was quite good and in Rukam Hilir Village it was not so good. Fourth, target accuracy has been successful. Fifth, the output/result has not been effective. Sixth, community satisfaction with services has not been effective. Seventh, community satisfaction with program benefits in Simpang Empat Village has been effective and Rukam Hilir Village has not been effective. Eighth, it has not been effective in Simpang Empat and Rukam Hilir Villages. Ninth, the program's efficiency has been effective. Tenth, achievement of Downstream objectives has not been effective. Eleventh, Improving public health has been successful. In order to increase effectiveness it is suggested to: Heads of Simpang Empat and Rukam Hilir Villages to provide supervision and direction, to Managers to improve their capabilities and integrity, to the people of Simpang Empat Village and Rukam Hilir Village to always increase their participation in technical supervision, provide reports quickly when problems occur and provide criticism and suggestions

Abstract

PPOK (Penyakit Paru Obstruktif Kronis) merupakan penyakit paru ditandai dengan adanya gejala pernafasan dan keterbatasan aliran udara yang persisten dan umumnya bersifat progresif, berhubungan dengan respon inflamasi kronik yang berlebihan pada saluran nafas dan parenkim paru akibat gas atau partikel berbahaya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui perubahan saturasi oksigen dan toleransi aktivitas pasien PPOK sebelum dan sesudah diberikan latihan home based walking exercise, pursed lips breathing dan effective cough. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan deskriptif yaitu case report dengan pendekatan proses keperawatan. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu lembar pengkajian dan oximetry untuk mengukur saturasi oksigen. Subjek penelitian ini adalah keluarga dengan permasalahan PPOK (Penyakit paru obstruktif kronik). Hasil Penelitian menunjukan sebelum diberikan intervensi saturasi oksigen Ny.E 96% dan mengatakan tidak dapat beraktivitas berlebih karena mudah lelah dan sesak. Kemudian setelah diberikan intervensi selama 3 hari saturasi oksigen Ny.E mengalami kenaikan menjadi 99% dan Ny.E dapat melakukan aktivitas keluar rumah serta tidak mengalami sesak. Kesimpulan latihan home based walking exercise, pursed lips breathing dan effective cough dapat meningkatkan saturasi oksigen, meningkatkan toleransi aktivitas, serta menurunkan dispnea dan kelelahan.

Abstract

Pendidikan kesehatan suatu proses pemberian informasi kesehatan dan praktek kesehatan, yang memotivasi seseorang untuk memperoleh informasi dan menghendaki seseorang melakukan kebiasaan pada kesehatan. Nutrisi merupakan sejumlah kandungan gizi atau zat yang umumnya diperoleh dari berbagai jenis seperti karbohidrat, protein, lemak, mineral, vitamin, serat, serta air. Pemantauan status gizi ibu hamil dapat dilihat dari pertambahan berat badan selama kehamilan yang didukung oleh faktor pengetahuan ibu hamil dan keluarga tentang zat gizi dalam makanan, kebiasaan dan pandangan wanita terhadap makanan. Kehamilan manusia terjadi selama 40 minggu antara waktu menstruasi terakhir dan kelahiran. Tujuan: Untuk memberikan pendidikan kesehatan pemenuhan nutrisi pada ibu hamil. Metodologi: Yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Desain pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Data di peroleh melalui wawancara, studi rekam medik dan proses asuhan keperawatan selama 3 hari. Hasil dan Pembahasan: Hasil penelitian pada kedua klien memiliki keluhan mudah lelah, pusing, mual dan muntah dan setelah diberikan pendidikan kesehatan kepada kedua klien bahwasannya nafsu makan bertambah, pusing berkurang, masalah sebagian teratasi, mudah lelah berkurang dan tidurpun nyenyak. Kesimpulan dan Saran: Pemberian pendidikan kesehatan pemenuhan nutrisi pada ibu hamil kurang pengetahuan teratasi. Klien dan keluarga di harapkan saling kerja sama umtuk meningkatkan kesehatan ibu hamil terutama suami klien untuk membantu klien dalam pemberian pememenuhan nutrisi ibu hamil agar seimbang.
