Abstract

The development of information technology makes people's behavior in all activities that are usually carried out by individuals or an institution. People now really need the help of devices in digital form, this dependence is due to increasingly complex aspects of life. This aspect of life requires that all activities be carried out quickly and effectively and efficiently. One of the needs for the community is a place to live, especially for migrants in a place such as local people who study in urban areas. As well as new students from the area definitely need a place to stay during their time studying at a university. Gunadarma University is one of the campuses that has students who come from all regions of Indonesia and some from abroad. The need for residential information can be assisted by the Geographic Information System in this research using the haversine formula method. Prospective new students can easily find a place to live or boarding according to their needs. This information system also helps boarding house owners to widely inform their boarding house rental business. This study applies a qualitative descriptive model, namely data analysis based on the results of interviews, observations and field surveys. The information system in this study was designed with the PHP and MySQL programming languages. The research succeeded in producing a geographic information system by displaying the location of the boarding house in the form of a map provided by the Google Company. Abstract

The growth of the Hotel rental business in the Cirebon area is increasing and resulting in more intense competition in this industry. Industrial entrepreneurs try to offer many advantages of facilities and services for customers. The previous quality measurement used a questionnaire method addressed to customers. This quality measurement method results are used for evaluation as a standard for the quality level of the Hotels. A requirement to get a good rating is the service of the Hotel in standard calculations using this method. The research was conducted to produce accurate quality calculations using fuzzy implementation using the Tsukamoto method. The working record of this method represents a monotonous fuzzy set on the membership function. Then the output is in the form of the inference value of all the rules according to the standard calculation value. The value is based on the variable type of room, facilities and rental price. Abstract

Indonesia is an archipelagic country with potential for tourism development due to the cultural richness and diversity, which has the potential for cultural tourism and local wisdom that can increase economic income and which is a great prospect that can bring foreign tourists, so the local government must intervene to preserve and develop cultural tourism. The purpose of this study is to analyze the development of cultural tourism and local wisdom in Central Java. This research is conducted by using a literature review of books, journals, and previous studies related to this study, as well as the SWOT analysis method (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat). This SWOT analysis is used to analyze the potential for developing culture and local wisdom, and internal and external problems, especially in the districts of Demak, Jepara, and Kudus, which have unique potential and handicraft products that can be developed for the development and improvement of local cultural tourism. The various potentials that Indonesia has through culture and local wisdom are great prospects for inviting foreign tourists, so local government cooperation is urgently needed to preserve and develop cultural tourism and local culture. The Central Java Fair is used as a promotional media in introducing local cultural tourism destinations, and the strategy for developing local cultural tourism is based on the SWOT analysis of local culture. Abstract

This Paper Aims To Determine Whether Or Not There Is A Relationship Between A Person’s Beliefs Regarding Factors In Hofstede’s Cultural Dimensions, Specifically Power Distance And Individualism Vs Collectivism, Their Cross-Cultural Understanding To Their Blood Type And Religious Beliefs. Additionally, This Paper Aims To Determine Whether A Primary Dimension Of Diversity, Blood Type, Or A Secondary Dimension Of Diversity, Religion, Is A Better Indicator Of An Individual’s Behaviour, If At All. A Survey Was Conducted Through Simple Random Sampling Method To Gather Data From As Many Individuals As Possible To Ensure The Validity Of The Research’s Findings. Abstract

Utilizing information technology in a business activity today is a must in order toremain competitive with similar companies. Vehicle rental companies can take advantage of thistechnological facility in business activities by creating a vehicle rental business managementinformation system. Vehicle rental companies that have not optimally utilized this technology mayrun the risk of losing transaction data and customer data. The loss of this important data can reducethe speed of service, thus affecting the company's performance. These deficiencies can result in thecompany's performance and unable to compete with similar companies that already utilizeinformation technology. These problems become the material of this research to build a computerizedvehicle rental data management information system. The information system built in this study wasbuilt so that it can operate online where customers can use it directly. The Vehicle RentalManagement Information System was built using PHP programming with a MySQL database usingthe waterfall methodology. Abstract

This company is one of the new multinational market research company in Indonesia. The head office in Singapore and has branches in 8 countries including Indonesia, In 2015, this company just started in Indonesia. It is promoting more than 20 brands or clients in different section like health, IT, insurance, banks, food, airline, oral care, hair care, beauty products, laundry products etc. As a local brand they gain consumer’s trust by their quality products. This research applies Financial Performance Evaluation of this market research company, especially for debt paying ability with liquidity of short term. It means how well the company performs for the paying ability as a beginner company in Indonesia. The main data is collected from the audited annual financial reports of the company from 2015 to 2017. Different financial ratios are evaluated by liquidity ratios and account receivable turnover. and finally measure the best performance of the company. The ratios analysis and comparisons are applied for the measurement of several types of financial ratio analysis. Liquidity ratio is conveying the ability to repay short-term creditors and its total cash. It determines the performance of short term creditor of the company under the three categories such as current ratio, quick ratio and cash ratio. Account receivable turnover ratio is measured to know how long the collection of accounts receivable is for one period or how many times the funds embedded in these receivables revolve in one period. I hope this analysis will be helpful for the management of the company who are responsible for taking decisions and formulating plans for future. It will also help the creditors who are the provider of loan capital of the company. They can decide whether they want to extend their loans or not in future. In the conclusion part there are some advice based on their problems which found from the analysis. So this research will show a clear picture about company’s performance on the debt paying ability of short term assets in the last 3 years. Abstract

Perusahaan yang melakukan perhitungan gaji pegawai secara konvesional akan bermasalah terutama dengan perhitungan yang akurat. Sistem informasi menjadi solusi paling efektif untuk memberi solusi dalam perhitungan penggajian pegawai dalam peruahaan dimana jumlah pegawai tentunya tidak sedikit. Perusahaan yang ada saat ini tentunya wajib memperhatikan masalah pajak yang harus dikeluarkan untuk dilaporkan kepada dinas pajak. Perhitungan pajak juga harus mengikuti prosedur yang sudah ditetapkan pemerintah dalam undang-undang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menjawab permasalahan tersebut dengan mengembangkan suatu sistem perhitungan penggajian dengan memsaukan parameter pajak PPh21 menggunakan bahasa program PHP dan MySQL. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan Iterasi terdiri dari empat tahapan dimulai dengan perencanaan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Beriktunya proses analisis data menggunakan perangkat Diagramdiagram seperti Data Flow, identifikasi kebutuhan sistem dan spesifikasi proses. Proses berikutnya dilakukan perancangan menggunakan diagram-diagram seperti Data Flow fisik, Entity Relationship, struktur data, desain antarmuka kemudian tahapan penerapan sistem. Kegiatan analisis dan perencanaan sistem berguna untuk membantu membuat sistem penggajian menjadi lebih baik. Sistem yang dibangun juga dapat mengolah data pegawai, dan membantu pimpinan perusahaan dalam mengambil keputusan-keputusan tertentu. Sebagai tahap lanjut dari pengembangan ini adalah menyediakan fasilitas masukan data peghitungan presensi sebagai variabel perhitungan gaji pegawai secara langsung menggunakan perangkat bantu seperti sidik jari.Keyword: Sistem Informasi, Web, PHP, Penggajian, Database MySQL
